• Corinne (7/5): Great location, air con not working - Location was great, close to the main attractions we wanted to visit. Clean apartment and spacious. Advertised as air conditioned apartment which was one of the main reasons for choosing the apartment. However, the units were not working and when contacting the owners, they would not fix this until the week after we had left. No apology given, no offer of fans or a solution. We were so hot, the temperature outside was 28°C and no cooler inside, so we struggled to sleep and have a break from the heat for 3 days.
• Mercedes (10/5): - Muy limpio, muy bien acondicionado, cubertería, vasos, todo excelente, toallas, la ubicación inmejorable!!! Por decir algo la cama matrimonio algo blanda, el salon un poco incomodo
• Emma (9/5): Magnifique séjour à Venise - Logement idéalement situé, joli et bien chauffé. Les capsules de café à l'arrivée sont bienvenues et la réactivité de notre hôte. J'aurais aimé qu'il y ait un lave linge et des torchons. La superposition des matelas du lit à baldaquin n'assure pas un confort optimal pour le dos.
• ciro (10/5): - È stata una piacevole vacanza, struttura eccezionale, posizione ottima per gli spostamenti. La casa accogliente,e ben organizzata,1 cucina giusta per noi 4 , poi 2 camere ben organizzate e soprattutto 2 bagni completi. Unico neo , è che quando si alza il livello dell' acqua della vicinissima laguna,si allarga il cortile,ed è un problema per l'uscita dal portone, magari si potrebbe attrezzare con dei piccoli ponteggi rialzati fissi (come si trovano in giro) giusto qualche metro. Poi sarebbe perfetto.

• Suanne (8/5): It was a good place for us to stay. - Great location, private, comfortable bed, 2 bathrooms The high tide puddle in the courtyard. No grocery or vegetable stores close by. It was nice but not cozy.

It is in a lovely location near a few shops so very easy to get supplies and it has canals on two side which is nice.

• Portelli (8/5): It was an overall lovely stay in the heart of Venice. - Location is perfect... less than 10 minute walk from Piazza San Marco. Rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen could afford some updating.
• Jill (9/5): Great location, exactly as described. - We loved the location, it was clean and exactly as described. For a family it was perfect. Great place for breakfast or snacks on the corner. The beds were a bit hard but that is being picky!

• Konstantinos (10/5): Such a joy to stay here! Everything was accessible and just… easy! - The location was just perfect. In the heart of Venice, super close to both San Marco and 3’ away from the vaporetto station that runs all the way to the airport! On top of that, it somehow manages to be in a super quiet spot! Renovated & well functioning, yet maintaining a classic style. Very cool temperature-wise! The 2 bathrooms is also a huge plus for 4 people! Zero complaints!

• Sarah (9/5): Clean, beautifully decorated, great location. 2 bathrooms and canal views - Clean, beautifully decorated, great location. Canal views. Two bathrooms is a huge bonus too. In the lead up to our stay, we were in touch with Mirco via WhatsApp and he was friendly and quick to respond. There was a problem with the box containing the key so we couldn’t get into the apartment when we arrived. They responded to our messages instantly and had someone with us to sort it within 30 mins, he was very friendly and helpful. I would still recommend the property as this was probably a one off.
