Appartement tout confort, dans une ruelle calme, à proximité des commerces utiles, à l'écart de la foule tout en restant à quelques encablures du Rialto et de la stratégique station de vaporetto Fondamental nove, le tout à pied. Les précieuses explications envoyées par Rossella nous ont permis d'arriver sereinement. Elle vous prodiguera également des petits conseils pour vivre Venise comme un vénitien et restera réactive à toutes vos sollicitations. Pour info : les draps et serviette sont inclus Rien
• Narcis (10/5): Highly recommended - 2 bedroom apartment, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, quiet area.Walking distance from supermarket, fruit shop. 5 minutes walking to restaurants, 10 minutes walk to Realto Bridge, 20 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco . Everything was perfect.

• Silviya (10/5): - We like everything! The apartment looks exactly like the pictures! The property is in an old building, but in very good condition. No elevator, but it is not possible there of course - we had no problems with it. We didn't meet Rossella but we communicated with her every day. She was very helpful with all the advice she gave to us about places to visit, where to eat, and how to explore the real Venice! We paid in cash, but she also offered a different way - this is very convenient! Rossella, thank you very much! We will definitely get back to you when we come to Venice again! The bathroom was a little small, but for us, for 3 days it was enough!

• Rishi (9/5): Superb - The apartment was suitably fitted and nicely decorated, the owner provided all information beforehand, she made checks during our stay to ensure everything was ok, and issues we found were attended to as promptly as possible. The location is excellent, very close to the water taxi service from the Marco Polo Airport, but far enough to be away from all the noise. Their was a grocery, fruit market, and restaurants all in close proximity, the city center is about 19mins walk away. All in all I'd highly recommend booking this apartment. The shower is a little tight but contains everything. There is no microwave but has a toaster oven. The access to the top bunk bed is a bit of a struggle and could do with a better hand rail.

• Pratiksha (7/5): Good - Location was very good. All attractions and water taxi were only 10 to 20 minutes walking away... So we didn't use water taxi except to and from Airport. Many restaurants and a supermarket also are close to the apartment..Apartment also is nice n clean with Air conditioned Rooms. Everything is there in Rooms and kitchen. Both rooms AC were working perfectly.. There is no AC in the lounge so Rossella allowed us to use her tower fan..Rossella is very kind and supportive owner of the apartment. She properly guided me about the transportation and luggage storage in Venice. I would definitely recommend this apartment. There is no shelf in the shower for shampoo, Soap etc, so we have to put the stuffs on the floor at shower time. Also, air-condition cooling was good for the beds on the floor but Air doesn't reach up to top bunk bed.. So i couldn't sleep properly due to heat.... But we have to adjust sometimes when we are out of home. Over all it is a nice and comfortable apartment.

• Veronica (10/5): 3 night stay - I really appreciated the host preparing several key copies for us. It was close to everything, quiet streets, the garbage disposal nearby. The beds were comfortable. The "microwave" actually was a mini oven! Host had prepared a bit of info about the city. There was a map of the city too. There were amenities at both of the toilets. I recommend this place. Everything was like in the photos. More like comment, rather than like/dislike: Communication was via whatsapp, and it was not with the number listed on Booking. The entrance rug (inside the apartment) is slippery. If you don't want to fall, better remove it. But kids would love to slide with it - interestingly, it has quite good sliding capabilities. Also, this is no problem of the host, but more like a warning for wider people: there are two toilet rooms, in one there is a shower. The one with the shower is not EU XXL+ friendly. As it's designed for thin people. It is probably identical and at other old-town places.

In the airea are some very good restaurants. It sounds fare fetched but the only thing we did not like was the doormat: I almost broke a leg when entering the apartment since the doormat slipped away.

• Vladimír (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice place between romantic canals, calles and campos, in the complex of old houses from 15th century with symbols of confraternity Santa Maria della Carita, near Jesuit Complex and vaporetto station Fondamente Nove. Without breakfast, but COOP is 150 meters away. Rooms were comfortable, with all necessary things, we had 6 very romantic days (in extremally rainy weather) No unexpected problems.
• Anahit (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very close to the vaporetto station F-te Nove and from this station there is a line directly to the airport M.Polo (blue line), takes about 30 minutes. From the same station it is possible to go to other stations close to the city center or ferry station. It is also possible to walk till Realto bridge and even to San Marco square, although it's a bit far, some 20-25 minutes walk. Although we never see our host Rossella, but she's very kind and supportive. Will return here again :)
