• Ulrich (7/5): - Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad gut designt, super Dusche. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Der Problempunkt war das Bett im Schlafzimmer. Die Rahmenkonstruktion des Betts steht auf so wackeligen Füßen, daß, wenn man sich im Bett umdreht, das ganze wie ein Kahn schwankt. Wir konnten das leider nicht gemeinsam zum Schlafen nutzen. 50Euro Entschädigung haben wir dafür erhalten, weil das Personal das Bett nicht austauschen konnte, was sehr enttäuschend war.

• Sarah (7/5): - Posizione ottima, struttura silenziosa e pulita. Qualche semplice accessorio in più nell'appartamento avrebbe migliorato l'esperienza. Nel complesso una permanenza molto gradevole!
• Zsofia (9/5): Szép, tiszta, kényelmes, jól felszerelt. - Nagyon jó helyen van, közel a vasútállomáshoz, nyüzsgő utcákhoz. Jól felszerelt, szép lakás! Egyedül az volt kényelmetlen hogy zuhanyzás során nagyon kicsi a víznyomás, nehezen lehet mosakodni.
• James (10/5): Great Apartment - The host was very nice, she provided instructions and guidance for the property. The whole apartment was to a good standard including the bathroom facilities which had a lovely shower. Very convenient location. Just be aware there is no elevator to the 3rd Floor (in case you have a heavy bag).

• Susan (9/5): Lovely Apartment | Perfect Location | Great Holiday - Absolutely loved this apartment in an old building just a short level walk from the station. Self check in was easy and our host very helpful and friendly. Like much of the accommodation in the old part of Venice there are no lifts and the stairs are often narrow, steep and a bit irregular so be aware of this if it’s likely to be a problem for you. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and it was a bit of a challenge with our luggage, but we already knew about the stairs and managed. The daily hike up and down the stairs was good exercise for us. The proximity to restaurants, bridges, artisan stores and other marvellous places was perfect. We totally enjoyed exploring the maze of alley ways and gorgeous venetian architecture. The apartment itself was charming and cosy, clean and warm, with wooden shutters to block out the light and noise. The kitchen is simple and tiny but it was perfect for us to prepare a meal. It also has a washing machine which was so handy Nothing really. Just be aware of stairs when booking ANY accommodation in Venice. If you are ok with stairs then embrace it as part of the Venetian experience

• Darcy (7/5): Quiet relaxing place to escape the busy Venice crowds. - Felt like a traditional Venice apartment. Washing machine was fantastic. Decor of apartment was beautiful. Apartment was mostly clean and functional. Shower was a bit dirty. Extra pillows at the property without having to request them would have been nice too. Pillows were a bit too flat and hard.
• Walter (6/5): Pleasant - Clean , good location Bathroom door handle is broken, can’t open from outside the bathroom. The heater didn’t maintain the temperature of the apartment. No information on setting or adjusting the furnace. The bed creaked so much if you rolled over, it would wake you up, which it did . The street door sticks and has to be slammed to close, causing a loud noise, to get it to close . Also does not open all the way. More than two pillows might be nice with different filling - soft medium or hard. An extra blanket would be nice.

• Ntinos_t (7/5): Overrated, I would not come back - The location is very nice and convenient. The host is very polite and willing to assist and provide all the required information. The kitchen containing the necessary equipment is very useful. The bed was adequately confy. The bathroom had mold and the walls were dirty with mosquito stains. The hot water supply had issues making difficult to maintain a constant water temperature while showering. The renovation is inadequate. The stairs are too narrow and stiff especially when carrying luggage.
• Lizete (3/5): Apartment smelt foul - had to sleep with windows open and woke up with bites. - Host provided very detailed location details to check-in at the property otherwise would be very tricky I think to find given the location. Decently decorated room given the size of the property and the run down building it is in. We had to make our way to the 3rd floor through the very narrow corridors that are poorly lit; Not for the faint hearted and if you are claustrophobic. Room is not well lit - the bedside lamp was not working. No toileteries provided. Would be good if even a handwash or bar of soap could be provided. The apartment smelt bad that we had to keep the windows open and could barely sleep. Also ended up covered in bites. Informed the host but she said that it was from outside and the drains smelt, but definately not the case. No view from the apartment. Check-in time was not consistent - 3pm for us while we had to check out at 10am for 12am next check-in
• Megan (9/5): Great location and very neat apartment! - Location of was perfect - near to Train station and water taxi . Nice kitchen and bathroom- new fittings. Washing machine very welcome.
• Mark (8/5): The location is great. - Great location and well appointed apartment. WiFi is good and there are some basic cooking utensils, but pretty limited. The apartment is clean and tidy and the owner responded quickly to a drainage issue we had in the shower. The bed is okay (just), but the pillows are the worst I have experienced, rock hard and no other option available/provided. There is only a tiny little moka coffee pot provided, with no coffee or anything to actually put in it. The stairs are very steep and narrow. Not a problem for me, but be aware as the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Also, make sure you confirm with the owner your checkout time as there was some confusion between what my booking said and what the owner said. Overall my stay was good and I recommend it as a good place.
• Monique (8/5): Very good - The location was very convenient to the train station which was a blessing with large suitcases. Able to walk into the main attractions with 20-25 mins. The stairs were challenging to get our large suitcases up. Limited space to dry clothes however was good to have a washing machine. Small bathroom and kitchen but to be expected in Venice.
• Robyn (10/5): Lovely apartment, very well equipped. The hosts communication was good. - Great location, just a short walk from the bus and train stations. The vaporetto stops close by also. It was very clean and well equipped. A great base for exploring Venice. Only one pillow

• Stephen (9/5): 6 days in Venice. - Great location, quiet alley but close to bus station, supermarket, good resturants. Good directions, key access, etc. Wifi is good. It's on the third floor, the stairs are hard at the end of a day walking around Venice! No English channels on the TV.
