• Ana Gabriela (2/5): Una mala experiencia pero el establecimiento respondió alegando ser un hecho aislado - La ubicación tiene panadería, tiendas, restaurantes súper cerca y la estación de Arsenale del bote público está a 8 minutos caminando. La persona que hace el aseo, según me informaron, estaba enferma y no fue a hacer la limpieza, habían tela de arañas, arañas y polvo. El departamento olía muy fuerte a guardado y humedad, las cubrecamas tenían agujeros y estaban percudidas de color amarillento pese a ser blancas por lo que no las pudimos usar y pasamos una noche muy muy fría, felizmente al informar ello los anfitriones prendieron la calefacción la 2da noche y ofrecieron hacernos el reembolso de la 1ra noche. Finalmente no pudimos usar la habitación secundaria porque la cama era un catre de Fierro con un colchón delgado, diferente al que aparece en las fotos.

Comfortable stay with all basic needs well provided for Cleanliness could be better. Just one bathroom but this is disclosed in the listing.

• john (2/5): Not a good stay, lacks effective AC and other issues - Location was decent, fairly close to the arsennele station. It is down a long and very narrow alley. A/C does not cool the master bedroom at all and barely cools the other bedroom- also you will need permission from host to set cooler than posted temperature to attempt to cool the bedrooms. (And the host has some type of remote temperature monitor in the unit so he will argue that when the kitchen area is cool it should all be ok, even though the bedroom is still smoldering hot) Secondary bedroom has an exterior door to a courtyard that does not lock, the host’s response is he knows the neighbors and it is fine. This was a concern for us but he didn’t seem to care. The large fridge that was pictured in the listing has been replaced by a dorm size fridge. There is exposed electrical wiring behind the smaller fridge. The stove does not light with the knob, as the igniter does not work, you will need matches or a lighter- which the host did provide. It was not an enjoyable stay - we did request a partial refund for the many issues with our stay and a very small refund was given- I would not recommend staying here, there are better places and better hosts.
• Gabriella (9/5): Struttura centralissima e sileziosa - Struttura centralissima, silenziosa e molto spaziosa, pulita, con asciugamani, kit monouso per la cucina (spugnette pezzoline etc) Non sono presenti zanzariere a tutte le finestre e c’è un leggero odore di umido diffuso. Avremmo preferito la presenza di kit monouso di bagnoschiuma e shampoo

We had a really great time in Venice. - We contacted Sebastiano via WhatsApp and received a very detailed check-in guide from him before our arrival. Besides, the location is very convenient for visiting the Biennale art exhibition. The toilet seat and the quilt need to be replaced.

• Nataliia (10/5): I recommend these apartments for accommodation. Convenient location, comfort, cleanliness, and cozin - The accommodation exceeded our expectations! This place has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. When it started to get chilly outside and we asked to turn on the heating, it was done within a few minutes, and the apartment was warm and cozy. Communication on all matters was at the highest level I enjoyed absolutely everything.The premises are ideal for relaxation and comfort. It takes only 3 minutes to walk to the embankment

• Celine (10/5): Lovely roomy appt in quiet area away from tourist crowds - Lovely quiet location 5min from Arsenale boat stop, 5min from co-op supermarket. Variety of restaurants in main street. Good shower and kitchen was well equipped. Comfy beds and roomy ground floor appt. Excellent whatsapp contact with host, very responsive. Park with turtles nearby and playground a bit further (away from city centre) Be aware there is a 4eur city tax per person per night to be left in cash safe deposit box! This does not seem to be written in the ad (it should be, hope the owner corrects this unless I missed it). We were made aware of this extra cash fee by whatsapp before arrival. Flat smells a bit damp but we knew this from other reviews and being Venice it is obv a bit humid. Radiators turn off automatically at night and it gets chilly (esp. With humidity) but extra blankets are provided and ensured good sleep. Radiator in bathroom (towel rails) heats well!
• Adam (10/5): Great Place to Stay to Explore Venice - Apartment was spacious and comfortable for five people. Very convenient too. There is a very good bakery like 30 secs away, just opposite the alley where the apartment is located, where you can buy breakfast, pizza and lots of cakes. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Coop supermarket only few mins away. Only 15-20 min walk to St Mark’s Square and some of the main attractions. We were there in time for the Venice Carnival, which was sublime. Host was very responsive when he needed to be.

• Άννα (3/5): Great location Terrible Cold in room - The property is decent in a good location The owner has the thermostat automatically set in winter at 16 to 20 grades max (it was usually around 16-18) and it was very cold, it was really hard to sleep at night, especially for the kids. On the door he has a few rules like if you need more warmth in the winter you need to pay 20 euros per day extra, which seemed crazy, but we tried increasing the thermostat regardless of the fee, but it wouldn’t work since it’s automatically set. Thankfully there were dirty duvets in the closet and we used those. Apart from the dirtiness of the place (blood on the walls from dead mosquitoes, spider webs and dust on the walls and under the beds) and the lack of proper warmth in winter time its location is great. I can’t imagine how warm it must be in the summer though, since the owner also charges 20 euro/day if you need it colder than he has set the thermostat to.
• K (8/5): Servicable apartment in a quieter part of Venice. - Apartment was clean and spacious, and while sparsely appointed, it had everything we needed. Communicating with the host was easy enough - we were sent directions to the key and let ourselves into the apartment. Arriving after dark meant using our phone's flashlights to make our way down the narrow, dark alley to access the key and door, but that's life in an old town. We LOVED the location - being away from the busier crowds in a quieter, less-touristy part of town. There is a grocery, multiple wine bars, a gelato place and a few restaurants on the main street just steps away.

• Georgios (9/5): Excellent location - The accommodation was spacious enough for five people. The location is excellent, very close to the city's attractions but also in a lively neighborhood with cafes and bars that get close late at night. Sebastiano answered every question we had immediately.

• Cristina (10/5): Would return - The location was perfect. Safe and away from most of the crowd. 10-15mins walk to piazza San Marco. There are restaurants and a supermarket 2 mins away. The actual apartment has a well setup kitchen. It was clean. We were 4 and had enough room to move. The pull out couch is in the living area. The water has a mind of its own. It gets scorching hot and then very cold. The apt. has a moist smell but we turned on the AC and the smell went away.

Clear instructions to find the place and what we had to do for the keys and others I don't have a bad review. The only thing I would add as recommendation is a fan in the rooms so its a little cooler. pay attention in the shower because in some moments get very hot.

• Péter (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is very big and comfortable. You can find everything what you need in the kitchen. The location is excellent. You can reach shops, supermarket, pubs in few steps. The alley of the apartment is silent and cozy. San Marco Square is in 10-15 minutes on foot. Had to airing a lot because of the musty smell. Half an hour with opened windows helped a lot.

• Patricia (1/5): Bad - space terrible and rude staff mattress was dirty we need to pay 20€ for the cleaner and also bring the bin walking in the city. completely joking, I thought choosing I couldn’t have this kind of trouble.
