• Elena (7/5): - The apartment is actually well located; it was easy to get there from the station and to visit the city centre. There were problems with hot water (the boiler didn't work properly). There was no shampoo and shower gel. The dishwasher didn't work at all. And it was a little bit cold

• gaelle (7/5): - L’emplacement est parfait Très propre Spacieux Seul bémol : devoir allumer l eau de la cuisine pour avoir de l eau chaude dans la douche (pas assez de débit)-mais il est précisé, qu ils vont remédier à ce soucis rapidement…donc une fois que ca sera résolu, ce sera parfait en tous points

• David (9/5): Great location and spacious apartment in Dorsoduro, especially if visiting Ca' Foscari. - First time staying in Dorsoduro. Superb location near Ca' Foscari, good-sized grocery store 3 mins walk away, ~15 minute walk to S. Lucia. Spacious apartment, with kitchen views over courtyard, bedroom views to street. Recycling in Venice can be confusing and/or inconvenient, but host did offer a nominal fee to deal with it, which was appreciated. A bit pricey, I guess due to the arts season. Decor a bit dry and basic but functional. Generally quiet neighborhood, but voices down narrow streets on bedroom side might bother early-to-bed types. Hot water a bit finicky to get going. Internet is relatively slow at 5Mbps, and corners and thick walls reduce signal strength to bedrooms.
