• Chris (8/5): It was lovely. I recommend the apartment but only for shorter stays. - Starting with the location. Excellent! The meet & greet also excellent - the young man who met us was very welcoming. Views of the canal were great and in fact for the price they were a bonus. Having a washing machine was another bonus too. Air conditioning worked well and the apartment is a great size. It was just a few things that let it down - little things, easily addressed. 1) the shower felt it was coming off the wall and needs to be secured properly. 2) The toilet seat is loose. 3) the kitchen sink tap is skew-whiff and needs adjusting to it's proper position and re-securing. Little things which can easily be put right - but haven't been. It's a shame there was no iron or ironing board. (I appreciate it was never said there was one) and no oven (or grill/toaster) so just saying it would be nice if there was. FEEDBACK:
• Barber (8/5): Great stay, near Carmini square with supermarket, bars, restaurants and gelato!! - We liked the location. The view and being next to the canal was a bonus. The apartment was comfortable. The kitchen was modern. Bathroom was excellent with a good shower which stayed warm. The bed was comfortable and you could sit on the large settee and see swifts and blackbirds. Had a lift There could have been a small stand in bathroom to put toiletries on. The keypad needs the enter button replacing. Getting there was abit complicated but 10 min walk from bus station and 10 walk min to vaporetta stops.

Die Größe war schön (50-60qm). Nette Kommunikation mit dem Empfang. Der Eingangsbereich war mit Wäschesäcken vollgestellt. Könnte man viel ansprechender gestalten. 2 verfleckte Sessel müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden! Insgesamt im Appartement Renovierungsbedarf. Z. B. Betten Kopfteil abgeschabt. Matratzen sind durch. Zuwenig Handtücher (wurden auf Anforderung nachgeliefert). Safe vorhanden, aber gehört nicht zum Service.

• Ruth (5/5): - The location. I was expecting a property based on what was advertised. Instead, I was presented with a place completely different to what was on the photograph. It was very basic, paints are peeling of the walls, the headboard fabric was worn out, sofa is smelly and I couldn’t sit on it. The bathroom window has rust and the lights over the sink is not working and dilapidated.

• Gabriele (9/5): - Die Lage und die Aussicht sind herausragend. Im Haus sind täglich freundliche Ansprechpartner anzutreffen, die sich zuverlässig um die Anliegen kümmern. Die Wohnung wurde alle 5 Tage gereinigt. Ein zweiter Wohnungsschlüssel wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte umfangreicher sein. Der Bettrahmen aus Kunstleder sieht sehr abgenutzt aus und müsste dringend ersetzt werden (das Bett an sich ist in Ordnung). Das Badezimmerfenster durfte nicht geöffnet werden.

Proper sleep (quiet, dark) The furniture, especially bed and couch were very very old and very used - looked even dirty. Leather-like material who was ripped off and in bed at the head area, the material was falling off in hair / on the pillow. Furniture (even closet) needs to be replaced Asap.

• Brian (4/5): nice area but a shame about the flat - There was a lift!! Plenty of storage area in the bedroom .It was in a good area to tour Dosoruro and Venice. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the Campo The living room had one very bright ceiling light with a harsh bright whiter light so we had to move in the two bedside lights to make it livable. There were no small spoons (only large ones for breafast cereals) how do you stir sugar or milk in your drink? Whilst experience has taught us to bring our own tea, we found that there was no oil (but there were 3 types of balsamic vinegar!!). We hasve found in other rentals that there is, at least, some oil etc to enable new arrivals to start their holiday. There was a Bialetti type coffee maker, but no intructions e.g. how much coffee to add (these type of machines are not well known outside italy) - best to include a caffitiere style. The flat has 2 solid electric hobs and during our stay we found that they did not work - on a night we decided to cook in the flat and visited the supermarket. Someone arrived and checked the fuses but they could not do anything - so the host said that an elecrician had been called (but it was now 7pm). We found that, by switch off one of the electric sockets above the worksurface that the hobs worked!! However, a day later, when cooking pasta, I found that the large hob suddenly stopped working (and nothing had boiled over). I was advised that 'maybe some contact got a bit wet' - this seemed to be very dangerous as were are dealing with electricity The celing light above the kitchen area did not work - and even when the person who came to assess the problem with the hobs arrived he could not find out why it was not working - there was no problem with the fuse box, so was it that it needed a new bulb. We did wonder why this had not been noticed when the flat had been serviced before our arrival. During our stay we found that one of the bottom hinges of one of the wardrobes had come away - a problem we know from flat pack furniture.

• christophe (8/5): Très bon séjour. - L'appartement est à l'écart de la foule et du bruit ,idéal pour se détendre tout en étant proche de toute commodité ( vaporetto, lieux incontournable de Venise, commerces, ....). Η τηλεόραση βρίσκεται στην κρεβατοκάμαρα και δεν είναι smart, οπότε μπορούσαμε να παρακολουθήσουμε μόνο ιταλικά κανάλια.Για εμάς που πήγαμε αρκετές μέρες ήταν λίγο θέμα.

• Kseniya (7/5): - The apartment was very spacious and quiet, which made the stay really comfortable. It is on the top floor and has a large balcony, which was a nice bonus. The bed was big and comfortable, and the location was very good as well. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and everything needed for a short stay. There were also a few downsides. The fridge does not have a freezer, which was inconvenient. The elevator is extremely small and very slow. Check-in is only available until 7 pm, which is quite inconvenient if you arrive later in the evening. Also, the TV seems to have a technical issue and restarts itself when switching channels.

• S (9/5): おすすめします！ - 終始親切な対応で、立地も良かったです。 夜遅めのチェックインでしたが、事前にメールで丁寧に連絡があったり、迷わないようにドアを開け待ってくれていてスタッフの方はとても親切でした。また、立地も良く飲食店やスーパーも徒歩で向かえました。窓を開けると目の前を川が流れていたり、近くの教会の鐘の音が聞こえたり、素敵な旅行になりました。とても感謝しています！また、建物は古めですが部屋は広く掃除も行き届いていました。キッチンには必要な調理器具や食器があったので、購入したパンやチーズを持ち帰り食べることもできました。 特別大きな不満はありませんが強いて言うなら、壁の薄さでしょうか。上の階の滞在者が大きな声を出した時だけ、下の階にも聞こえてきました。また滞在したのが1月だったため部屋が寒かったです。でも各部屋にヒーターがあり、少し時間はかかりますが部屋は暖かくできました。

Не так дорого, как рядом с Сан-марко, причем из окна открывается прекрасный вид, недалеко от апартаментов есть отличные кафешки, остановка ваппоретто, откуда можно добраться в любую часть города, великолепная церковь с прекрасным колокольным звоном по утрам, из номера открывается просто потрясающий вид на один из каналов, который очень умиротворяет. В данном районе нет толп туристов, как в основной части города. Получение ключей было удобным, хозяин обозначил время встречи и мы с легкостью нашли друг друга. В апартаментах есть все необходимое, кухня, микроволновка, наверное, кто-то там готовит, я кухней не пользовалась. Кровать удобная, постельное белье чистое. Стойка кровати немного потрепана и эко кожа потрескалась, но мне это не было принципиально, в номере высокие потолки, большие окна, деревянные ставни, и мини балкон. Буду в Венеции - вернусь. Жирный минус этих апартов - шумоизоляция, я не спала три ночи. Под окнами постоянно кто-то орал, смеялся, разговаривал. Закрытые окна и ставни не помогали. Кроме того, номер расположен прям напротив лифта и лестницы, и приходящие поздно вечером туристы или соседи были максимально шумными, поэтому шум постоянно чередовался, то на улице, то в подъезде. Если придираться, то номере было немного прохладно, и были небольшие перебои с горячей водой (в первый день была только теплая, в последующие дни, то холодная, то кипяток, душ было сложно принять, нужно было постоянно маневрировать).Предполагаю, что проблема была с элементами нагрева. Вернусь, но куплю беруши.

• Indéfinis (9/5): Très bien ! - Appartement fonctionnel et impeccable, emplacement idéal et idyllique, proche de tous les centres d'intérêt tout en étant (étonnement) au calme. C'était parfait pour nous. (Attention toutefois au surplus exorbitant pour une arrivée tardive)
• karen (9/5): A gem close to Campo Santa Margarita. - Location could not be beat, and communication with the staff for check in etc was excellent Also the few minor issues were handled very efficiently and professionally. The apartment is lovely, we'd stay again. These are not dislikes at all, just suggestions. To be honest the apartmemt was very suitable for our 2 night stay.It would be great if there was a coat rack. It rained both days so our coats were wet and there really isn't a place to hang them. Also, if we were to return and stay longer, say a week - plus, a washing machine and dishwasher would be welcome additions, but again, just suggestions. It's a very lovely apartment as is.

Ma Além disso, fomos bem recebidos pela pessoa responsável, o lugar é muito espaçoso, tem tudo que você precisa, é limpo e confortável! Para não dizer que não tem um ponto negativo, a porta do chuveiro deixa vazar um pouco de água pra fora… mas nada que se compare aqueles banheiros sem box que molham tudo. Foi algo que não nos atrapalhou em nada, mas vale dizer para poder ser consertado.
• Laura (5/5): A little disappointing - The apartment was in a quiter part which was less touristy and close to good links. The rooms were a good size. The apartment was cold at night, and we were informed by the house rules that we could not alter the heating or air conditioning controls. The safe in the wardrobe was not available to use. The terrace was very basic, and once sat down, there was no view. Very basic kitchen, no toaster or oven, just a microwave and 2 ringed hob. I could of done with a bigger mirror. I ended up blow drying my hair in the reflection of the television. We did not find the boat to dispose of our rubbish as per house rules and did listen out around 8am, for the bin truck.

• Siegfried (4/5): Zu teuer für das Angebot - Die Lage mit Blick auf einen Kanal ist gut Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht, wir zahlten fast 800 € für drei Nächte. Für das Unterstellen von zwei Gepäckstücken wollte man 8 € kassieren, die Alternative war, uns noch eine Stunde in die Stadt zu schicken. Ein Heizkörper lies sich nicht abstellen, so heizten wir zum Fenster hinaus und mussten uns mit vielen Mücken arrangieren. Schimmel im Bad, ein verfaulter Türstock, leere Seifenspender, ungemütlicher Essplatz in der Küche, Immerhin ist die Lage schön
• Richard (7/5): Ok for the cost - Location was good, room was very basic although is all you need. Met at the apartment and key hand over was easy. Luggage storage downstairs is handy. No kettle or toaster, lights not working, no washing liquid for washing machine (we left a whole bottle for the next person (you're welcome :)). No balcony in our room, just a window to look out.

• Lewis (5/5): Poor accommodation, great location - The location was perfect. It was a stones throw from lots of nice restaurants and bars. It was also situated on the canal which meant the view from the room was very nice. The apartment was very tired and basic. For example the wardrobe door was broken, the toilet roll holder broken and the backboard from the bed was all scratched and peeling (please see the photo as it is so bad). The bedding had a damp smell which made the bed feel quite uneasy to sleep in. Lots of repairs needed and more effort to make it a nice experience. It didn’t feel special at all, and for the price I am used to a lot more!
• Ildikó (5/5): A szállás nagyon tágas ,de a felszereltsége hiányos volt! - Reggel érkeztünk Velencébe és a szállást már délelőtt 11 kor elfoglalhattuk, aminek nagyon örültünk és nagy segítség volt hogy nem délután 15.00- ig kellett várnunk! Egy nagyon kedves hölgy adta át nekünk a szállást , aki nagyon segítőkész volt de mint kiderült nem ő volt a szállásadónk! Kértünk plusz plédet , mert októberben voltunk Velencében és meglehetősen hűvös volt a lakásban és kicsit meg is voltam fázva , ezért kifejezetten jól esett volna plusz egy pléd, de ezt sajnos nem kaptuk meg , de cserébe bekapcsolták aznap estére a légkondicionálót, amivel meleget tudtunk csinálni a lakásban, viszont másnap estére ez a funkció már nem működött a légkondicionálón így második éjszaka se pléd se fütés nem volt a lakásban, mi vásároltunk magunknak a helyi Conad City-ben egy plédet , amit végül ott is hagytunk a szálláson!

• Izabela (10/5): Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z tego wyboru - Przestronny apartament z pięknym widokiem położony w łatwo dostępnym miejscu, w spokojnej okolicy bez tłumów. Obsługa bardzo miła i bardzo kontaktowa - wszystkie informacje były przygotowane starannie i bardzo szybko otrzymywaliśmy odpowiedzi na wiadomości. Do wszystkich atrakcji można dojść bardzo łatwo pieszo i przy okazji poczuć klimat miasta :) na miejscu również dostępny depozyt gdzie po wymeldowaniu można bezpiecznie zostawić bagaże przed wyjazdem co ułatwia organizację zwiedzania w dniu powrotu

• ARISA (9/5): ベネチアの街をゆっくり楽しめた - 日当たり、風通しがよく清潔感のあるお部屋でした。エレベーターがあるのも荷物の重い旅行者にはありがたいと思います。スーパーやカフェなども近くにあって不便は一切感じなかったです。
• Indéfinis (9/5): Parfait ! - Appartement conforme à la description, très bien situé, calme et lumineux avec une très belle vue sur un canal, dans un quartier vénitien authentique. C'est parfait. Pas de check in autonome... Attention au surplus exorbitant pour une arrivée tardive.

• Maria (10/5): - The quiet location away from the Grand Canal. Close access to Vaporetto stops but easy walking laneways to explore the real Venice. Plenty of restaurants and Caffe Bars nearby to sit and relax after museum tours and have a Spritz and Cicchetti. The elevator was small but it was lovely to have to take suitcases up and down. Stairs were good too. Windows overlooking canal were excellent. Plenty of room in the apartment, bed really comfortable, was able to make an espresso coffee every morning and the washing machine was very handy. Overall great. Nothing, all good.

• Alya (9/5): - Расположение отличное и красивый вид из окна на канал. Персонал тоже очень приятный, заселили реньше запланированного чекина. Квартира чистая. Старая мебель, на изголовье кровати потертости, кондиционеры плохо работают

• de Vries (9/5): - Het appartement lag in het rustige deel van Venetië, heerlijk! Vriendelijke personeel, lekker ruim en koel! Wij kunnen niks bedenken, alleen dat de airco niet heel lekker rook, maar het blijft een airco. Ook is het appartement erg gehorig, zeker qua stampen en verschuiven.
• Jan-Peter (5/5): Terasse und Lage schön, aber unzuverlässiger Service und schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Eine an sich sehr charmante Wohnung mit toller Terrasse in guter Lage, die allerdings von der Ausstattung her erkennbar in die Jahre gekommen ist. Bad, Boden und technische Einrichtungen könnten mal wieder renoviert werden. Außerdem ist der Service leider unzuverlässig, teils auch unprofessionell und offenbar an eine andere Firma ausgelagert. Koffer kann man nach dem Check-Out nur gegen Bahnhofspreise noch am Empfang lassen - und das auch nur zu Zeiten, deren Angaben schwanken. Insgesamt deutlich zu teuer für das, was geboten wird.

• Stuart (9/5): fab, awesome, groovy and great - Everything, spacious comfy and clean, it was fantastic in every way, we'd return tomorrow if we could. one small thing, a full length mirror is needed, the only mirror was in the bathroom, 2 people can't get ready at the same time.

• Kylie (8/5): Very good - Offered many modern comforts including washing machine and not far from most things. It was a bit tired and needed money spent on it to maintain it better. Some things needed basic cleaning and maintenance that could be easily cleaned. The bed head was peeling off onto us when we slept, the pillows needed replacing as were old and very thin and not great. It had a washing machine which was amazing but no pegs to hang washing. We had to find and take out our trash to a boat even though there were staff there to maintain the property which felt weird.
• Georgie (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment, would suggest getting the ferry from the train station ( you can get a pass for a few days) some great restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend staying here. bonus there is a washing machine.
• Rosemary (9/5): Superb - Great location overlooking a canal, with small balcony. Very comfortably furnished. Nice square nearby with lots of choices for dining. Check out the Banksy at the opposite end of the square We made the mistake of leaving the window open at night and lots of mosquitoes came in.
• Indrė (8/5): Excellent location - highly recommend staying in this apartment! - Excellent location! We really enjoyed our stay at Ca' dei Carmini. It was a nice quite location close to the main squares, restaurants and attractions - it was so easy to reach everything by foot, at the same time enjoying the quite time in the apartment in the evening. The apartment wasn't new, but all the facilities were comfortable, the A/C was working perfectly, there was a possibility to do the laundry inside the apartment, and we enjoyed a beautiful view from our apartment windows. Highly recommend! It was really warm in the bathroom without a possibility to open the window, and the showerhead/holder was a bit hard to work with.

• Amber (9/5): Superb - The location was great and the host made it easy to access our room. They were accommodating to our early check in which was greatly appreciated. The shower situation. We always had a leak so I washed my hair in the sink.
• Lilian (7/5): Good - Loved position. Would stay in the same area once again. Just don't like how there is no toaster or kettle. Australians, Americans and possibly other nationalities like to have these available so they too, can make their own continental breakfast.
• Laura (5/5): Excellent location, though could do with some modernising and a bit of a clean. - The hosts were super accommodating, allowing us to check in early. They were friendly, and the location was superb. The view onto the canal was also amazing. The property is spacious, which is a bonus. Unfortunately the property was not clean. There were glass stains, dirty dishes in the dish washer, and mold in the bathroom. The appliances and furniture were old.
