La casa è conforme alle foto, pulita e la cucina, nonostante la dimensioni, è davvero ben attrezzata e ben pensata. L'host è gentilissimo, disponibile e molto veloce a rispondere, tornerò sicuramente!

• Boglárka (7/5): Rövid tartózkodásra szívesen ajánlom - Csendes hely, könnyen megközelíthető gyalog is minden. Ár-érték arány nagyon jó. Rendkívül kedves és rugalmas szállásadó. Minimális a felszereltség (egyik szobában nincs éjjeli lámpa, ágy mellől lekapcsolható), kevés konyhai edény (ha valaki főzni szeretne). Sötét a közeli szomszédos házak miatt, de ha valaki csak aludni használja, arra tökéletes. Az egyik szoba/ágy a konyha-étkezőben van.

Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile Armadio in camera molto piccolo e bagno privo di finestra

Apartament bardzo przytulny, posiadał wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy w tym wygodne łóżka. Dziękuję za możliwość odzyskania pozostawionej zguby! Rano (grudzień) było trochę chłodno, ale tak jest w każdym apartamencie we Włoszech w jakim byliśmy :)

The host was warm, handy and discrete - location was well placed for our plans. around there was nice and handy places for eating and grocerys... we definetly recomend it if you want a fair price for an awesome opportunity to see Venice, if a decent cozy and private place to stay its what you are looking for
• giorgio (10/5): Alloggio ben collocato e top! - L’appartamento si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla e silenziosa a circa 10 min. di passeggiata dalla fermata ACTV su Canal Grande e circa 6 min. da quella sul versante opposto verso San Michele, Murano, ecc. La casa é molto calda in inverno e accogliente munita di tutto quanto occorre per trascorrere qualche giorno a Venezia. La camera ha una propria privacy mentre l’altro letto matrimoniale è collocato in soggiorno. Il Sig. Telo è stato sempre molto disponibile fin dai primi contatti. Tutto perfetto! Torneremo sicuramente! nn

• Natalia (9/5): przyjemny apartament około 2 km od placu św Marka - Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, odpowiedzi bardzo szybkie, właściciel otoczył nas opieką, dziękujemy za prezent na sylwestrową noc :) w apartamencie dostępny jest ekspres i kapsułki. Po dokładnym opisie ze zdjęciami udało się trafić, ponieważ Google Maps nie wskazuje dokładnie adresu, niestety. Apartament był okej.

• Gianpiero (6/5): Carino…ma foto non realistiche - Appartamento situato a 10 min dalla Stazione di S.Lucia, nel quartiere di Canaregio in zona tranquilla. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi Bacari dove fare aperitivi e mangiare i tipici cicchetti veneziani Le foto non sono realistiche…nel senso che l’appartamento è molto più vecchio di quanto appare in foto. L’arredo è vecchio, con uno sportello della cucina che si apre a fatica, un mini frigo molto rumoroso tale da disturbare il sonno visto che un letto matrimoniale si trova a ridosso del cucinino e pulizia sopratutto del piatto doccia che lasciava a desiderare.

The owner was always available via WhatsApp to answer our questions and help with any issues, which made our stay much easier. Since the apartment was available, he kindly allowed us to check in earlier and check out later at no extra cost. This was very convenient for us and greatly improved our overall experience. We would happily stay here again!

L’appartamento è essenziale, ma dotato di tutto, caldo e accogliente. La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dai bacari di Cannaregio, vicino alla fermata del vaporetto, a poco più di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Telo, il proprietario, é stato da subito disponibile e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente al prossimo soggiorno veneziano!

• Andreas (10/5): - Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und bemüht, dass unser Aufenthalt bestens verläuft. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war hervorragend und so haben wir wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geräumig für uns 4 und ruhig. Der benachbarte Kanal mit einigen Bars ist charmant und nicht überlaufen. Allgemein hat uns Cannaregio sehr gut gefallen! Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

• Ermix54 (8/5): 5 giorni intensi a Venezia - Posizione scelta per una arrivo a piedi dalla stazione (circa 20 minuti), un buon supermercato Despar (ex Teatro Italia)nelle vicinanze dove fare rifornimento. Cordialità del proprietario che ci ha lasciato le cialde per i caffè per tutto il soggiorno. Aria condizionata in una settimana di ferragosto rovente molto rumorosa. Utensili della cucina minimali. Qualche segno di degrado dell'edificio che a Venezia bisogna mettere in conto se non si è ospiti degli alberghi dei VIP.

Coffee was excellent (Nespresso Gusto pod machine) Furnishings were a bit dated, but we didn’t mind. Not much light gets into the apartment because of the narrow alleyways in Venice (which is a characteristic of Venice, not the property particularly)

• Stuart (6/5): Fabulous Venice. Apartment is basic but comfortable. - Location was fantastic. Apartment was large and the mum Beds were comfortable. A short walk Away from the really busy areas but only 20 minutes walk to St Marks and 7 minutes from the Vaporetto water bus to and from the airport. Shops 1 minute walk. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Shower needs a facelift. Some plugs did not work. Air con in living room only.

• Milne (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was fabulously located to all that we needed for our trip. It was close to shops, canals and local bars. The host was accommodating, informative and very pleasant to deal with. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended especially for location. A separate sleeping and kitchen area would have been preferable however not having this did not distract from the overall experience of using this accomodation.

• The (9/5): Superb - The location was fantastic. It was quiet but very close to cafes, bars, and restaurants. There was a great supermarket just round the corner. The apartment was large, as I was the only one staying there. The bed is very comfortable, and I loved the memory foam pillows. The communication was excellent, and I couldn't ask for more. I had to leave early, and nothing was a problem. I really enjoyed my stay - when you experience the cost of everything in Venice, you realise that this apartment is very fairly priced. The bedroom has a damp problem in one of the alcoves, and there is some mould starting to develop. I mention this as I'm asthmatic, so it is an issue for me. Hopefully, it will be sorted soon as that really was the only problem I had.
• Victoria (9/5): Nice flat in Venice - The flat was situated in a nice quiet area of Venice but quite close to the main attractions, and the owner was very nice and attentive. He even let us leave our luggage at the premices after check-out. The flat is big and has all the necessary amenities in it. wifi didn't work in the bedroom but it is a normal thing in Venice, the buildings are old , and wifi doesnt reach all the rooms.

• April (7/5): Great location, poor WiFi - Great location, the kitchenette helped save money since we ate a meal at the apartment. The manager was quick to respond to messages WiFi is horrible, and only works in one room. Since cell coverage is an issue on the island, this was frustrating. The surrounding area can be noisy at night.

• Mas (10/5): Cozy quiet stay away from the crowds. Simply perfect - Lovely apartment in the Cannaregio district which was quiet and away from the touristy crowd. We had peaceful quiet stay. It was also safe to be out in the streets even at night. The apartment was clean and lovely. Had a good working kitchen if you wish to cook. It was very spacious even for the 3 of us. The host and his wife were lovely. Not a major issue but do note that in winter, heating is centralised and controlled so there are timings when the heater will be off. This is not something controlled by the host or the building; it's a policy. So be aware and layer up at night if you can't stand the winter cold. Other than that, this was a perfect stay

The wifi worked well when inside the main living area. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very spacious for the three of us. The host was extremely great at providing directions to the property as Venezia is a bit of a maze at first and a very nice person. The coffees provided were delicious. We would 100% come back to this property!!
