• Aygün (10/5): - Küçük tatlı bir meydana bakan tüm olanaklarıyla tam bir daire. Çamaşır makinesi, küçük bir buzdolabı, kahve makinesi ve su ısıtıcı, fön makinesi eksiksiz. Her sabah meydana bakan pencereleri açıp kuş seslerini dinleyerek kahve içtik. Her yere yürüyebildiğiniz ama boğucu kalabalıktan uzak bir konumda. Meydanda eski su kuyusu, bir yanında kilise, diğer yanında kanal ve köprü var. Her açıdan çok memnun kaldık, bir daha gidersek kesinlikle yine burada kalmak isteriz. Son gece evin altındaki barda bir etkinlik vardı sanırın, sabah 2'ye kadar gürültü kesilmedi. Her gece bu şekilde değil ve açıkçası tatilde eğlenen gençlerin bir yere kadar tolere edilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum ama eğer ses konusunda hassassanız bu biraz rahatsız edici olabilir.

• Anna (9/5): Unforgettable stay in a perfect location. - Nicely decorated apartment, very comfortable sofa, equally comfortable beds with warm feather duvets; well-equipped kitchen. From the front windows you can see the beautiful Santi Apostoli church, as well as scenes of everyday life, as the area is not solely touristic. The Ca D'Oro vaporetto stop is about 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. It would have been helpful to have a small bin in the bathroom for tissues, make-up removal waste, dental floss etc.

• FRANCISCO LUIS (8/5): Ubicación inmejorable y cómodo para unos días bonitos por Venezia - El apartamento está muy bien situado , limpio y bonito No me gustó el desayuno hay algún producto como el aceite y la nutela caducados y el apartamento está situado justo encima de un bar y esto lo hace ruidoso si te quieres dormir sobre todo el sábado

• Toni (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert! - Top Lage, zentral nahe der Strada Nova, viele Cafe‘s, Bars etc. Das Apartment war hübsch eingerichtet mit allem, was es für einen Kurztrip für 4 Personen braucht. Das angegebene Frühstück in Plastikbehältern passte nicht ins Bild, haben uns selbst in der Umgebung gut versorgt 😀. Wie andere auch hatten wir mit Mücken viel Stress - Mückenschutz an den Schlafzimmerfenstern absolut sinnvoll.

• Xin (10/5): Great value - Good location close to seabus stops, Rialto, St. Mark's. Owner quickly responds to messages. Very easy check in and location easy to find (ground level door between 2 small businesses). Very clean. Overall, great value for Venice. The patrons at one of the restaurants downstairs can be quite loud until midnight/0100 am, so this might be an issue for light sleepers. The apartment had almost everything for daily life, including dishware and cutlery, pots, cutting board and coffee pods, light snacks (toasted breads, packaged croissants) but seeme to be missing a kettle.
• Chris (10/5): Perfect trip to beautiful Venice staying in a perfect apartment. - A lovely apartment which suited the three of us. Location was fabulous for gondola trip, shops, cafes and restaurants. Pretty area too. Not a noisy area either. No tea cloth to wipe items up so we used a hand towel, no full length mirror. That’s all.

• Kristi (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great, and we appreciated the AC! Close to food and water taxi stops and gondola. Apt had what we needed for a nice stay. Traveled with 2 teenagers and spouse. One room has 2 twin beds. It is not shown in pictures.
• Imran (10/5): Will visit Venice again, and would like to stay in this apartment again - Perfect location, clean and dainty rooms, comfortable and cosy apartment. Mr Stephano was an excellent host who arranged the wheelchair for my wife. Nothing at all
• Mercy (9/5): Great location, charming apartment - Communication was excellent. So thoughtful they'd put a bottle of water in the fridge! Refreshing after the journey. Kitchen well stocked. Gotta warn you though, breakfast provided is packets of store bought croissants, and store bought toasted bread with jams and Nutella, so don't expect much. That's what stops me from giving it 10 stars. Wish the host had specified this. Location is great with Gelato and var downstairs. Lots of restaurants around too. Close to major attractions. There are some stairs to climb to get up to the apartment.
• Barry (5/5): Great location but not for summer- not enough AC - The location was great The air conditioning was in no way sufficient. The AC was not on, the outside temperature was 83F, and the inside temperature upon arrival was 30C, which is high 82.4 F. We were sweating and couldn’t sleep for a while. Even after turning on the AC and it running all night, the temperature inside was still 27.9 C. The place simply doesn’t have sufficient AC capacity for the size of apartment.

Buzzing during the day and evenings but the glazing in the windows kept all sounds out, yet the atmosphere was at our door steps. As was the cafe and gelato shop. Nil
• Kristinad1 (9/5): Superb - Very good location, walking distance from Saint Marco and Rialto Bridge. The apartment itself is very cozy and clean, there is almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area is also nice and safe, there are many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The communication with the host was only though booking.com messaging, but it was fine for us. The check-in time at 3pm was a bit late for us since we had a morning flight, although the host responded to the request that early check-in is not possible, however when we got there the apartment was ready and we were able to check-in two hours earlier which was very nice of the host. We liked everything except the promised breakfast :)). Breakfast was included in our booking price. However, there was NOTHING!!! for breakfast in the apartment as stated in the offer, not even coffee capsules (although there was a coffee machine). Of course, it didn't matter much in the end, but it was a bit disappointing.

• Anonymous (8/5): Excellent location to explore Venice - Location is brilliant! Wondering around Venice to walk off dinner or simply for the enjoyment of getting lost showed this a perfect base location. Breakfast comprises complementary pre-packed croissants, Nutella, jam or honey and the coffee machine - I think some guests confuse air BnB with a full hotel! There are literally dozens of cafes to walk-to for breakfast nearby. I popped out to a different cafe each morning for a coffee, and freshly baked pastry and to watch people. Only 1 central air conditioning unit so had to leave bedroom doors open for air to circulate . Only 1 thin pillow each. A bit noisy at night, but that just encourages sitting out Italian style till late! Apartment is on the compact size and I found it tricky not to disturb other sleeping family members as sound carried very easily. An information sheet would have helped understand the garbage rules, and little things like shower room extractor fan switch. No Wi-Fi, 4G reception a bit patchy.

• Mercedes (9/5): Cozy place but no breakfast - The apartment is situated in a strategic place. It is very nice and cozy It was said breakfast was included but we didn't have coffee (there was an empty jar and no capsules for the machine coffee) nor milk. There was only a bag of croissants, some honey, but I didn't know if it was from the last guests of the apartment. I said that on a message to the host but she/he didn't answer.

• Niels (9/5): Great apartment in central location which helped us make the most of our Venice stay - This was a very well suited apartment for our 4 people travel group with 2 regular bedrooms. The apartment was clean and very nice and we felt at home immediately. Great base for exploring all the sights of Venice and we certainly enjoyed its central location. I can not think of anything we did not like about this apartment.
