• Andrea (8/5): INCROYABLE ! Vous devez venir visiter Venise ! - L’emplacement de l’appartement est vraiment au top ! 8 minutes à pied de la place de Rome. Parfait pour le transfert du car de l’aéroport jusqu’à la place de Rome pas besoin de faire tout Venise avec vos valises. La place saint Marco est à 20 minutes de marche, le pont de Rialto 30 minutes et pour le reste les vaporetto vous emmènera partout dans Venise grâce au pass . Grâce a l’emplacement vous avez le choix entre Accadamia /P. De Roma. L’appartement est située dans une ruelles en-dehors des rues principales les fenêtres sont en doubles vitrages un silence total ! L’appartement a un grand espace pour circuler. Bianca nous as été d’une très grande aide et hyper bienveillante et accueillante ! Ce n’est pas dû à l’établissement en lui même mais les voisins du dessus était extrêmement bruyant.. Les enfants sauter, courée dans l’appartement et les déplacements de chaises/meubles à 22heures nous ont légèrement agacer. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour mais nous avons passer la plus part de notre temps en dehors de l’appartement. Le matelas n’est pas super confortable ont sent énormément les ressorts. ( Chacun à sont confort de matelas nous ce n’était pas notre cas) Pour les plaques de cuisson les pôles ne fonctionne pas pour ce type de plaque. Attention l’appartement ne contient pas de micro-ondes vous ne pouvez pas faire chauffer de nourriture.
• Cathy (9/5): Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Venise en étant au calme - L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal. Tout près de la piazzale Roma (5 minutes à pieds) et donc des bus pour l'aéroport et des vaporetto. Et dans le quartier du Dorsoduro, qui est très sympathique, animé juste ce qu'il faut. Pas si loin de la place San Marc. L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel. La personne qui nous a accueillis etait très agréable. Le matelas du lit trop ferme pour nous. Un peu mal au dos... Il manquait une serviette pour essayer la vaisselle.

• Allan (7/5): - Espaçoso, rua tranquila, facilidade no check-in. Cheiro ruim no banheiro o tempo todo. Colchão péssimo para o padrão do apartamento.
• Andrii (10/5): Exceptional - Probably not a good idea to charge guests for the removal of rubbish. It’s not ok to pay for it if I pay for cleaning. Also, bring it to the bus station with all luggage- very stupid idea. This is we didn’t like. Other was ok
• Gizem (3/5): Host was very welcoming but facilities was not worth the price. - The lady was very pleasant and introduced the house really well. There was no Tv which disappointed me, as an air bnb should provide this. There were no extra bath towels. The toilet paper was very bad quality. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I had a back ache all through my holiday.

• Jeanette (9/5): Highly Recommend but be there at check-in schedule, not earlier - The apartment is walkable from the train station, no need to take a water taxi. But since you are in Venice and will need to pass bridges, be ready to carry your luggage. The place is quite huge and complete for a couple. We appreciated the kitchen and washing machine - especially the stove as we were able to heat the pizzas we brought home there. The pantry had the basic necessities. We waited quite sometime for the host to arrive. No major issue but it would have been nice if she was more mindful as we waited for 3hours (we were early for check in) - the apartment was already cleaned as we saw the cleaning lady leave, but we were not allowed to enter - and it was cold and raining a bit outside.
• Iuliana (8/5): Very good - The appartment is very spacious, clean, and situated in a quiet area. The lady from the company which rents was very helpful and they were so nice to let us check in 1 or 2 hours earlier.Also, I asked for the receipt and they gladly provided one. The mattress of the bed was so hard, not so good for my back. It would've been nice to have also a TV. Also, it might be a thing in Venice, I do not complain, but for the money paid, I expected a little more.
• Arina (8/5): nice apartment, fully equipped. not far from railway station and center - really nice apartment with dishwasher and washing machine. kitchen was fully equipped There was a blockage in the shower and water was pouring out. but the 2 euro remedy helped clear the blockage. good investment:)
