• Małgorzata (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja – w bliskiej odległości od placu św. Marka, przystanku tramwaju wodnego oraz centrum. W pobliżu znajduje się piekarnia, apteka, sklepy i liczne restauracje, więc wszystko jest pod ręką. Apartament jest przyjemny, zadbany i bardzo komfortowy, a kontakt z właścicielką był bardzo dobry – szybki, pomocny i serdeczny. Dodatkowym atutem jest spokojna okolica, dzięki czemu można naprawdę odpocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Il est facile de rejoindre les centres d'intérêt grâce aux bateaux à proximité. Pas mal de restos dans le quartier. Bref un très bon séjour. Rien

• Brandy (6/5): Good for short term stay. - The location was great. Neighbors seemed friendly. The bathroom could use some upgrades. They should install some hooks and towel bars. The shower should have a place to hold at least 1-2 toiletries instead of having to put it on the floor, the shower is already too small. The hot water doesn’t work for too long. You need to take a quick shower. There is also no elevator. The room was ok, no problems there.
• Barlas (10/5): - The location was a short walk to the Doge. The directions to the room were clear and concise. The bakery near the location was great and there were many great resturants along the walk back to the room.

• Robert (9/5): - Hatte Probleme das Zahlenschloss abzulesen (keine Taschenlampe installiert), Gastgeberin hätte mir bald jemand geschickt. Unbedingt Taschenlampe mitnehmen oder auf Smartphone installieren.

• Cucina (9/5): - Piccola casa su Via Garibaldi, fornita nelle vicinanze di tutto il necessario. A piedi è raggiungibile Piazza San Marco e grazie ai vaporetti, è possibile visitare ogni parte della città ( la fermata è neanche a 5 minuti a piedi). Casa piccolina ma fornita di tutto il necessario. Nulla in particolare

• Michail (9/5): An excellent, convenient stay near the Biennale Gardens. - We had a great stay in a spotless clean, quiet, and cozy apartment, perfectly located between Arsenale and the Biennale Gardens, making it an ideal base for visiting the exhibition. It's about a 20-minute walk to San Marco Square and just 5 minutes from the vaporetto station (Giardini Biennale). Check-in was smooth, and the owner was very responsive to our messages. We would definitely stay there again and certainly recommend it. Bathroom needs some towel hooks.

The apartment is fully equipped, well thought kitchen with everything we needed, we had breakfast there everyday. The bed is super comfortable, the location is awesome, around lots of good restaurants and a few supermarkets too. We just loved everything. -

Felt like you were staying with the locals and there’s a lovely little bar 1 away with the main Street there being really lively. Because it was in a cute little alley way there wasn’t much to see out the windows

• Richard (8/5): Sweet Home Venice - Great location. Plenty of food and coffee next door. Co-Op shop just along the road. Fishmongers next door for fresh seafood. No one told me about switching the water heater on. Had to work it out myself.

• Aigul (9/5): Superb - Very nice location close to the Biennale locations and the green park. Was very easy to take the keys. Studio was clean and had almost everything needed. Betty the host was welcoming and explained everything in advance via chat. Unfortunately, there was no washing machine and the closest automatic laundry was 25 min walk from the place. I stayed in July and it was very hot outside so that was the only one minus for this appartment.
