• Lucy (10/5): Spacious and Beautiful! - This apartment was incredibly spacious! It had a kitchen, a dining room, 3 bedrooms and a loft and a beautiful living room with a couch and an amazing view of the canal out the windows. It also had a washer and dryer, and 3 different bathrooms. It was very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The stairs to get up to the apartment were kind of old and dark but once you got inside, the interior made up for it a thousand fold. There were even little balconets in the living room facing the canal. It was also in a pretty convenient location, about a 20 minute walk from St. Mark's and in a very quiet part of town. My only regret is that I couldn't afford to stay longer than one night here.

Testiere del letto scrostate, arredamento basico, per un prezzo così almeno due bottiglie d'acqua e una macchina del caffè con cialde sarebbero gradite. Buona posizione, bellissima vista. Servizio di assistenza clienti vergognoso! Non rispondono ai messaggi, alle mail, alle telefonate. Arrivano messaggi standard quando si è in procinto di entrare. Considerando €150 di spese di pulizia finale si dovrebbe trovare la casa in condizioni perfette ma nemmeno i water sono puliti, pieni di incrostazioni e con tavolette in condizioni pessime. Sistema di illuminazione carente. Peccato.
• MELETIOS (7/5): excellent location for big groups of persons ! - excellent location, clean, very polite staff, big spaces, hot water, but the most important is the location ! The view from the big saloon was amazing ! Very good facility for bigger number of guests. Up to 8 can be served properly. Six guests are the ideal number. Very complicated and difficult check in, the communication and instructions very poor, double messages, when the next one was in contrast with the previous ones, the communication and check in system, not properly designed and performed. windows did not work properly, facilities was not in good condition, mosquito's all over the apartment, you cannot leave open the windows for the next guest in Venice. Just it is not acceptable. Internet was not strong at all in all areas, but just in the saloon. Very easy to install an internet transmitter in the kitchen, problem resolved. TV had no options for Netflix and other applications, old style. Furniture was poor, especially beds and mattresses. Specific experience was rather poor. OVERAL experience was OK. With very small efforts, the apartment could become first class hospitality facility. Lack of attention from the management team, is clearly evident.

• Giovanni (9/5): Ottima posizione, appartamento enorme con vista fantastica - Ottima posizione, nel quartiere di Cannaregio, non troppo lontano dalla stazione, dal terminal dei vaporetti per Murano e Burano e dal ponte di Rialto... Quartiere con negozi ma posizione tranquilla, grande supermercato a 2 minuti a piedi. Casa enorme e con vista fantastica. Cucina nuova, frigorifero enorme. Host puntuale nelle risposte Volendo trovare qualche appunto c'erano pochi cucchiai (4 cucchiai in tutto e noi eravamo 6, li abbiamo comprati di plastica al supermercato), non c'erano cucchiaini, le testiere del letto erano un po' rovinate... Ma non ha influito sul nostro soggiorno

• Anna (3/5): Very disappointing - It is a good location and spacious. There was a broken door and another one fell off the hinges, the water in the bathroom shower backed up into the sink, the bidet didn’t work and the fire alarm went off at 3am and could not be shut off.

• Louise (9/5): A lovely short break in Venice in a fabulous location. - The location and views were perfect for our family group! Great value for money.. we would stay again! Flexibility with a slightly earlier check in would have been a bonus. The shower pressure could have been better in a couple of the bathrooms.
• Marcin (9/5): Przestrzeń do której chce się wracać. - Ogromna przestrzeń, duży komfort, 4 łazienki. Piękny widok z salonu. Wiele szaf w których można wszystko pomieścić. Wykończenie w bardzo dobrym standardzie, świetna lokalizacja. Małe nieudogodnienia typu brak wieszaka na ręczniki, słaba wentylacja łazienkach. Nic co by mocno zakłócało wypoczynek.

Très grand et salles de bain privées. L’appartement nécessiterait un rafraîchissement, les meubles et fournitures (divan, lits, etc) sont très usés.

• Wendi (10/5): Wonderful. - Very big, spacious, room for everyone, apartment was clean and well stocked. Washing machine and dryer were very nice to have.
• Susan (5/5): Passable - Very spacious and warm apartment but could be so much better. The agency - so called 'Wonderful Italy' has a different name for this apartment which created confusion. Their check-in website one of the worst..complicated and impossible to alter if you make a mistake!. I kept getting the same email to complete the check in..whilst someone else in the Agency had already said all ok...very badly organised. In the apartment- 2 very large interior doors hanging off..1 to a double bedroom and 1 to a bathroom- either of them could potentially fall and injure someone as they are very tall and heavy. I main bathroom light not working and the toilet seat with a large crack through it. I small bathroom with no mirror. The apartment is for 8 people (we were 4) so very strange that the dining table has only 6 chairs..3 spoons..no wine glasses and only 3 water glasses. No coffee pot or coffee machine. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable so 3 of us didn't sleep well at all. It could be so much improved with someone taking note of the comments.

• Natalie (7/5): Great location for a large family. - The location was fantastic. It is a very spacious apartment with great kitchen and laundry facilities. The view is unbelievable from the living room- hours could be spent just watching the canals. The air conditioning was not great and it took some time to work out how to get them all working. The beds were very soft and showers would definitely benefit from an upgrade and repair.

• Hector (10/5): Amazing time with family in the best environment - Huge apartment in the centre of Venice with amazing views to the canals. 4 bathrooms, 3-4 bedrooms, massive kitchen and even bigger living room… amazing! Shower pressure needs some minor fixing
• Rene (6/5): Pleasant - Location. Big apartment No basic amenities - no washing capsules, no salt/sugar or coffee. No water kettle - asked for one but was declined. Someone entered the apartment in the morning before check-out time which is not acceptable.

• Kim (9/5): Rare Gem. Stay Here - Beautiful location. Very comfortable accommodation for our family of 6. It was a real treat to be able to spread out and have our own space. The price was perfect for the offering. Near many stores and close to the waterbus site. Washer and dryer on premises was a huge plus. Very rare for Europe to have the dryer in accommodations. It is a few flights of stairs up with no lift, which made luggage more difficult.
• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - The view was stunning being at the intersection of 2 canals, with the sun rising directly in front of the living room - best accommodation we stayed in throughout 6 weeks in Europe and the US. The space was huge which suited our family of 6 perfectly. Absolutely loved the location and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Nothing :)
• Ani (9/5): Superb - - great view from the apartment - this was our favourite part! - spacious with multiple rooms - easy to find and enter the building (the staff helped a lot) - no kettle which was annoying when you visit in February and want a warm tea at the end of the day (ofc there are other ways to boil water but for this price, it should be a must, I think). - though the bathrooms are clean, the rooms a bit dusty - I think the apartment lacked some small gestures that would be amazing - salt, tea, coffee, small shower gels etc. - we couldn't control the rooms temperature of the apartment - it had a set point somehow. So was a bit cold.

• Hildebrand (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay was incredible! Very comfortable and a huge amount of space for a family of 6. Very clean, upmarket apartment which was well located. Hosts were very helpful and attended to a heating issue within an hour of us mentioning it. You can't go wrong with this booking! I would definitely stay there again.

• Patrick (7/5): Good - The apartment layout was great , location was perfect. In the winter you need heating and only 1/2 the apartment had working heat. It took till the last night to get heat into bedroom and living room, it was freezing and staff didn't really help much.
• Theodosia (4/5): Nice flat but would not suggest for cold weather. - Clean flat and really spacious. There were clean sheets and clean towels too. Dishwasher tablets and hand and body soaps. Lastly, pillows and beds are really comfortable On the first night by night half of the flat got really really cold, the radiators were off. There are two thermostats at the flat. By last day one showed 20 degrees (which it felt like it really) and the other showed 15.5 degrees (which felt even less). From the morning of day two I email them and then whatsapped them to let them know and get someone to fix it. They said that they checked the thermostat from their device and it showed 20 degrees. I also took a picture for proof. They insisted that it shows it's 20 degrees on their device - so they did not believe me which is frustrating as genuinely the house was so cold (living room - one bedroom and the kitchen area - that's where the radiators were off). I asked them again to send someone to check and up until today no answer.

• Melissa (7/5): Good - Property was well located, but problems with access due to lack of communication with owner who didn’t understand that not all travellers have consistent wifi access and was very rude. No basics like a kettle or washing up detergent. Two flights of stairs and lack of communication
• Nickoly (10/5): Great - Beautiful Apartment, very spacious and clean. Great location had a lot of things to do nearby and everything was at a walking distance. The view was amazing. there was no elevator and we had to go up 4 flights of stairs with our luggage and double bed bedroom bathroom shower was leaking.
• Emily (1/5): Warning - Stay Away - Nothing No one onsite to help or contact. No direction on which level or apartment we were in. We had to figure it out ourselves. Filthy kitchen pots, pans, cups, mouldy microwave, and oven had no power, did not work. Dinner went in the bin! Two small couches with stains on both classified as "Single beds." Half the powerpoints and light switches did not work. No quiltcovers and quilts were dirty, dicoloured, and with stains. Couch had construction dust on it. No basic kitchen needs (kettle, dishliquid/soap, sponge, clothes powder, towel, etc). Dryer did not work. All internal doors don't close properly. Bathroom lights were dim to hide the uncleanliness. Stunk of cigarette smoke. The lobby was pitch black with construction materials all over the place. Concrete dust was in the air. Took plenty of photos and would upload all of them if we could.

Loved it and Venice! - The apartment was a lot bigger than expected with a large living area that looks out on to the canals which was a major highlight. This was our first trip to Venice and therefore have only stayed in this area but found it to be nice and a little quieter than other areas explored but at the doorstep to restaurants, supermarket, key tourist sites etc! Would’ve loved a kettle/tea bags and some more cleaning supplies.
• Singh (9/5): Overall we had a great time - Great location and lots of space The bathroom in the front room needs to be fixed, it was leaking everytime we showered. And the light bulb needs to be replaced.
• Jason (4/5): Disappointing - A flat of this quality did not have a Kettle or Coffee machine, I checked that it is not on its list but you would expect it too. The toaster tripped the electricity and the oven did not work. Worst of all - They have no service on a Sunday !!!
• Anonymous (10/5): If definitely try to stay there again if I go back. - It was big and each room had its own bathroom with shower. Great view of canals. Around the corner was a grocery store which was nice. The air conditioner was nice and quiet. Quite a few stairs to get up to the apartment. Luckily my daughters boyfriend carried my suitcase up for me. It was worth it, but it was a workout.

• Muradxb (10/5): Exceptional - After a long road trip from Rome to Panzano-Florence-Bologna and finally, to Venice, this apartment was a gift!!! So spacious, well furnished and very clean! The apartment is on the second floor and if you are travelling with a family with a lot of luggage it's not easy to go up with your bags and staff. This is just for information. The stay was amazing!

Just a nice touch to wake up in morning and have an Expresso at your convenience. Booking process and working with property manager was easy and were responsive. would stay again at property. Nothing.

• Jobert (7/5): Good - the location was great, close to the train station and everything else to see. the appartement was huge! lots of rooms! and the view from the living room was 5 stars! also the indication to find and access the apartment were really easy to understand and follow. the apartment didn’t have any sort of hospitality tray. no water bottle, or any collation. not even a coffee machine. there was barely enough soap for 2 days for a family of 6.

• Paul (5/5): Appartment was good and the location - Tha appartments itself was fine Access to the appartment was a nightmares. We had to climb up and down four flights of very steep stairs to gain access. It would be fine for young people but not for someone my age
• Carrie (10/5): excellent communication with the hosts, easy to find amazing location we will - spacious , comfortable, stylish , fantastic location. supermarket , bars and restaurants all with in less than 5 mins. super quick to the vappertto . we will most definitely return here my only suggestion would be a kettle . Us tea drinking brits can’t function in the mornings . But we improvised . Couldn’t fault anything
