• Eva (10/5): - It s a beautiful spacious place in a great area. Check in was easy and communication good.
• Shea (8/5): Beautifully appointed. Poorly maintained. - Wonderful location and a beautifully appointed and remodeled flat in a traditional aristocratic palazzo. The bonus is the balconies that allowed us to let in the morning light and sunsets overs the canals. Arrigo was a wonderful greeter as well. This apartment was renovated a few years back to high spec, however it’s painfully obvious that the current owners/management don’t care about its maintenance. Drippy faucets, broken towel bars, broken shelves/soap dishes (rendering them useless), curtains falling off the track, and the beautiful modern chandelier in the center of the apt that doesn’t turn on were all quite disappointing after arriving and settling in. The photos don’t tell the full story. These details that are quite easy to fix would go a long way. Something as simple as a surface to put toiletries on in the bathroom is a good example. For the price per night, these things should be a given.
• Ingrid (2/5): - Lägenheten ligger i ett bra område nära till flera sevärdheter. Köket fungerade inte alls. Spisen var helt sönder och kunde inte användas. Trots att vi påpekade detta direkt när vi kom ordnade det inte under hela vår vistelse. För oss helt värdelöst att hyra en lägenhet utan fungerande kök. Att kunna laga vår egen mat (allergier) är huvudorsaken till att vi valde att hyra en lägenhet . Det var även helt omöjligt att få snabb kontakt med hyresvärdarna.de svarade oftast dagen efter eller inte alls. Uselt. I efterhand förstod vi att de redan innan vi kom måste vetat att spisen inte fungerade.
• Katherine (10/5): - The location in Cannaregio is the best place to be. The apartment is so beautiful and well equipped. The bed is so comfortable there is so much space to unpack and feel at home in a Venetian palazzo.
• Karlheinz (7/5): - Early check in war nicht möglich. Herd hat nicht funktioniert. Heizung über Klimaanlage extrem laut. Schlaf Bereich sehr warm durch hohe Räume und wohnbereich sehr kalt. Fenster sehr schlecht und zugig. Nicht geeignet für kalte Jahreszeit

• Yurii (10/5): - The apartment is great! It's even better then on the pictures! Nice, clean, close to everything you might need. 15-20 min walk to San Marco Pl. We loved the balcony, it has a beautiful view! Friendly and kind staff, that was a pleasure to speak with!
• Vasile (8/5): Very nice with some caveats. - Location, view, towels, top of the line equipment. Abysmal Internet, you're better off connecting the smart TV to your phone to watch Netflix. Internet was about 1 mbit if that. Unusable. The downstairs shower is leaking, there's even some water damage showing on the wall to living, the leak actually gets into the living. Ended only using the one upstairs after finding out. Airco either not working or turned off somewhere, only heating worked for us. A dishwasher is provided, but no cleaning supplies, bring your own dishwasher detergent capsules. However all these downsides hardly detract from the charm of the apartment, don't let them deter you if they are not deal breakers. Note that during summer you will likely need working airco. End April was all right without.
• Monika (8/5): Nice apartment but requires few fixes - Spacious and well-furnished. The apartment is at the 1st level, so not too many steps to get there. The shower trays were cumulating the water as the drainage was not working properly in both showers. So basically while taking the shower, the water was cumulating in the shower tray and you stayed at the puddle. The shower knob at the shower in the bottom level was dismantled and was falling off during using it. We also was provided with 1 dishwasher cub, which was too little for 3 night stay.
• Daniel (8/5): Wonderful visit to Venice was given extra magic by staying in this historic feeling apartment. - The property itself was very nicely done. Great facilities, small balcony, 2 full bathrooms. Location was excellent. The high ceilings and lovely entrance gave it a romantic atmosphere. Only issues were: The palazzo across the canal is undergoing full reconstruction so from around 8 in the morning on weekdays it’s very loud; the WiFi was barely functional; no idea how to use the thermostat. Luckily it wasn’t very warm.

• Martin (8/5): Very good - Very nice apartment in terms of size. The building has been renovated and it is amazing. I think it's time to replace that old sofa. Also, I was a bit surprised that they did not supply a few dishwasher capsules for the stay like all other apartmentswe rented. I asked and was told that because it's an apartment, they expect the customer to buy them. So based on the same logic, you wouldn't supply any consumables such as shampoo, toilet paper or dishwashing liquid. Anyways, if you rent this apartment, bring some from your home so you don't have to buy a whole box at the grocery store.
• Simon (9/5): Superb - The property was very roomy, well lit and beautifully located for quick walks / easy access to the major sights and local eateries and shopping. We had a fabulous time for 4 days based out of this property Wi-fi was a bit patchy but we do strongly feel that this was a broader Venice problem, rather than one with the property

• Alisa (8/5): Very good - The property is in excellent size and state. We loved the size for 3 people and the location. The host was nice and very friendly with tips. The building is quite old but the flat is very modern and newly renovated. The apartment needs a bit of better dust cleaning, the bed mattress is not the comfiest and the friend sleeping on the extendable couch was suffering.
• Vivien (10/5): Absolutely recommend this beautiful Palazzo apartment - spacious and newly renovated apartment in a beautiful location, 10 min walk to various vaporetto stations, very friendly welcome and introduction by the owner, kitchen is equipped ok with everything needed to prepare a simple meal, bed is soft, two bathrooms, no beach towels provided on a side note: wifi is very slow, there is a construction site opposite the apartment, heavy work starts at about 7am (July 2022)
