• Bernadette (9/5): - L'appartement est à 5 minutes du vaporetto. Le quartier est authentique, à l'écart des circuits touristiques. Beaucoup de restaurants sympathiques à proximité. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée, agréable et confortable. Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire mais il est toujours disponible par téléphone. Il manque un grille pain mais c'est un détail.

• Andrea (8/5): - Sehr netter Empfang mit detaillierter Wegbeschreibung zum Appartement. Gut ausgestattete Wohneinheit, von der aus man fußläufig in 15 Minuten am Markusplatz ist. Im Appartement war es zu Beginn kalt. In den Räumen ist es eher dunkel, nicht lichtdurchflutet. Die Dusche ist sehr niedrig.

• Dimitrios (10/5): - Eine tolle Ferienwohnung im nördlichen Teil von Cannaregio, in einer Wohngegend. Abseits der Touristenströme gelegen mit 2 Minuten zur Anlegestelle Sant Alvise und 10 Gehminuten zur Anlegestelle Marcuola am Canale Grande. Ein relativ großer Supermarkt Conad ist 6 Minuten entfernt. Der Vermieter Lorenzo hat uns vor unserer Ankunft per WhatsApp viele Informationen geschickt (Danke für den Tipp mit der Wochenkarte für die Öffentlichen) und war auch immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst war für uns drei ausreichend groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Dusche ist allerdings niedrig, also für große Menschen nicht geeignet. Küche ist sogar mit Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Klimaanlage funktionierte ebenfalls einwandfrei. In Venedig wird auf Mülltrennung geachtet, so dass man Restmüll jeden Tag, Papier und Plastik alle zwei Tage am Campo Sant Alvise abgeben konnte ( 2 Minuten). Auch das wurde erklärt. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Nichts

• Manuel (10/5): Appartement idéal pour 3 personnes à Venise - Très bien situé. Très bonne accessibilité en vaporetto et à pied. Au calme dans un quartier très agréable. Appartement très fonctionnel, bien agencé et décoré. On s'y sent tout de suite très bien. Ne pas négliger la gestion des déchets (compliquée mais importante à Venise) !

• Tomaswoj (10/5): Very comfortable, well equipped and cozy apartment in a calmer area of Venice. - Very cozy, comfortable and well equipped apartment. You could easily stay there for a week or two, with your family, doing your own lunches/dinners, living the live of a Venetian for a while, doing shopping in local shops, etc. Great location, a bit off the main streets, but that is a big advantage. Cozy area, you can feel the atmosphere of the neighbourghood. Shop (CONAD) is very close to the apartment, also the vapporetto stop. Quite a large park (for Venetian standards) is also nearby. Calm, trianquile, no crowds, no tons of tourists. Very clean, finished with a lot of taste, a lot of guides available for your use. Host provided great instructions for all the aspects of living there. All was great, nothing to be improved. We were very happy to stay there for almost a week and a bit unhappy to leave.
• Deborah (10/5): Exceptional - Great stay. The apartment is perfect for three people, clean, reformed, and located in a quiet yet convenient place. Lorenzo, the host, was superb, very helpful and attentive. We would definitely stay again.

Walking or going by Vaporetto to Rialto, San Marco, Peggy Guggenheim takes its time, but that was okay, in the end, Venice is pretty small. Struggeled with the heating at first. Some guest said that the flat is difficult to heat, but this is wrong. It is only: The heating is not a fan heater, it takes a few minutes to get warm, in between, it does nothing, this is normal.

• Deborah (9/5): Lovely property in a quiet location - Wonderful location, very quiet, and in a neighborhood that's not touristy. Lorenzo was great and easy to communicate with. The place was clean and modern, but also cozy. It was also in a handy location for the Vaporetto stop, just 2 minutes away. Would highly recommend! We would have liked spare blankets as it got unexpectedly chilly. We were able to turn up the heating instead though.
• 麗民 (10/5): Me and my friends have a great stay there, if I have chance to visit Venice I will consider to stay here again. Che bell - Very clean, the space is just right, not too small. Fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen, almost everything you need is there. Close to the grocery store. The apartment is just near to the boat station (S. Alvise), it’s not too far to walk to apartment. Lorenzo is really nice, he is responsible and helpful, he gives all the information you have to know before arriving. Only the shower is a bit small, but it’s ok.

Lorenzo is very helpful and easy to communicate with, he stayed in touch many times to make sure we were doing well. We book apartments 8 to 10 times each year. This was probably one of our top 5! We will definitely come back some day! 🥰 We loved everything!

• Fujii (10/5): Exceptional - It's not really close to the main attractions but it is quiet and safe neighborhood. Venice is a very walkable city and you really get to see a lot. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything went smoothly.

For us the location was not ideal as it was far away from the touristy area and there were no restaurants near by. There was a supermarket about 5 minutes away. If you want to be in a calm and quiet area, this is the place for you. But be prepared to walk 20-30 min to get to the central area.

• Krzysztof (10/5): Real Venice life, not too turistic or overcrowded place - The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location might seem to be not in the exactly heart of Venice but it is the best what can happen to you:) With a short distance to Vaporetto you can travel wherever you want. The Canarregio district is not overcrowded, it is a real Venice feeling. You can travel to Murano, Burano and other islands without any problem, directly from the station from almost behind the apartment. Lorenzo is a caring host, the contact with him is very direct and I can recommend him. Wish the stay could be even longer, but vacation were over:)

The apartment was very clean and had lots of utensils for us to cook if we wanted to The beds were very comfy. There was a washing machine. The apartment was in a very quiet neighbourhood, but only a 2 minute walk from the water bus that went in both directions. We could walk to all the attractions within 30 minutes. The grocery store was a 4 minute walk away. I highly recommend this apartment.
