• Elisabet (9/5): venedig är fantastiskt för promenander och båtliv. bra utbud på barer och restauranter i området. - generös värd det fanns kaffemaskin, marmelad, skorpor, socker,salt ,kryddor ,pasta och tomatsås. varmt tack till värden. vi fick snabbt svar på sms kontakt. vädret, saknade instruktion till värmen och airkondition eller så hittade jag den inte.
• Olga (9/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nah am Markus Dom und gleichzeitig für Venedig ruhig. Nicht weit ist ein Supermarkt und Essensmöglichkeiten. Daneben ist ein Park.

• Igor (10/5): - Очень хорошее расположение: недалеко от достопримечательностей центра и в тоже время в стороне от основных потоков туристов. Вход сразу с улицы, без лестницы, что удобно, если у вас проблемы с ногами. В квартире тихо, чисто, оснащение кухни позволяет неплохо готовить и разогревать пищу. Было очень удобно, что заселили нас несколько раньше срока. Общение с персоналом проходило без всяких проблем. Было бы неплохо, если бы на кухне была духовка. Кроме того у нас отняло некоторое время привыкнуть к индукционной плите. Но это всё мелочи, так что квартира очень хорошая и я очень её рекомендую.
• Ralph & Verena (9/5): Kurztripp mit Familie an Carneval - Schöne Lage in der Nähe dreier Vaporetto-Stationen (Giuardini, Biennale und Arsenale). Wohnung hatte alles, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, außer den Toaster. War ab er kein Problem, da sich in der Nähe zwei Supermärkte befinden. Weiterhin befinden sich gute Restaurants und Osteria's in nährer Umgebung. Man ist außerhalb vom Trubel, jedoch innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß auf dem Markusplatz. --
• cristina (8/5): soggiorno in famiglia - c'erano presenti qualcosa per fare colazione,cialde per caffè, thè e tisane. asciugamani ok, lenzuola e coperte ok bagni puliti, riscaldamento ben funzionante. casa silenziosa e ben vicina a pizzerie, bar, coop.. c'era tutto a piedi e vicino. siamo arrivati il 1 gennaio, non erano puntuali i vaporetti e abbiamo fatto tardi. la prima gestore non ci ha aspettato, la seconda persona che ci ha accolto molto gentile. si può migliorare l'accoglienza agli ospiti

• RENEE (9/5): Overall was a great location and a great apartment - I would have like an explanation of the washing machine and if we could put our wet clothes outside on the clothes horse. How to work the air conditioner And the towel warmers did not work
• Tina (6/5): Satisfactory apartment in good location. - Location was good, access was easy, clean, good size bedrooms. Air conditioning didn’t work from when we arrived, we reported and followed up but not addressed during our stay and I would imagine the air conditioning wasn’t working before we arrived. Relaxed attitude to getting the air conditioning fixed. As we were on ground floor, we couldn’t open the windows during the evening when sleeping and with no air conditioning it was very hot and uncomfortable. No balcony, even though it advertises that there is in the overview detailed on booking.com. Coffee machine churned out black waste, we had to clean/empty thoroughly before we could use. Main living area was very small with no windows. I wouldn’t return. Thank you.

• Jackie (9/5): we had a wonderful time there. - it's a beautiful apartment, clean and well maintained. it's still a little bit far from San Marco Square.
• Ana (8/5): Beautiful - The apartment is beautiful, very clean and close to restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and a boat station, allowing us to enjoy Venice without being in the crowded center. the host is accessible and we can see that the apartment was decorated with love. One of the bedrooms had a strong smell of humidity, what is common in Venice, but difficult for alergic/asthmatic people.
• Fran (9/5): Wonderful and homely retreat. - We arrived on a very busy weekend in Venice and we were met by the friendly Enrico. The accommodation is warm and cosy, peaceful and well equipped. The area is clean and tidy and in a fabulous location. You are minutes from the water ferry stop, with a supermarket 2 minutes walk away and some fabulous restaurants in the same vicinity.
• Stephanie (9/5): Fabulous location close to Arte Biennake venues and very convenient for all the main sights of Venice. - Fabulous location near to vaparetto stops and very close to Arsenals and Giardini Arte Biennale venues. The property is on a charming street very close to Via Garibaldi where there are supermarkets and lots of bars and restaurants. 2 large bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. The property is very clean, bright and well decorated and equipped. Communication with the owner was excellent and we were met at the door welcomed snd shown around. there is nothing not to like!

• Liana (9/5): A great place to stay and especially if you are visiting the Venice Biennale! - The property is nicely renovated and in a fantastic location, close to the art and some of the best restaurants, bars and galleries. Romina is a very responsive and helpful host, including arranging for our keys to be handed to us on arrival at the airport. Overall, we felt very local staying there. Very little, it's a great place to stay and you couldn't ask for a kinder host. There is a slight smell of dampness but we know Venice well and this is often the case.

• Michael (10/5): Great location and comfortable stay for our family. - Owner waited for us to arrive and gave us a tour of the apartment. Was very helpful in directing us how to get back to airport. About 15 minute walk to Piazza San Marco.
• Sneha (7/5): Beautiful location, smell and mosquitoes made it uncomfortable. - The house is beautiful. The location is perfect. The host is quite proactive and helpful. It is a good space with everything you need in the kitchen. The bathrooms are great and shower is perfect! The beds are not very comfortable and very soft mattresses. We tried to sleep on the other bed but same issue. The house smells of mildew especially one of the bedrooms and with a baby that made me uncomfortable. There are a lot of mosquitoes and there was one mosquito machine which couldn’t contain them for two nights. So, we didn’t get good sleep.
• Bill (10/5): We had a fantastic stay and the host was excellent, we will return one day. - Excellent comfortable apartment in a great location in very quiet area, 10 minutes walk to st marks square We think could should replace the kitchen table and chairs with a sofa and a coffee table as you need a place to relax and have drinks and coffees and croissants in the mornings and could double as a table if you did cook meals.

• Pomada (10/5): A few days in Venice. - It was very well centrally located a little bit closer to the center but not bad. The water bus line stops or very close to the apartment was very spacious and very well set up for the two of us. I was traveling with my niece so we wanted separate rooms and be able to have some privacy networks very well. This department was very well set up for us so I really don't have any things that I don't like about this apartment..

The apartment was located in a great area between 2 boat stops, and near a popular street with restaurants. There’s is a grocery store near by too. The a/c worked fantastic and was so vital for cooling down after being out in the heat! Nothing to complain about
• Ilaria (10/5): great house, convenient location - This property is absolutely wonderful. We travelled as a family, with a 6 yo and a 1 yo. The property is ideally located in an area that is not busy/touristy, but next to Via Garibaldi, which is full of bars, restaurants and shops. There is a Coop supermarket 3 minutes from the property, selling most things (food, drinks, soap, baby producst etc). The house is a 20 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco (easy to find from the waterfront and to access with ramps over the bridges), and located between 2 ferry/battello boat stops (Arsenale, that has a direct line to the Marco Polo airport, and Giardini Biennale that also links up to Murano and Burano). There are two parks with play areas for kids very close by. The hosts are lovely and very welcoming; we kept in touch throughout the booking period and they answered all my questions very promptly. The proptery itself is great - very clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious. There are two almost identical bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and a small kitchen-diner. The kitchenette is very funcional and set up with kettle, coffee machine, fridge, pans/pots/cutlery/dishware and glasswear, so we were able to cook at home as well. They had complimentary water, tea, coffee and condiments. There is a microwave and an induction hob. The bathroom has a hairdrier. There is free wifi that works well throughout the property, and both bedrooms have aircon and large TVs, and spacious wardrobes. We also requested a cot, and our baby slept well in it. I'd definitely book this again. it's hard to find a weakness to this property. The only thing missing perhaps were toileteries in the bathroom.

• Anonymous (9/5): great apartment and host. - location close to Giardini vaporetto, restaurants, grocery store. everything well kept and updated. in the beginning of July, inside was very humid. we tried running the air and fan to help circulate. not a complaint, as I’m not sure anything can be done about it, but just something that wasn’t the most pleasant for us. after 5 days we were ready to move on.

• Robin (10/5): Brilliant apartment in great location. - Brilliant small apartment. Very well equipped. Lovely decor. Two bedrooms of equal size with big memory foam mattress comfy beds. We loved the location which is just outside the main tourist area but easy to walk to everywhere, 2 mins from a vaporetta stop and has garibaldi street just by it for a coop, cafes, bars and restaurants. Would be great if there were a small sofa somewhere. Maybe not ideal if you want to lounge in apartment more as it only has kitchen table.

• Paul (9/5): Superb - Location and apartment were good with many amenities. We arrived at 20 minutes past 7 Pm after having multiple flight delays. The flight was originally due to arrive Venice about 4PM. Our host was kept advised of our delays from 11 AM on. In one of our first emails to her advising her of our uncontollable delays, we were advised that in the fine print of our Booking.com agreement we would be charged an additional 50 Euro for check in after 7 PM. This was not a good start to our vaction in Italy!

• Fernando (9/5): Very nice place to stay in Venice. - Very cosy and pretty house, very good located. We were very well received and we recommend it for a longer stay in Venice. It would be nice to have a sofa and the bed it is too soft for me (but nothing important).
