• Miriam (10/5): Wonderful Stay - The apartment is lovely, super clean, well-equipped, and spacious. It is well-ventilated as well as it has a good heating system. It comes with a fully functional kitchen. We had everything we needed. It is right in the centre. The hosts, Stefano and Rossella are gentle and kind-hearted. They left plenty of things to snack on, also different coffee pods and a bottle of spumante, sweets and fruit. They gave us fridge magnet as a little token. Stefano came to the apartment as we thought we had a little problem with something, which he solved immediately. We had a wonderful time and we would definitely book Ca' De' Kocai again. Nothing to dislike.

Stephano also provided information along the way and recommendations on where to eat The apartment would have been very difficult to find, had it not be from the help and guidance from Stephano.

The apartment has a wonderful rustic traditional Ventian look, was very clean, all the finishes were in excellent condition and everything worked. Location was absolutely fantastic, 5 min walk to the Rialto bridge and Piazza San Marco, with loads of restaurants and cafes everywhere, yet super quite every single night! Wonderful complimentary espresso and snacks to boot! Stefano the owner was so pleasant and welcoming, super helpful and responsive. Loved everything

• Jones (9/5): We really enjoyed the location - 10 minutes maximum from St Marks square with lots of restaurants nearby including small - Great location, Stefano was a very informative & helpful host & it was a well equipped apartment. We were particularly thrilled to have the opportunity to wash our clothes at the apartment after 10 days of travelling. The property didn’t have a lot of natural light so could be a little dark at times.

The location amazing less than 10 mins to San Marco, less than 15 M to Rialto. Stephan was lovely and super helpful. Coffee, milk, breakfast breads all provided. Welcome bottle of prosecco. Can't fault this place
• Marko (10/5): Central location, a welcoming host and a sparkly clean well-equipped apartment! - The host was very forthcoming, polite and kind. He met us by the entrance and apart from just giving us the keys and leaving, he made sure to show around and explain everything in the apartment and even more about Venice. That's what I call a great host, that goes out of his way, doesn't rush and really makes sure you feel welcome. He was also reachable and responded quickly when we needed him during our stay. The apartment itself is freshly renovated, sparkly clean and has everything you may need during your stay, especially if you like to stay inside for lunch and cook your own meal. There was also free coffee and free snacks and drinks in the apartment as a welcome gift. Amazing! Do I have to say anything more about the location ? I think it speaks for itself... central and you're smack down in the middle of all the buzz. Highly recommended! 👍

• Claudia (9/5): Superb - Appartment clean and well equipped. Washing machine was a bonus. Hosts were friendly and made a great effort to meet us at the boat stop and walk us to the location. The central location was very convenient (so easy to explore all parts of the city by foot) but this does mean that the area was inevitably quite busy and crowded.

Super clean and everything in it is of High quality. The host was very helpful. They even provided coffee, and a variety of snacks. It's hard to leave the windows open for long periods of time because the street noise can get loud, but there's ac and a fan in the apartment to keep it cool.

• Sylvia (9/5): Superb - The owner was extremely helpful and recommended many places to go. They provided a few food essentials and a welcoming bottle of prosecco. We had to pay a additional cleaning charge on arrival. This was expensive accommodation and thought this should have been included in price. As overseas property owners ourselves, this is always included in rental. The TV would benefit from English channels.
• Trevor (10/5): A welcoming flat - Within easy walking distance of both Rialto and San Marco, this was a superb base. The bed was large and comfortable and there was good hanging space. There was a choice of seating and light was good for reading. The kitchen was small but well enough equipped. Although not full size, the washing machine was an asset. The owner met us at the boat from the airport and was extremely helpful throughout. The flat is attractively decorated with Venetian decor, many delicacies, including Prosecco, were provided and the flat was quiet overnight. Self-catering was easy because there are two supermarkets, a fruit shop and a bakery nearby. Nothing.
• Natalia (10/5): Absolutely marvellous - Cozy and very well-maintained apartment in the very heart of Venice. Perfect either for short-term or long-term stays. You can get to the most points of interest by feet. A wide variety of restaurants and shops are in just a few seconds from the apartment and it is a really quiet area at night too. The host himself and his wife are extremely kind and helpful. They suggested to us ifo about transport (including schedules), places to eat and even called to taxi service to arrange our transfer to the airport early in the morning. The apartment in the historical building is nice and stylish, decorated with love for Venice and appreciation for guests' needs. You get all you need to live with comfort, from coffee and tea to toiletries. Thank you, Stefano and Rossella. We hope to visit Ca' de Kocai again. Everything was perfect.

The location, cleanliness, facilities, comfort, communication with the owners…all were perfect. Honestly, we could not think of anything we did not like.

• Michelle (9/5): Super clean apartment in a great location in Venice. - The apartment was super clean, well stocked and in a great location (only 5 mins walk from St Mark’s square and Rialto Bridge). The hosts were very helpful and gave some great restaurant recommendations. The bathroom, which also had a washing machine was modern and very clean. Great apartment for 2 people in Venice!! No clothes dryer and there is minimal space for drying clothes but we adapted fine.
• Ana (10/5): Unforgettable stay in the heart of Venice, we highly recomment this gem! - The property is in an excellent location, right between the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. Stefano and his lovely wife were a pleasure to deal with. The bed was very comfortable and the home had everything we needed, even a small washer! We loved the unique decor! We loved everything about our stay!

Spacious apartment centrally located, exellent host, all amenities - Location was superb, centrally located in Venice with easy access to all the main sights, water bus station, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The apartment was super spacious with separate bedroom, living, dining bathroom and kitchen areas. The apartment also had all the required amenities for a short or long stay such as a washing maching which was very handy during a long trip, full kitchen, airconditioning, heating, etc. The host Stefano was super friendly and accomodating, he met us to hand us the keys and provide us an overview of Venice main sights, best restaurtants and tips. Complementary Prosseco, snacks, lollies, bread, juices and spreads were all provided free of charge. Responded quickly via Whatsapp and was able to answer all questions promptly. Would definately stay again when in Venice again! Nothing, everything was superb.

• Melinda (10/5): We loved the apartment- it was absolutely delightful! Our host was lovely and very helpful. - We arrived very late due to flight delays. Our host was very amenable and left a key out for us and gave thorough and helpful instructions about how to get to the apartment late at night. He was very responsive to all our questions about transport, restaurants, and much more. There was a generous hamper on our arrival and the delightful apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, with everything you would need. Very comfortable bed and fabulous location. We would have loved to have stayed longer! It was a bit noisy on a couple of occasions but people live close together so I accepted that this was how it was, some of the time. You couldn't sleep with the windows open due to the noise but when the windows and shutters were closed it was pretty quiet, just a little bit stuffy.

We have been received with the best homemade tiramisu we have eaten in Italy, and it was our wedding anniversay we have been so surprised to have received a nice gift we travelled with back to our home. Thanks so much for your hospitality. This gem is well located between Rialto bridge and Piazza San Marco, 5 min walk to both. and of course not far from taxi boat to go to/from the airport. This apartment is very comfortable. Will definitely go back if will go again to Venice.

We would highly recommend it and will be telling our friends!! - Stefano is an outstanding host with exceptional communication, recommendations and service. Venice can be tricky to navigate so he met my husband at the ferry and walked with him to the apartment to explain everything. He even helped us with the best way to get to and from the airport and Train station and helped us navigate the local vaporetto (water bus) system. This apartment is perfect with only a few internal stairs to the first floor. It's very centrally located and extremely well equipped with everything you need. We stayed in mid September and the temperature inside was perfect with open sundown in the late afternoon and closed windows at night. We were so happy with everything!! If this apartment is available..... book it now.... it won't be free for long!! It's perfect!! It could be a little noisy at night if you had to sleep with the windows open. We didn't have any issues as it was cool enough with them closed.
