• prisyela (10/5): - We were extremely happy with our stay. We had everything we need. Location is superb. Martina the host was fantastic. Brilliant at communication and was always ready to help. Just a few suggestions that might help with improvements, *Dining table is a bit wobbly *Sofa bed needs an upgrade - slight back pain. The mattress in the main room is heaven though *Mozzies are brutal in this lovely apartment (unfortunately)
• Frederic (9/5): 3 días en Venecia - La ubicación es excelente, a 3 min de la Pl San Marcos y 5 min del puente de Rialto. La comunicación con Martina, excelente. El apartamento está limpio, es amplio y a pesar de estar en pleno centro, no hay nada de ruido. Si volvemos a Venecia, es para repetir con toda seguridad. Llegamos muy tarde por la noche y para la mañana siguiente teníamos para poder tomar el café con leche. Genial También nos dio facilidades para el check out. Recomendable 100% Gracias Martina Por decir algo, la presión de agua de la ducha era muy baja, pero tampoco fue un grave problema (tampoco lo comentamos con Martina). Es más como sugerencia por si se pudiera encontrar una solución.

• Natalia (8/5): Una estancia maravillosa en Venecia con perros al muy amable y atento y mucho calor. - La ubicación del apartamento es espectacular . Martina es mucho más que atenta y amable. No se le puede pedir más.El apartamento está muy limpio. La única pega que le puedo sacar es el aire acondicionado que no enfría nada. Hace más servicio de ventilador que de aire acondicionado.

• Ross (8/5): Pleasant - just the air conditioning was not cooling. - Host was very accomodating and let us check in early. Air Conditioning was insufficient. Another electric fan would have lessen the inconvenience.
• Ricardo (9/5): Best place in center Veneza - It was an awesome experience, right in the center of Venice, and from a walking distance to major places. The apartment has a really nice size, the main bedroom is very big, the bed is comfy, lots of pillows, the heater also works really well. I'll definitely recommend it. The host was very nice and communicative, always ready to answer os questions and help us. There is room for improvements, the bathroom has a really bad smell, I think it comes from the drains, so it needs to be closed all the time, or the smell will spread. Also, the sound insulation wasn't very good. Being in a central place like this means there will be people around all the time, and you can hear people talking from inside easily. Despite this our stay was very good and I'll be back.

The apartment is well appointed, well stocked, spacious and comfortable. It’s in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby.

• Craig (8/5): Overall a great stay right in the heart of Venice San Marco - The location is right in the heart of Venice and SAN Marco, amazing spot, only 1 min walk to the square, restaurants and shops all at your door step. There were a few mosquitoes and the kids got a quite few bites while sleeping during the night, some insect spray would have been good.
• Frechette (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment with full kitchen and sitting area. Large refrigerator with freezer. Host was attentive. Multi-use shower options were non-functional. However, basic shower worked fine. Bedroom and bathroom are at opposites ends of the apartment.
• Shasta (10/5): Perfection! - The property was perfectly located, much bigger than reflected in pictures, clean, and had everything we needed. The host was so kind and communicated extremely fast. I will 100% be back! Nothing, everything was perfect!

• Sophie (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is in the heart of Venise, big and spacious which is exceptional for this price in this part of the city. The bed is very confortable, kitchen well equipped and our host Martina very sympathic, she gave us the best tips and was very patient, kind with all our needs. There is a good restaurant under the flat, a supermarket around the corner and the astonishing St mark piazza 2 steps away, what a joy it was for us to drink our take away early coffee in pyjamas seating at the Doges palace (the piazza is empty before 8h30 and after 23h) and late night walk around… Easy to go to the attractions in few minutes… The flat is a bit noisy during the day but really quiet at night. If you wish to have a stay as a local Venezian, it’s the place to be !! We recommand 100% :)

I always found her to be very cheerful when we communicated. I cannot imagine a more comfortable, perfect location. It was so close to San Marco Basilica and the Doge Palace. Martina had wonderful communication with us, she informed us about everything. The apartment is large with two separate rooms and a kitchen, well equipped. Definitely worth the money we will come here again for sure. Nothing,everything was perfect.

• Delene (10/5): Excellent host, location and facilities. - The location was amazing. Close to water taxis, the vaporetti, St Mark’s Square and surrounded by eateries. Loved that there was Netflix, a washing machine, dryer, air conditioner, cooking facilities, space and space! There was some noise in the morning but we knew that when we booked it.

The host was super helpful and was always available for any questions we had, including tips on where to eat, shop etc. Check in was super easy, the host gives you a code to enter the building and the flat so no issues at all. The last day we asked to leave the luggage a little longer while we did some sightseeing and the host was very helpful and accommodating. The only comment I would make is that the sofa bed is really not comfortable and the mattress sinks in with the weight of an adult. Apart from that everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.

• Ioana (10/5): Ideal short stay in Venice with my small family. - I loved the place and Martina especially. The location is perfect in walking 50m from the San Marco sqare. For us as a family it was ideal because we stayed in Venice only one night and we could go see the main attractions really fast. It was also ideal because i have two small kids and we could come home fast if the baby needed changing or to go to toilet. Also Martina was very helpful to guide me all the way. It felt loke she was always there for me to make sure everything was ok with us. She really took care that we feel good and have everything we need.

• Matthew (9/5): Wonderful balance of location, features, combined with excellent and responsive host. - The location was fantastic. So convenient to sights and restaurants as well as exploring. Fully featured. Washer, dryer, dishwasher. AC was perfect - quite and effective. Even the fan was strong and silent. We were also surprised at how large it was. Plenty of space for a family of four. Perfect balance between quaint Venetian property (exposed ceiling) and creature comforts.

The apartment is s bit dated but you absolutely cannot beat the location in the center of Venice and the wonderful hospitality of Martina the host! From day 1 Martina was instrumental in ensuring our stay was perfect! From providing information about transportation to booking us a private taxi boat to Tronchetto where we needed to be for the bus to catch our cruise, she was wonderful! The shower was very small and a little difficult to maneuver in and I’m only 5’ 2” and petite built.

• Madeline (10/5): Spacious apartment in perfect location - property couldn’t be a better location and super spacious. very comfortable. in addition, the management and staff was really attentive, responsive and helped us right away! the property was really great. maybe only thing would be that the hallway / stairs smells a bit outside, but the actual apartment doesn’t have that issue!

• Mahnaza (7/5): Good - central location. Walking distance from everything, so can’t fault that. It was quite noisy at nighttime as it’s such a central location so just expect that. Also, I was bitten a few times by mosquitoes.
• Gabrielė (9/5): Ca'Virginia - Despite a few negative things, place is in the city center, so we were able to explore it easily. Place was clean , had everything we need, from kitchen to bathroom supplies. Nearby were shops/ restaurants + easy to navigate. Host - amazing, very friendly and helpful. 10/10 If you are looking for quite and peace, this place will not be your favourite. It is quite noisy. And sofabed - it was a bit uncomfortable.
