• Vincenzo (8/5): Bene ma non benissimo. - Posizione strategica a 160 metri dal ponte di rialto istruzioni dell’host parziali (dopo averci lasciato le chiavi è sparito); ma dati messaggi attraverso la piattaforma ed il telefono ma non avuta risposta. Non sapevamo dove poter lasciare le chiavi una volta andati via; chi si è occupato delle pulizie ha pensato pene di lasciare la macchina del caffè piena di capsule usate; la rete del letto matrimoniale rotta con una doga spezzata (segnalato ma mai ricevuta risposta); phon con plastica squagliata. Per il costo mi sarei aspettato una qualità migliore.

• Pablo Leandro (6/5): - Departamento con buenas instalaciones, moderno, y muy espacioso. Gran ubicación. Quizás sea porque reservamos sobre la hora y no pudieron proveer una mejor limpieza, pero era deficiente. Toallas sobre utilizadas, sabanas viejas y manchadas, pero lo peor de todo, fue la cama, cuyo respaldo estaba roto reparado con cinta adhesiva, con el colchón de resortes vencido y los durmientes de la cama rotos. Una pena porque es un departamento con tan buenas instalaciones y ubicación
• Murat (1/5): Katastrophal nie wieder 👎👎👎 - Nur die Lage ansonsten nichts vor allem Sauberkeit 👎 Die Sauberkeit war extrem schlecht Bad und Toilette war sehr dreckig Bettwäsche waren noch von anderen Leuten Kühlschrank war sehr dreckig und voll wir haben den ersten Tag nur gereinigt damit das Apartment bewohnbar ist. Eigentümer hat uns vor der Tür warten lassen weil er noch nicht mit der Reinigung nicht fertig geworden ist, er hat versucht das Apartment neben uns noch zu Reinigen. Total ungeplante Eigentümer.
• Erika (4/5): - Localização O alojamento está muito bem localizado, a poucos passos da Ponte Rialto, o que facilita bastante os passeios pela cidade. No entanto, a experiência com o anfitrião deixou a desejar. A morada indicada no Booking conduziu-nos apenas ao centro do bairro, não ao local exato do alojamento. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi difícil — na véspera, tínhamos combinado a entrada às 13h30, conforme anunciado na plataforma. No entanto, ele primeiro afirmou que só estaria disponível às 15h, depois disse que a partir das 13h. Durante bastante tempo, não atendeu o telefone, e andámos mais de duas horas às voltas sem conseguir encontrar o local. Por fim, por volta das 15h, conseguimos contactá-lo. Pediu que fôssemos para o mercado de Rialto, mas, por desconhecimento da zona, acabámos na Ponte di Rialto, que é muito próxima. Mesmo sabendo da nossa dificuldade, o anfitrião não se disponibilizou para nos encontrar, e tivemos de aguardar a sua chegada no mercado. Ao chegarmos ao imóvel, já próximo das 15h, este ainda estava sujo e por limpar. Foi-nos cobrado um valor adicional de 5 euros por pessoa, por noite. A limpeza foi bastante superficial. O forno estava completamente sujo — informámos o anfitrião, que prontamente foi limpar, mas o restante da habitação apresentava sinais claros de falta de cuidado. Havia ainda muitas melgas nos quartos, o que tornou a estadia desconfortável durante a noite.

Good Location close to Rialto, spacious apartment but not with the best amenities - The apartment is in a good location, very close to the Rialto Bridge (less than a 3-minute walk). The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The host was horrible at communicating with us, I asked him for the address of the apartment countless times and he NEVER gave me the address, he insisted on picking us up upon our arrival in Venice, when we arrived at the meeting point he wasn't there, he took a long time to respond to our messages, and I even thought it was a fake reservation. The sheets on the sofa bed in the living room were dirty, we couldn't use that bed either night of our stay. The bed in one of the rooms was broken and patched with duct tape.
• Carolyn (2/5): Dirty flat with location the only positive attribute - Location is good as near Rialto Bridge Hard to locate on Google map. Flat was not clean at all. Bathroom mat smelt of urine. No sponge kitchen sink and washcloth was filthy. Floor was dusty. Bed in master bedroom was in disrepair and the mattress had springs sticking out. Really horrible place overall.
• Jordan (8/5): pleasant, no fuss, easy location - all new looking and in working order, could not fault it for value. It served us well for the days we stayed. smallish shower, but that’s not the owners fault if the property is old and bathroom planning restricted.

• Zsuzsanna (10/5): Perfect apartman in the best place - The apartman was clean, well equipped. Towels, washing mashing, cleaning powder, tv and and air condition every room. There were lots of things for cooking. We loved it!!!!! It was near to the fish market, the Rialto Bridge, there's a Despar within 3 minutes, lots of restaurant and bar. The owner is very helpful, and kind !!! I offer this apartman for everybody!

• Ketty (10/5): Exceptional - The owner was very helpful, he met us near the property since we couldn't find it. I think providing the exact address would've been better. Other than that everything was fine. Point of reference could be Rialto bridge which is 3 blocks from the apt.

• Sarah (9/5): Beautiful apartment in beautiful Venice - The apartment was beautiful and loved that we all had a separate space. Air con was great We were told when we got there that there was no hot water and the boiler wasn’t working properly so this was very disappointing. Also found it difficult to find the person to meet who had the keys so think the check in needs to be easier so you can find a better meeting place

• Gabrielle (9/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment, stocked with all the basic provisions needed, good location near Rialto Bridge Google maps didn't locate the apartment, so a basic map/drawing would be useful as there is a maze of alleyways. Shower not great.

• Mary (6/5): Great location, least favorite place stayed in Italy - Location. Good AC. No sheets on pullout. Had to ask for iron. No laundry detergent, toiletries. window leaked in rain. Only one large towel each; no hand towel or wash cloth, no dish towels. Extremely small shower. Inconsistent warm water in shower. Could have been cleaner.
• Edward (8/5): Very good - Very clean place and a fantastic location near Realto bridge. If the windows are open it can be loud throughout the night with local businesses. We also stayed in June and there were many mosquitos at night as there are no window screens.

• Erdem (8/5): It was nice. - Really nice location and very good size flat. Better to be somewhere central of Venice so you can walk all around very easily. Kitchen was very nice and we had everything we needed. Few things; 1- Shower head holder was broken 2- Hot water in the shower wasn’t very hot even though the water setting was set to 60 decrees; i guess the sensor of the boiler needs to change. 3- TV battery in the bedroom was dead. Kitchen and bedroom tv simply didn’t work. I mean if you are running this place as your main business I would have just bought a Smart TV so people can just log into their netflix accounts or something from Youtube when they come back home after a long day with kids. 4- It was bit noisy in the morning around 5;30 when the restaurants and shops were delivering their stock but i guess where ever you book this might happen. 5- I mean we are used to nice comfortable beds & quality mattress. Once again I suggest that the owner just get a nice bed, quality mattress so people sleeping on will wake up rested. Seems like a big negative list but actually very easy for the owner to fix. Otherwise we were really happy with the location of the flat.
