• Philippe (10/5): Endroit magnifique et rare avec un cachet sans pareille. - Magnifique appartement sur 2 niveaux avec terrasse permettant de voir les principaux monuments de la cité. Proche de la gare Santa Lucia (15 minutes à pied) L’appartement situé proche du Campo Santa Margherita et du Campo San Barnaba est très lumineux et calme. De nombreux restaurants tout autour ainsi que des supérettes rendent le séjour particulièrement agréable. Je remercie Antonina pour son accueil et sa gentillesse

• Gary (10/5): Beautifully decorated, spacious apartment in a perfect location! - The location is perfect! Close to beautiful restaurants and a grocery store, on the canal with easy walking access to the centre on Venice. We stayed after a cruise - so only had 5 mins to walk to the accommodation from San Basilio cruise Terminal. Our lovely host called us a taxi after our stay which was only a 5 min walk to the taxi rank to go to the Marco Polo airport. The apartment was beautifully decorated with high ceilings and lovely furniture. The apartment is quiet and lovely and warm in winter. We were all loved our stay here - Thank you!

• Ceris (10/5): Fantastic family visit. - A wonderful place to stay in Venice with the most beautiful views from the rooftop terrace. As a family of four it was a spacious place to stay with lovely rooms. The host, Antonina, was really helpful and welcoming and left us a bottle of prosecco on arrival. The roof terrace was a great asset which we loved in the mornings and at sunset as well. Easy location from airport. Would recommend to my friends to stay here! Could do with a second toilet for the upstairs area. Apart from that nothing to complain about.

• Kate (9/5): A wonderful trip and stay - The apartment is in a great location, just near Campo Santa Margherita which is a very authentic Venetian square with many good restaurants. The terrace is wonderful with 360 views, the air conditioning very good, the beds were comfortable, shower very good. It is also within easy walking distance of Ca'Rezzonico and San Basilio vaporetto stops. There are two supermarkets nearby and also a veg and salad boat on the canal which sells amazing produce. You really get the feel that you are in the real Venice here as it is not busy and there are not so many tourists here. A wonderful place to stay for so many reasons and Antonina is a lovely kind host. Would have like a wardrobe upstairs but it really didn't matter to be honest.

Rooftop area including views was amazing. Easy access including lift. Well appointed apartment and excellent bathroom. Nice large bedrooms including upstairs living area. No screens in windows meant mosquitoes were an issue but nothing dramatic. Kitchen was small but functional. We couldn’t get tv to work but may have been easily resolved.

A 25 minute walk to St Mark’s Square along the waterfront so just outside the main, and expensive, tourist area. Close to water bus stops, a well-stocked supermarket and lovely restaurants. We loved the rooftop terrace, with fantastic views over Venice. Nothing, it was perfect.

• Matt (10/5): Quiet,spacious apartment with spectacular balcony views, will not disappoint. - Exactly as the pictures have it. The rooftop balcony is amazing. We spent hours taking in the views and listening to the sounds of Venice coming in from all directions. The apartment has plenty of space. We travelled as a family of four, but could cater for six easily. Nice quiet location with access to restaurants, bars and supermarket all a short walk away. The host was excellent with communication and instructions. Also provided great local information. Nil

• Gerd (9/5): Could nearly not be better ! - The roof terrace was magnificent, one of the highest & perhaps best private ones in Venice, perfect for watching the rising of the sun or for a sun-downer. Antonina was a competent & friendy host, and welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco. Lots of space, well equipped. Vaporetto station & supermarket nearby The two beds in the upper floor are only 80 cm. And to make the appartment even more luxurious, a second bathroom in the upper floor would be best - there is enough space!
• Lee (7/5): Nice place but has some problems. - Very spacious/ great location. Nice decor - totally renovated modern building. Not very good a/c as the building is centrally air-conditioned and you cannot really adjust it yourself. On a hot day it is not sufficient. For 2 people the place is very good as the main bedroom and bath are on the ground floor. However there' s only one bathroom situated downstairs and the very large upper floor loft has to use this. The stairs are quite steep and this can be inconvenient.
• Jonathan (10/5): Quiet, clean home within walking distance of all major tourist sites with a bonus rooftop balcony with a city top view. - Location and all amenities were the absolute best. The balcony view was superb! Very quiet, safe neighborhood, within 20 minutes of most major tourist sites. Some fabulous restaurants in the area that had we more time, would have visited a second time. Antonina, our host, was responsive, provided extra attention to our stay including recommended restaurants and items of interest in the area. Will definitely want to stay here again when we visit next. No complaints at all.

• Kristen (7/5): Hot in Venice - The location was great and the apartment is quite spacious. Very secure and easy to access as there is an elevator. The bathroom was spacious as were the rooms. We were given some bottles of cold water in the fridge which was lovely. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. Though there is air conditioning available, we were told that it could not be turned on prior to June 1 and it was very warm while we were there (26 degrees C). We did not sleep well as the rooms were hot and the windows did not have screens and there were many mosquitoes. Even a fan for the rooms would have made it more comfortable for sleeping. The main waterbus to access the area of the apartment was not working which made it very difficult to access. If you can afford it, I suggest getting a water taxi to take you there.
• Andreas (10/5): Just perfect - The Location is stunning. The Roof Terrace gives a beautiful view over all of Venice. The place is just the best vacation rental you can imagine for Venice. You ca reach it in a few minutes from Ple Roma and reach everything on the main islands in less than 30 min by foot. I can't think of anything. The host does an awesome Job with an awesome property.

The roof terrace was beautiful and the perfect retreat at the end of the day. The location was lovely - far away enough from the centre to be peaceful but plenty of restaurants and shops near by and an easy walk to all the main sights. Antonina was a great host who welcomed us warmly, even allowing us to enter the apartment early as it was ready and made our stay so much easier. She was also very responsive to questions and recommended a taxi service as well as restaurants. We loved Venice and Antonina's apartment and would highly recommend a stay here. Nothing at all

Your romantic dinner on the terrace with a view on Venice and night sky is guaranteed. - Excellent apartment with 2 bedrooms, large kitchen, living room and terrace. All facilities included, like in 5* hotel: towels, shampoo, tea, coffee, very good pillows and so on. As for location, 5 min to supermarket and 5 min to great amount of restaurants. At the same time it is about 10 minutes from bus station, that is important on arriving. City center (San Marco) is in 20-25 min of walking. none
