• Valérie (8/5): Très bon séjour dans un logement bien entretenu, juste il manque un ballait au niveau de l’équipeme. - La propreté L’appartement n’a pas du tout vue sur la mer Maissa je m’en tiens aux avis des internautes, booking semble un spécialiste des descriptions inappropriées.
• Sebastian (10/5): O experiență peste așteptări, un oraș care merită vizitat, o locație la care vom reveni cu plăcere. - Un apartament cochet, bine amplasat și bine dotat cu tot ce trebuie. Internetul foarte bun. O mică bibliotecă despre Veneția foarte utilă. Foarte liniștit, aproape de restaurante și magazine, cu o vedere frumoasă spre un canal de lângă Arsenal. Indicațiile de acces au fost bune și am ajuns repede la locație, dar pentru preluarea cheii a fost nevoie să sun. Cel care mi-a răspuns mi-a dat imediat indicațiile pe whatsapp. Explicații mai bune pentru preluarea cheii ar fi indicate! Scările sunt abrupte, dar pe noi nu ne-a deranjat!
• LUCA (2/5): Bella la posizione la casa vecchia e tenuta male - La posizione veramente comoda e silenziosa La casa è decisamente diversa da quella che si vede nelle foto dell annuncio.Mobili ed accessori oramai da sostituire. La casa non era affatto ben pulita.Letto matrimoniale fatto con lenzuola senza angoli che si arrotolano mentre ti giri…Per non parlare del cartello che ti dice se vuoi usare la macchina del caffè le capsule le trovi alla Coop qui sotto( due capsule e magari il sale potreste lascarli )…..ti mandano anche un messaggio per dire lava le stoviglie prima di andartene, lo so che è civiltà….ma!!!!

• Shirley (7/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - Lovely apartment in a great location. Reasonable size and good facilities. Great for a family with kids. So many restaurants, bars and cafes just a couple of minutes walk away. And some of the main attractions are an easy 15-20 min walk. We were there for New Year’s Eve, the apartment is cold in winter. The beds and pillows were not that comfortable.

• Romina (9/5): Incantevole appartamento a Venezia - Posizione fantastica e vista sui canali, spaziosa ed adatta ad una famiglia. Pochi prodotti per l'igiene, una sola boccetta. E pochi asciugamani.
• Mr (3/5): Disappointing given our expectations - Location was good, within 15-20 mins walk of the centre and lots of reasonably priced restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The kitchen was missing a kettle though advertised there was one. It took 5 days for the accommodation staff to deliver one! My partner and I were bitten every night by bugs in the main bedroom. There was no plug in either the kitchen or bathroom sinks. A constant banging of a pipe outside some nights caused interrupted sleep.

• Kin Pak (3/5): Dirty apartment that i have even been. I wonder it is managed by the si call one of the largest hotel chaim in Italy. - quite place adjacent to Venice Biennale. Other than towels and beddings are acceptable, the apartment is not clear at all, especially the entire floorings. Coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, and one of the ceiling light in the second bedroom are out of order. All three stools at the kitchen are broken. The wooden chess in the living room was broken and almost hurt my son and my wife. Only one garbage is three rolls of toilet paper are provided for our six days stay. Check out time at 10am, not normally at 12:00 or later.

• Mathias (9/5): Well equipped apartment in an outstanding location - Very nice apartment in an excellent location, on a quiet canal in the less touristy part of Venice but still within a 10-20 minutes walk from the main sights - the best of both worlds. The apartment is well-organized, with comfortable beds and nice furniture, and an exceptionally well equipped kitchen. Excellent accommodation for a family (we are a couple and two children). We liked everything.
• Rickyn (9/5): Fantastic apartment in one of the most quiet Venice areas. - Fantastic location. Quiet, far from the crowded routes, placed behind a quite traditional and popular area of Venice (Via Garibaldi) and at 5min distance walk from Giardini, Biennale, Isola di Castello. The apartment is absolutely nice, cleaned, complete of everything necessary. The view from the apartment is very very very nice. Maybe the entrance to the building could be cleaned and restored a bit. But this was not a problem absolutely

• Karimah (8/5): Convenient clean and picturesque stay with very helpful host - Fantastic location, close to the Biennale and good walking distance to the center. Lovely views over the canals. Apartment was cosy, the host was easily reachable and very helpful. The sofa bed in the living room could do with an upgrade as it was very uncomfortable. There could have been extra bathmats.

• Apps08 (6/5): Pleasant - The location was quite good, the house was big enough for 3 people. They had a nice living room with interesting books to read. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and machines.they were also very prompt in helping out. The house seemed overpriced for 2 nights,, the blanket had red stains on it, the towels weren't too clean on the first day until they helped provide the replacement, the stairway also was a bit unclean when we arrived.

• Ticiana (5/5): So so experience... - I liked the location. A/C in bedrooms are new and working great. Kitchen is well equipped. Shower was spacious and good water pressure. When we arrived, the a/c in living room.was not working. This made for a very hot afternoon/evening. I did not receive a response to this until the next day and it was too late for us to have workers come and fix it. Beds are not very comfortable and sofa is worse, you sit on it and slide off. Pillows are so old and terrible for neck.

• Tam (10/5): A fabulous apartment - We are return guests to this apartment. We love the location in Castello (a quieter part of Venice but just a 20 minute walk from St Mark's Square.) The living room and kitchen have windows overlooking a canal which is wonderful. Highly recommended. Nothing. The communal area is a bit dark but once you get to the apartment (up two easy flights of stairs,) it's a lovely, bright apartment. We did have a minor maintenance problem but the host sorted this out very quickly.
• Danilo (10/5): Exceptional - Super view over the canal, breakfast by the window was a pleasure. Shopping at the Coop is only 5 min away. When you take the water taxi from the parking lot, be sure to get on the #2. My first time in Venice and this Apartment was a good choice. No big complaint, maybe misquito nets for the window would be nice.

• Anonymous (9/5): Simply delightful little spot in the heart of residential Venice! - The location was amazing! Loved the residential neighbourhood it was in but still close enough to get to all the sites. The AC worked very well and was needed during the heatwave. The couch in the living room could be replaced with something a bit more comfortable.

• Roberta (10/5): the perfect place in Venice - great experience! My friend and I decided to stay here for 2 nights and it was definitely the best choice. The house is modern and clean, with great attention to all details. All the rooms are comfortable and bright. The kitchen has an amazing view on the canal and the street is very quiet, in a lovely residential area. The position is amazing as well: just 15 mins walk from San Marco and 5 from the boat (waterbus) stop. There is also a supermarket closeby (less than 3 mins walk) and many restaurants and cafes. Everything was perfect and next time I go to Venice I will surely come back! everythig as great!
• Carlos (8/5): Nice apartment in a peaceful and not excessively crowded part of Venice. - Very well equipped apartment to make a comfortable stay. Location-wise, far from the main attractions, but in a very nice and not crazy busy neighbourhood with mostly local people. It was very quiet during nighttime, ideal for sleeping. Property is marketed as "sea view" and there's no such, the view is to a local canal and the neighbourhood. Stairs to access the property are very narrow, with large luggage is a bit tricky to access, should be mentioned at least in the document with the instructions and rules sent by the host.

• Sarah (7/5): Just okay but great location - We liked the neighbourhood. Good local shops with locals and cheap places to eat. The main things is that the apartment is at the top of a 1.5 flight of stairs which is made of stone. There is no landing at the top of the stairs so you have to open the door from about 2 steps beneath the door which is difficult when you have shopping or in our case a buggy and a baby. No plug for the sink. Microwave doesn't rotate. Laundry inaccessible Not great for younger children as no cot and no bar on lower bed. Quite creaky doors so, frustrating when wanting to move around when children asleep. Flat seems to slope to the left! Bed in main room on a slant. Bidet doesn't work which I thought was quite important for the Italians Could have provided more generous shower gels. (4x 20ml between 4) Shower cubicle quite rusty TV only on Italian
• Jennifer (9/5): Lovely long weekend stay at Vivaldi Biennale! - The apartment was a short walk to restaurants, in a quieter area of Venice. The beds were comfortable, and the temperature of the apartment was well-regulated. Their was a slight problem when we arrived, but the situation was fixed promptly when we informed management. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment! Kitchen was not stocked with "essentials", so we had to buy a fair amount of supplies for our weekend stay (i.e. coffee and sugar, oil for cooking, there was salt, but no pepper, etc). Also, no dishcloths or dishtowels, which makes it difficult to keep kitchen tidy (a sponge and one dishwasher tablet was provided).

• Alicia (7/5): Good find in a great neighborhood - The Castello neighborhood is a great place to stay great food and great prices. Its away from the tourist zones so all the food and amenities in the area are local price. Love that it’s on the Fondamenta canal, the little kitchen space with the windows was great, very picturesque. Close to many vaparetto stops to get anywhere. Up 3 flights of stairs, not that it’s a bad thing I just don’t know if that was advertised. The cleanliness was meh, the place needs a fresh coat of paint or something in the rooms. Dirty walls. Also when we arrived the bathroom still had leftover hair and bath products in the shower, so it was likely not cleaned. Appears to have some black mold?

• Londontravels (10/5): A great apartment at a bargain price - A fantastic location in a quieter part of Venice (but still on 15 mins walk from St Marks Sq), this clean apartment has several windows that overlook a beautiful canal - and there is an excellent supermarket just around the corner for provisions. A particularly great base if you want to visit the Biennale.
