The location was okay, but getting around was a hassle due to the many stairs — definitely not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room was not clean when I arrived, and it didn’t seem like it had been properly prepared at all. Everything felt rushed and neglected. To make matters worse, a lot of things in the room were broken or not working properly, which made the stay even more frustrating. The staff were polite enough, but overall service could use significant improvement. It felt like there was little attention to detail or concern for guest comfort.

Чистый санузел Квартира "уставшая" - тут скрипит, там немного отваливается. Неработающая грязная посудомойка на кухне (да, она не заявлена в удобствах, но общее впечатление от кухни портит). Был откровенно грязный пол -пропылесосили и вымыли сами

• Liliia (10/5): - Відмінне розташування, магазин , кафе , площа Марко Поло - все в підійде доступності. Навіть з валізами ми пройшли самі, зекономити 60є на водному таксі. Затишний колоритний двір. Приємні сусіди. Просто неймовірна вдача зупинитись в цих апартаментах!

Once we oriented ourselves it was very easy to get from place to place to place. There needs to be better pillows so we can all sleep better and for the TV to work. Minor things.

Few tourists, quiet but near Campo di San Giacomo Dall'Orio with a shop, restaurants and a café. 15 minutes walk to anywhere in Venice. Ground floor apartment spacious and comfortable in a lovely neighbourhood. Very helpful host who I contated via Whatsapp. He replied immediately with all we needed to know.

• Weiting (8/5): Spacious place that feels like home away from home - Everything, it really feels like a home, it has everything we need. Despite being on the first floor since it's behind a closed gate community, it feels very safe and secured. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to make decent dinners. Thank you! The internet is very bad. While I understand there's a regional limitation, be prepared when you plan your stay. I usually download everything for offline usage when I know I don't have internet, which I didn't think was the case. As I plan my trip as I go this makes planning extremely difficult and frustrating.

• Szabó (7/5): Nice apartman at good p - Nice, quiet flat at good location. The apartment is fairly equipped. Breakfast, coffe, grocery store in 2 minutes walk, boat in 5 minutes. Cleanness of the flat, no air condition, a bit of a maintenance would be great.

• Frank (10/5): very nice stay in an authentic Venice city neighborhood. - great location. you got the chance to live in the real environment inside Venice inner city. not a big deal. I think it’s the natural effect of living close to your neighbors and the building is older Constructioin. at night you can clearly hear peoples talking outside and walking upstairs through the stairs which feels right next door.

• Ksenija (8/5): Ok value for money, cozy apartment - The location is good for Venice, up to 10mins to Rialta bridge and max 15 minutes walk to other attractions. The apartment has everything you would need for a short stay. Bedroom was big and the bed was comfortable. It was clean and communication with the host was good and efficient. The bed in the living room is really uncomfortable and is not for a longer stay. There were a lot of ants in the apartment. Other than that, a good value for money.
