• Dawn (9/5): Great location in authentic apartment. - Great location. Very peaceful, especially considering its close proximity to all the sights. A lovely big airy apartment with a great outside terrace. I would love to stay again. Also appreciated the welcome pack and being able to leave our bags before/after check in/out.

• Maiya (9/5): - Spacious. Clean. Comfy beds. Beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed. Quiet. Terrace is perfect in the late afternoon. Super responsive and friendly host. Better ironing board would have been great. The strong smell in the bathroom - but likely can’t be helped?
• Shalva Javakhia (10/5): - The apartment was perfect, very clean, full of character, and beautifully designed. It offered excellent value for money. The kitchen was outstanding, and the large terrace with a lovely view was a highlight. Although we couldn’t fully enjoy it due to the rain, it was still a great feature. One of the bedrooms, located close to the ceiling, had a very low height. Even a person of average height had to bend down to avoid hitting their head.

• Josip (10/5): Great apartment in a perfect location - Very nice apartment in a perfect location. Spacious, easily accommodate 5 people, well equipped kitchen. A lot of restaurants In the neighbourhood, and a grocery market is 5 minutes from the apartment. Staff is also very friendly, waited for us with keys and gave us good tips about the restaurants. Nothing. Everything was great.

• Ladislav (10/5): Feels like our home in Venice - Great location - very quiet street with good (and much cheaper) restaurants, but still 10 min easy walk from St. Mark's and other key places. Easy 40 min transport from the airport by Alilaguna line to the Ospedale stop, way back paradoxically only 25 min. Comfortable accommodation, at the end of October it was already cold in the house, but the air conditioning solved it just fine. It feels like our home in Venice. Venice after 4 pm is a completely different Venice, enjoy it! There is a slight smell from the sewage in the bathroom, but this is probably standard in Venice due to the limited technological possibilities to solve it with a siphon.

I appreciated the outdoor terrace although we didn’t go out there because of the weather, the kitchen was very well lit and open and airy. We have plenty of room for our family of five. Location was fine. It was walkable to a grocery store and to a boat shuttle. It smelled a little of cats. Even with a converter, my hairdryer blew out. There were also a lot of mosquitoes that got us. Washer dryer would’ve been nice.

• D.grode (9/5): Sehr schöne zentrale Wohnung mit toller Terrasse - Die moderne Einrichtung und die Terrasse Das Kinderzimmer ist auf einer Zwischendecke gebaut und im Wohnzimmer durch eine Stahl Treppe erreichbar. Diese hat zur Folge, dass man oben alles hört was im unteren Bereich (WZ) gesprochen wird.

Terrace Interior design and cleanliness Big and nice bathroom Potrzeba siły aby otworzyć główne drzwi do kamienicy - ale to nie problem. Drzwi są zabytkowe więc dodają klimatu. You will need to use force in order to open the main door to the building - but it is not a problem. The door is historical so it's part of the ambience.
• James (9/5): The perfect place to stay in Venice - Great location - quiet and central. And the apartment itself is lovely - very spacious including the amazing terrace! And our hosts were very helpful with booking taxis and storing bags. The kitchen is large and great to cook in but no dishwasher or oil etc - be mindful if you’re planning to cook up a feast.

She gave us very good impressions about this apartment. Of course the apartment is wonderful, clean, big nice kitchen. The terrace is large with nice view. We could have the breakfast at the terrace. We really enjoyed staying here. Nothing.
• Jeremy (10/5): Feel like a local, live like a king - Oustanding property, bright, modern and spacious with a beautifil terrace. Bed was 11/10. Fantatsic location, some lovely locally run, artisan businesses nearby. Special mentiom of the amazing staff, Marine was so kind, helpful and thorough. We had an emergency that meant we left everything to the last minute, but nothing was to much trouble. Thank you. Its a beautiful apartment and we love that these buildings are centuries old, so some things may not be perfect. But every quirk in this apartment only adds to the character.

• Jennifer (10/5): Really lovely apartment with thoughtful amenities (even a bottle of vino and fresh olive oil) - Beautiful kitchen, large outdoor patio, cleanliness of property, comfortable bed, great location that was a convenient walking distance to major tourist attractions yet felt quiet and neighborhood like. Loft with the 2 single beds has a very low ceiling, so watch your head!
• Brehonnet (9/5): Wonderful flat and excellent service - The apartment was well situated. The terrasse was a great plus; really nice to be able to eat out in a calm and green surrounding. The apartment was clean and spacious. I had my own bedroom and the kids slept on the loft. I had some issues when arriving to get in (door was blocking) but I quickly got help. The lady I was in contact with before and during the stay was very accessible, friendly and professional. All my requests and questions where quickly dealt with. As often, when renting an apartment, I was missing basic things in the kitchen, for ex paper towels, good selection of teas, olive oil...When having an apartment I like to take the opportunity to cook myself sometimes, but I don't not want to buy everything from scratch. Another minor thing is that you feel it's a rental, so a bit "cold". More plants, art on walls, rugs... would give a warmer feeling. However, I would say this is really minor things and it wouldn't stop me from going back. The positives really outweigh these minor minuses.

We traveled with 2 toddlers and they made it super convenient for us and special requests about sleeping arrangements (baby crib + connected beds on gallery ) The terrace is absolutely stunning. Flat was a bit cold when we arrived but our host Marina made a lot of effort to heat up.
• Ray (10/5): Lovely flat. Excellent service and support - A lovely quirky flat in a good location. It had all of the amenities you need and a delightful outside terrace. Excellent support from Marine at Melusina who made sure we were welcomed and "at home" in Venice. We went in January which meant that we had less opportunity to enjoy the terrace.

• Seah (10/5): The apartment was a highlight of our trip. When we return we will be booking again - The property was beautifully presented and the layout of the spaces was great. It was so generous with so much natural light. The facilities were all great. The courtyard balcony was beautiful with an amazing view. Marine our property manager and contact was more than helpful and so responsive! She made our stay even more comfortable with peace of mind! If there was an option to add a private washing machine within the apartment that would be an added bonus to this stay.
