• Hristian (7/5): - The apartment is nice and the location is perfect. There is an elevator right to the attic - a very rare convenience in Venice. The bed is comfy and the pillows are all memory foam, though the same size. The kitchen is well equipped and the terrace is a lovely bonus. The water pressure is abysmal, the flow interrupts every 10 seconds and the shower cubicle is really small. Beware of the low beams in the kitchen, the bathroom and the wardrobe part of the living room! The communication with the landlord and his wife was extremely unsatisfactory. We asked for a simple blanket as the duvet was very thick (a winter duvet in May?!) but it was refused by stating that we couldn't ask for "any exchanges" during our 3-day stay. Our second message (explaining that we were all sweating ander that thick duvet) did not get an answer at all. Disappointing!
• Jana (9/5): - Wir wurden freundlich von Fabio begrüßt, die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Lage unweit der Vaporetto-Station Arsenale. Auch ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Wunderschöner Ausblick von der Terrasse. Bäckerei und Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke, Supermärkte sind in der Nähe zu finden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet.

We needed an extra blanket and the host was quick to reply and provided it. We received a cute welcome basket and the area is so close to everything but still feels local and quiet. We would definitely come back!

La SdB est le petit point faible du logement. (un peu plus vieillissant, petite odeur et débit eau chaude faible). Je pense que si on est grand (>1m75), on peut facilement se prendre les poutres 😛

• Luvtorelax (9/5): WONDERFUL ATTIC STAY - We loved the size of the apt. and it had everything we needed including ample room to do some clothes washing and air dry them in the apt. The view from the balcony was awesome. We loved the attic wooden beams even though we had to duck at times especially in the bathroom. The lift was very small. Lucky to fit 2 suite cases on their own. The balcony was hard to get to from a ladder but worth it. A couple of kitchen items were missing but the host brought them to us upon asking and the safe didn't work.

• Paul (10/5): Ausgezeichneter Silvesteraufenthalt - Sehr schöne Wohnung in außergewöhnlicher Lage. Die Dachterrasse ist ein absolutes Highlight und bietet einen traumhaften Blick über die Stadt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll gestaltet, hell und sehr gepflegt. Ruhige Atmosphäre, dennoch zentrale Anbindung. Ein besonderes Wohngefühl, absolut empfehlenswert.
• Schleich (8/5): For families a good value - Center location next to most places of interest. The apartment is fully equipped. It's a problem for people who are handicapped. The terrace looks great but hard to enter. Like in any place of Venice it's difficult to get enough water for personal washing.

• Pamela (10/5): Lovely stay in Venice. - Lovely apartment- the terrace is beautiful with absolutely great view over Venice. Well stocked. Close to everything yet quiet and far enough from the crowds. Easy to find from vaporetto. Place to store bags around the corner. Perfect place to stay in Venice. If you are very tall, you must watch your head as there are beams to mind. They are charming but if ducking bothers you, maybe not your place. Check in was easy and proprietors are nice.
• Kayuri (8/5): 景色最高、地図は要確認 - 何といっても特筆すべきはテラスからの眺め。最上階なのでベネチアの街の景色を堪能できる。天井が高く、屋根裏の立派な梁も美しい。部屋は隅々まで清掃されておりとても清潔。大家さんがすぐ下の階に住んでおり、細かな要望にすぐ答えてくれる。 Booking.comの地図の物件の位置が間違っている。無線がつながりにくく遅い。洗濯機の洗剤を用意しておいて欲しかった。最上階で天窓が多いせいかもしれないが、朝晩は少し寒い。しかし大家さんが室温の調節をしてくれるので問題は無い。

• Marcin (9/5): - Doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo blisko placu Św Marka, a mimo to cicha i spokojna. Sporo fajnych knajpek w okolicy. Śniadania na tarasie z widokiem to dodatkowy bonus. Wszystko ok.
• Ulrich (7/5): - Gute Lage und geräumige Wohnung Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, es waren nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten die etwas auffielen. Wirklich toll, das die Wohnung eine Waschmaschine hat, allerdings gab es kein Waschmittel. Kein Problem, haben wir einfach gekauft. Gleiches galt auch für das Toilettenpapier, das nicht ausreichend vorhanden war, auch kein Problem, da ja ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe war. Das die Wohnung keinen Geschirrspüler hat, ist keine große Sache, da man das Geschirr dann eben selbst abwäscht, das es allerdings keine Trocken- oder Geschirrtücher gab, war es etwas kompliziert. Mülltüten gab es insgesamt 2, da wir selbst gekocht haben, war das tatsächlich etwas knapp, aber wir haben einfach noch welche nachgekauft. Auch klasse das es eine Kaffee Maschine für Kapseln gibt. In anderen Wohnungen habe ich schon oft erlebt, dass auch ein paar Kapseln da waren, in dieser Wohnung war eine Kapsel vorhabendem. Aber wie gesagt, alles nur Kleinigkeiten, Was etwas störend ist, ist das es im Innenhof abends doch etwas lauter ist, so das man das Fenster geschlossen halten muss, wenn man schlafen möchte, aber im Laufe der Nacht wird es dann ruhiger.

The location is excellent,( 2 min.ftom the vaporetto stop and 8 min from San Marco square maybe less)and the house is fully equipped and beautifully decorated and the mattress in the bedroom very comfortable.Everything is nearby,bakery,supermarket, bars , restaurants and the view from the balcony is amazing. The floor because is wooden when you walk is making noise which during the day it doesn't matter. But if someone wakes up into the night and wants to go to the toilet probably will wake up the rest of the family. You also have to be careful not to hit your head because it's an attic and the ceiling of course isn't at a big height but all these really doesn't matter. I would definitely stay there again if i ever go to Venice again. I highly recommend it🥰Baci Facio, Jacqueline and Nikola it was a pleasure meeting you!!!

• Nick (10/5): - Peaceful, considering you are in the heartbeat of Venice. Bed was so comefortable... sofas so comefortable. My wife loved the washing machine! (Lol) The secret attic rooftop was unique. The lift to the room unexpected. The room was so cool, and the additional fan was to hand if needed. Loved the cute kitchen, we stayed in the roof and rafters of an tradtional Venetian street. It was like being in an authentic Venetian dream for a few days. The lift was too slow going up in getting us back to our special hide away attic and too quick to descend. Jokes aside it was fine.

• Dawn (8/5): Very good - The location was wonderful. Very convenient. The rooftop deck was beautiful. We didn't know about the tourist tax. Our host informed us when we checked in and then asked for payment in cash only. We wish we had been told this was the only payment option ahead of time.
• John (9/5): Beautiful apartment made more stressful than it needed to be by mediocre communication. - The apartment was stunning—beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The terrace had amazing views and was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Communication with the host left much to be desired. Unlike other rentals where clear, detailed instructions (often with photos or videos) are provided, we received only a vague message the day before arrival asking what time we'd show up. There were no clear check-in instructions, no apartment number provided (only a floor number instead), and confusion over whether “in front of the property” meant the building or the specific apartment. After a long day of travel, the last thing you want is to be figuring these things out on the spot.
• Elaine (10/5): Perfect little gem - Loved the location. Less than 10 minutes walk from St Mark’s Square and really near water bus/airport bus stop. Also the roof terrace was fab.
• Manfei (8/5): A convince stay - The apartment is cozy and have a nice view. Very near to the famous historical sites. The water pressure is small for shower. The roof of some of the place is very low and needs very careful.

Apartment was spacious and modern with low beams and a fantastic roof garden overlooking the Venice roof tops and the tower. We did ask for 2 separate beds(and bedding) which we didn’t get. Although good friends we specifically asked not to share. The plumbing in the bathroom was very smelly at times but we didn't stay in too long so not a huge issue.
• Nick (10/5): Live like a local near the tourist scene - Easy to get to from the Water Bus. Easy to immediately explore the city. Large apt. Great gem of a terrace that had great views. The apt had great charm and was very clean. Nothing - fantastic stay.
• Madhumitha (5/5): Disappointed given the price paid. - The location is close to a boat stop to get to places with ease. The apartment is fairly big and well equipped. The water pressure in the apartment was very low, especially in the shower. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The TV didn’t work. The light in the living room kept flickering. It isn’t that easy to get to the terrace outside due to it being a small door. The ceiling is very low in places and we kept hitting our head. The downstairs lobby constantly had a very bad sewage smell.
• Tami (10/5): Venice Rooftop Airbnb - This was beyond our expectations! Very beautiful, clean, spacious and the little rooftop patio was such a sweet reprieve! We started our mornings on the rooftop with croissants and coffee (bought right across from our Airbnb!) and shared a bottle of wine there in the afternoon between our adventures in Venice. Thank you! Would love to stay for a much longer time next time! If one is tall, one has to be careful of the beautiful beams inside the rooftop apartment.

Great communication with host and apartment was fully equipped. It was super-hot when we were there and the AC is just in the sitting room, so bedroom was a bit warm - but there was a very powerful fan that kept the air moving so we could sleep well

A place to store luggage was right around the corner so perfect for storing bags without taking them up any stairs. The bed was little uncomfortable. Although in no way should that detour anyone from the perks of the place.

• Charles (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location. Very easy to get to which is a huge plus in Venice! Views from terrace were lovely. Check in was easy. It was very quiet. It was a beautiful place. One of the reasons we selected it was because it had a washing machine, so it would have been helpful to have some detergent available. As described, it is truly an attic so using the kitchen and the bathroom required caution as to not hit our heads! Small things - don't hesitate to book as it has so many positives!
• Michelle (10/5): Beautiful, peaceful and convenient - Beautiful apartment, well furnished and decorated, close to everything but away from the noise. We were greeted warmly by Fabio who gave us a tour of the apartment and some tips on restaurants close by. A thoughtful welcome hamper with Prosecco was a lovely touch. The apartment is a stones throw from the Arsenale stop so really convenient for airport and shuttle boat transport. It's a 13min walk to San Marco. There are lots of places to eat on the doorstep, a lovely bakery and a few small supermarkets within an easy walk. The balcony is private with gorgeous views. It was so peaceful especially at night so we slept well. Elevator access to the door! We loved the apartment and really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend to all. It was all great

Nice restaurants close by and it is a less touristy area. The welcome was very warm and we had a nice chat with the owner.

I feel like they are missing a couple of important details: Crib for a child wasnt there There were no wine glasses - thankfully the owner brought us glasses later There is a laundry machine but no detergent

Air con, and great location not far from San Marco Square. Great experience! If you're really tall you might bump your head on the beams, it's an attic apartment so I did bump a few times, but really it's not a complaint, it was so worth it!

The space itself is very spacious and has everything you could need. The location couldn't be better - close to everything, yet completely quiet and so peaceful. And the rooftop balcony...wow!! This place is truly a steal in a city with extremely high hotel prices. Would definitely recommend over any 5* hotel.

Close to ferry stop. - Space, decor, cleanliness, quiet, having separate kitchen well furnished, having found in the kitchen basic ingredients such as coffee, olive oil, salt and sugar. Different environments to work in for two people who need to work. The bidet was not working properly. The water flow lacked pressure, so water was not warm enough, the cap (il tappo) could not hold the water so bidet could not be used. This was difficult as we use bidet daily and regularly.
• Inna333 (10/5): Gorgeous apartment with stunning view - Apartment is gorgeous. More beautiful than on the photos. View from the terrace! I could see grand canale and Marco Square tower. Silent part of city, 5 min walk to San Marco. Amazing bakery just around the left corner from the house, nice small grocery store is also 3 min walk from. Bed was very comfortable. There is everything you need in the kitchen. Very cozy and very nice feeling being there. Pressure of shower, but it's not a big thing🙂
• Joseph (10/5): Great stay! - Its a cosy, well lit attic, with a great view! Exceptionally clean and comfy. It's in a great location, not far from Piazza San Marco, but not too central that you're in the whole touristy chaos. Not really much to complain about! :) As I said, it was a great find. Maybe the only thing I'd revise is the water pressure of the shower head thats a little weak but thats about it!
