Un ringraziamento speciale ad Alissa e Gian Marco per la disponibilità, la gentilezza e gli ottimi consigli sugli spostamenti, che ci hanno permesso di vivere Venezia al meglio. - Jane (10/5): Very special - we felt like we were living in Venice, not just visiting! - La Corte Incantata is located on a lovely quiet street between the Arsenale & the Giardini, perfect for visiting the Biennale. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the house was spotlessly clean and well equipped and the little courtyard to the back is a real added bonus. Alissa who met us and showed us to the house, explained everything and gave us some recommendations for local eateries/supermarkets etc., We enjoyed the area so much - the house is right next to a park, a 2min walk from the lively Via Garibaldi which has great, local, affordable restaurants , bars and cafes.

Ļoti labs novietojums Giardini un Arsenale Biennāles apmeklējumam, izcili restorāni blakus, ērts transports, pasakains namiņš ar iekšpagalmu! Nākošgad brauksim atkal! viss kārtībā!

- Mikus (10/5): A great location for a great guest house in a great town - We travel to Venice often and this was definitely the best guest house we've stayed in - great location, well equipped kitchen, small patio with a table for nice breakfasts and dinners. Everything - both the Giardini Biennale and Garibaldi street with restaurants within reach. Great! The only thing - a very smelly kitchen trash for no apparent reason :(
- Louise (9/5): Superb - The location for the apartment was great- very close to restaurants and little supermarkets through the little streets. It is in a quiet residential area away from the crowds, so very quiet to sleep at night. It was a 15 minute walk along the promenade to St. Mark's Square. The sunsets were lovely along the walk way at night. Our host sent us regular texts to ask how we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything we needed as well as wished a pleasant journey home. We were met at the water taxi so we didn't get lost on the way to the apartment. There was everything we needed! The steps are a little steep, but just don't walk up and down them in shoes. It could have a little washing line to help dry clothes, but that's a minor point.

The location is really good, nice and quiet but right near the centre, so easy walking distance. Comfortable beds and the place was very warm A thoroughly enjoyable stay
- Rina (10/5): Exceptional - The location is amazing, variety of bars, restaurants, supermarket is very close, however the apartment itself is on the quiet street, so there is no loud noises at night The host was very helpful and attentive and really "went an extra mile" to make the stay pleasant and comfortable. Apartment has everything needed, the public transportantion stop just 2 min walk. Would always love to come back again!

- Sophia (10/5): Giardini gem - The location between Giardini & Arsenale was perfect for us... We explored a new area. It was near the Giardini vaporetto stop with great connections to Lido, the train station, Rialto... Everywhere! The house was lovely, the decor, the courtyard, the neighbourhood. We had a great stay. Martina & Fabio met us at Giardini & escorted us to the house. They made us feel very welcome and gave us tips for local places to eat & shop. Giancarlo messaged us a kind of treasure hunt across Venice to find some hidden gems off the tourist track. We had a great stay & experienced a more authentic Venice by staying here. I really can't think of anything.
- Helen (10/5): La Dolce Vita - Greeted by Martina at the vaporetto who welcomed us to Venice. She was very informative about the local area and nearby facilities. Great location near the gardens, via Garabaldi nearby provides supermarket and many great restaurants. Easy walk to S . Marco. Loved the residence with its courtyard and stylish decor. Made us feel like a local. Gian the owner was also available to assist if needed. Would definately return again. The steep stairs up to the bedrooms could be a little difficult but otherwise everything was great.
