• Andrea (9/5): Appartamento comodo e spazioso - Host molto disponibile per il deposito bagagli prima e dopo l'orario di check-in e checkout, apprezzabile visto che girare Venezia con le valigie è un po' complicato. Casa spaziosa e ben fornita. Posizione fantastica per visitare Venezia e le isole visto che ci sono i principali traghetti a due minuti. La zona è molto tranquilla e l'appartamento pulito. La ventola del bagno è rumorosissima, forse andrebbe cambiata.

• Hernandez Gonzalez (8/5): - Todo lo del departamento Que en la reserva no decía que tenía que sacar la basura, y me dijeron que tenía que hacerlo como. Pero al ir a dejar la basura al lugar indicado me dijeron que no podía dejar basura ahí porque era domingo. Le conente al anfitrión y me dijo que yo de haber hecho las cosas como me dijo que estaba mal hecho haber dejado la basura en el apartamento. No podía hacer nada al respecto, además no había otro idioma que sea italiano lo cual dificulta la comunicación. Creo que un anfitrión debería hablar otro idioma ya que se relaciona con personas de todo el mundo

• Maria (9/5): A Hidden Venice Gem - Very nice location. Safe and quiet but less than a minute away from the busy areas and water stops. The apartment had everything I needed. The aircon was really great! I had no issues, but just to note that there is no lift
• Hye (8/5): Nice stay - The location is the best. Very kind host. No place for baggage storage (I recognized this is the apartment, not a hotel. Anyway, no one can get your bag if you are not in the apartment because there is no reception; just in case your luggage is delivered from the airport when your luggage does not arrive with you). Except for this, everything was nice and perfect.
• John (6/5): Pleasant - It was close to St. Mark's and water bus stop. During the very cool early May weather we could have use some heat but there was none even after requesting it. One factor in selecting this property was that the website showed that it had a washing machine which we needed at that point in our travels. However upon arrival we were told that it's use was only for the property owner. Scatter rugs in the apartment are a hazard. There were a lot of little things we have enjoyed in other apartments in Italy such as having soap in the shower and a lack of paper towels or napkins. The bath towels were thin and thread bare. While Venice is expensive overall we were a little disappointed.

• Dorit (9/5): As Venitian prices go, this was definitely good value for money,and we really enjoyed staying there. - The location is wonderful: in a quiet street, even though it's very near Piazza San Marco and in fact almost anywhere in Venice. I came with my son for the Biannale, and it was an easy and very pleasant walk to the Giardini and practically a couple of minutes to the Arsenal; in fact, you can walk with no effort from this location to anywhere in Venice except the furthest western part. We loved being there, especially as there is a really nice neighbourhood square right nearby - people really live in the area (from the calle della pieta northwards & eastwards), so children play in the square and old people sit to enjoy the sun or gossip, and it's lovely to get to know the neighbourhood. The apartment itself is very well appointed: there's two rooms, the main one with a sofa bed, dining table and kitchen, and a smaller one with a separate single bed, which was necessary to us. There are quite a few large windows in the main room, so even though (as in most of Venice) they look on the other side of the alley or into a little court, that's pleasant. One might hear noises from the upstairs apartment - it happened one night until late & then very early the next morning (heavy footfall & furniture/baggage dragging - floor noises), but we advised Sylvia, who talked to the owner of the upstairs flat; they notified their guests and it never happened again. The owners said that if it ever happens, it's fine to talk to the lodgers there. Conversations on the street are probably to be expected in this city of alleys, but if they bother you the windows are very good as to soundproofing. The kitchen part is spacious and very comfortabl to work in, with a gas stove, oven and dishwasher (and of course a fridge), all up to date and working perfectly. We made lavish breakfasts there... There's even a washing machine in the bathroom, which, as we stayed for a week, we appreciated having. Sylvia was attentive to our every need and very helpful. I had no problem sleeping on the sofa bed, but the mattress could definitely be more comfortable, I think especially so for a couple. With a better bed the guests will be able to enjoy the apartment much more fully.
