• Steven (8/5): Federiko and Angela were lovely hosts and very helpful. The location is quiet and accessible. - Not available as self catering. Location fine have to get water bus nearby to the main hub. But all fine. We both have back problems and a more firmer mattress and additional pillows should be considered. Also an update on towels.

The property was clean and safe, the gardens so beautiful. Federico went out of his way to help us with everything we needed and wanted to see in Venice , including the best directions to all the major spots. It can get confusing with the different water taxi options. Nothing.

• Harry (10/5): Giudecca Venezia - nice appartment for good relaxation plus exploring Venice - Wonderful appartment, kitchen desk and sofa, TV, nice table and balcony with view to a frame of the sea. Kitchen fully equipped, mosquito nets in every room - great ! The host a wonderful lady who assisted in opening the appartment and explaining all details very friendly. Bathroom nice, good shower - heating in colder time (as March). The bedroom also with a small balcony, view to the amazing church of Redentore. All in all realy exciting and comfortable - great on the island of Giudecca, opposite of San Marco - Shop for food just 200m distance and also the Vaporetto Station nearby too. I would have liked to have more time to stay in this appartment :)

• Jüri (6/5): Wouldn’t consider again - The apartment is spacious, comfortable and perfectly located. I have been in Venice over ten times and this has been the best accommodation. The host is rather high maintenance. Even though the conversation is always polite there is a lot of it. In other accommodations there is a single message with information and the timeframe for checkin. You read through and follow. In this case there were reminders to provide an exact time of the checkin, to message when I arrive in the train station and start moving towards the apartment etc. I was driving to Venice and stopping along the way, so I could and didn’t want to specify and exact time. This demand ruined the entire day as I was forced to follow a clock. I also got a reminder message on the check out time on the evening before, on the morning of the day and then also a personal visit to remind me again. I travel almost every month and I never had such a case. For me it was too intrusive and because of this I will not consider this apartment again.

• James (8/5): Fantastic host and if the apartment had sone money spent on it to update it, it would be much better - Excellent location and the owner was very kind and helpful The bed linen smelled damp and there was mold on refrigerator door lining which could have been cleaned easily.
• Steven (10/5): Excellent short break and what a wonderful palce to visit - We can't rate this property highly enough, the location is great, just over the water from St Marks Square, which takes about 10 minutes by the public boat service, this runs every few minutes so no problems there either, the view from the nearby restaurant makes a good meal taste even better, the hosts of the apartment are so friendly and helpful, any questions you have they will answer them, some questions we thought about, had the answers in my Whats APP before we had asked the question. Their knowledge and advice was a great help and made us feel right at home, a brilliant place to stay for a couple, breakfast was supplied for us, with milk in the fridge and a coffee machine with capsules, we stayed for 3 nights and there is a left luggage option to make the last day even easier as we didn't depart until the evening, would we stay there again....just give us the cance Can't think of anything

• Jasmine (10/5): A lovely full apartment with a gorgeous garden close to shops, restaurants and sights to visit. - The host, Federico, was exceptionally helpful sending us numerous messages, beginning with directions, cost of travel, the most convenient pricing to suit our days there, places to visit and general advice. I must say, I have not experienced such detail. The apartment was well equipped with all facilities to make our stay convenient and enjoyable. The positioning and garden is quite impressive.

Some snacks for breakfast and tomatoes from the family garden were provided which was a lovely surprise! The garden yard is a little paradise and provides a peaceful hideaway from the buzz of Venice city while being very well connected to the center. A dream location! Nothing. Everything was more than expected!

The Giudecca has lovely walks and grea - The well maintained apartment was away from the Venice crowds but still easily accessible to all of the Venice sights as the vaporetto stop was so close. The apartment is set back behind a large garden and is quiet and peaceful. Owners were helpful and personable. We loved the property.

• David (9/5): Superb - Great location and quiet. Make sure to arrive during check in hours. I showed up at 8:30 pm due to a delayed bus ride and was dinged 40 Euros. Not a good way to start my accommodation after a long day of traveling. No real reason given other than family policy.

• Yiran (10/5): Sweet home - 1. Location is so convenient, water bus station is just near the house. Don’t need to worry even you have luggage. 2. Angela is so friendly, gave us a big welcome and offer us a lot of free pasta, egg, snack, bread, tea and coffee, there’s a grocery downstairs, so easy to buy some food and cook there! 3. You can reach out to host anytime, he is always online to help us answer questions, and gave us useful information and suggestions. Wet weather there is some ant in bathroom, but overall we love this place!

Venice-at Guidecca you c - I have had multiple trips to Venice over many decades- this is my first time staying in Guidecca and it is now my priority location. Quiet, friendly, easily accessible by Vaporetto, wonderful local restaurant and one of the best local coffee spots in Venice- all within 5 minutes of this apartment. The host met us upon arrival by boat and what a delight to be guided to the apartment and given such a warm and friendly welcome. He checked on us frequently via what’s app so that he could make suggestions when needed during our stay. This is now my number one choice for apartment and location in Venice. Everything was good

The location is perfect, with a quick 10-minute vaporetto ride to San Marco, yet the tranquility and privacy here are unparalleled. The soothing sounds of cicadas and the sea, along with a curated selection of wines in the apartment, made our stay truly special. Having previously stayed on the main island, this experience was incomparable. The peace, quiet, and intimate setting provided the perfect retreat, far from the throngs of tourists. This is undoubtedly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, offering everything one could hope for in a Venetian escape. Highly recommended!

Angela gave us a warm welcome on our arrival. N/A
• Imogen (10/5): One of our best holidays ever. The perfect 40th wedding anniversary. - It was really quiet and the light from the large windows overlooking the garden was beautiful. It was clean and spacious and had everything you could possibly need including lots of delicious breakfast treats. It was close to an excellent supermarket, lots of bars and restaurants. Crucially the vaporetto stop is very close with easy access to central Venice and the station. In two dozen visits to Venice, this was our first staying in the Giudecca, but definitely not our last! Nothing.

The host was extremely hospitable-willing to do anything to make our stay more comfortable. Angela was very patient with two dumb Americans who couldn’t figure out how to open the door. • Amanda (10/5): It was a dream come true! So beautiful and so easy. Incredible hosts! - I have never met hosts that were as gentle, kind and generous as Angela and Federico. We were coming from Milan to Venice and Italy had a national transport strike. They were kind enough to help us with the train tickets, and with understanding the boats and public transports in Venice, which can be a little confusing. The house was impeccable, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped (even with pasta, sauces, coffee, wine, really everything you may possibly need). The were very polite and helpful. We had an amazing stay at the apartment and were very sad to leave. I wish we can go back someday. I highly recommend it to everyone going to Venice!

Property is in good condition, nice breakfast items provided for our the duration of our stay. Federico (Host) is very accommodating and gave us lots of tips on how to travel around the city, including recommendations on places to eat.
• Keith (10/5): Wonderful place away from touristy areas - The property was outstanding in every way. There was nothing lacking. We received a very warm welcome from Angela, Frederico's mother, and Frederico's girlfriend. Frederico was magnificent in his communication and helpfulness. The location was perfect, away from the typical tourist areas but very close to the water bus stop to get anywhere we needed to go. The unit was spacious, and the treats they provided were like nothing we've experienced before. We've been traveling since March, spent 5 nights here, and this place has been the most outstanding place we've stayed to date. It didn't impact us, but there are stairs that could be difficult for someone who may be mobility impaired. The church bells next door in the early morning were a slight irritant but not substantial. We'd still stay again if ever in the area.

Quiet, beautiful garden view, food shops and restaurants close by, boat station just a few meters away for easy access to the main island. Host gave very detailed instructions via WhatsApp on how to reach the place, good recommendations for ice cream shops and places to eat, very responsive to questions. Sufficient food for breakfast was available for our stay and the kitchen was well equipped to do your own cooking. Ideal place to stay for 2-3 people. Nothing negative to say. For people with walking impairments or very heavy suitcases: there is no elevator on the premises, so you need to walk to the first floor.

The refrigerator has everything you need for a good breakfast and night snacks. the host was very attentive. I liked everything about the property.
• Georg (10/5): Exceptional - It is a quite spacious and beautiful apartment, only about 10 minutes by boat away from Piazza San Marco. AC is located in the bedroom and works very well. The kitchen is great, and the fridge was prefilled with milk, eggs, butter etc., and we got some fruit, crackers and cookies. Coffeemaker with coffee is also there. Angela was very nice, showed us around and explained everything to us, which went very smoothly despite us not speaking italian (but a little bit portuguese). Her son Federico provided us with tons of information, how to get there, where we could park and how to reach the apartment from there, nice restaurants, directions to stuff and even an upcoming public transport strike and how to avoid getting stranded during this time. We had a great time, thanks a lot :-)
