The host team and location and apartment size make it a great place to st - The host team was wonderful with communication and very friendly and welcoming! They always responded right away and made an amazing effort to meet us exactly when we arrived. They even carried a suit case up for us. The location and size of the apartment is terrific. It is very close and walkable to everything. It has a full size refrigerator and very nice kitchen area. They provided a generations amount of towels and complementary shampoo, soap/shower gel and starter toilet paper rolls as well as tea and sugar. The large shower with hot water was a great way to get refreshed and energized for the day. Really appreciated being so close to the daily water taxis and the water taxi to the airport. It was a fantastic stay. Thank you. The location and size of the apartment make it well worth it, but people staying here need to consider that there are a fair amount of stairs to get to the apartment. We are over 50 and managed them just fine and there are railings to hold on to, but just keep that in mind when booking, especially if traveling with older adults or small children. Venice is full of steps to cross bridges so after a while you get used to it.

• Marta (5/5): Apartamento situado en el mismo centro, pero necesita muchas mejoras. - Las personas que nos hicieron el check-in/check-out fueron muy amables, y nos ayudaron en lo que pudieron. Desafortunadamente el apartamento necesita algunos arreglos (las fotos solo muestran lo que ha sido renovado o recien pintado). La puerta de entrada estaba bastante rota, costaba mucho abrirla, la puerta del armario de la lavadora se descolgaba cuando la abrias, las paredes y algunos muebles necesitaban ser arreglados y/o pintados . Nada mas llegar notamos que el lavabo del bano estaba atascado y habia un fuerte olor a frito en el apartamento, sobre todo a la entrada. EL problema del lavabo lo resolvieron al dia siguiente, pero el mal olor continuo hasta el final del segundo dia. La limpieza del apartamento podria ser mejor (tuvimos que poner un lavavajillas al llegar porque las tazas y los vasos tenian manchas).

• Cristina (8/5): Weekend a portata di mano - La posizione è superlativa, in pratica accanto al ponte di rialto e vicinissimo a tutto (vaporetti etc...). Le scale per arrivare in appartamento sono gradini vecchissimi e a parer mio pericolosi con bambini piccoli. Suggerirei di far trovare tovaglioli all'arrivo e qualche detersivo.

• SARAH (8/5): Un séjour superbe dans un quartier stratégique - L’emplacement et l’espace était fabuleux. L’endroit très calme grâce au triple vitrage. Notre concierge était très réactif et sympa! Certains équipement inutilisables tels que le fer à repasser car cramé ou une machine à café mais sans filtre (introuvable dans les commerces de proximité)

• Damian (8/5): Amplio depto a metros del puente rialto - El departamento es super amplio y comodo. Tiene una cocina amplia completa, un living grande y 2 dormitorios amplios tambien. X afuera es como todo venecia, antiguo y oscuro pero todo es super seguro. Fueron 2 pisos x escalera. La ubicacion es a 50 mts del puente del rialto y super accesible si llegas en el vaporetto desde la estacion de trenes. El anfitrion me recibio y me ayudo con todo. Super recomendable No es linda la entrada al edificio pero venecia es todo asi. Antiguo.

• Daniela (5/5): Nice apartment, great location, neighbours from harassing neighbours! - Location can’t be beat! Practically on the steps of Ponte de Rialto. As all signs point to this direction, could wander around without getting lost! The neighbours harassed us in the middle of the night, banging on the front door and ceiling, very intimidating. I got the feeling they didn’t like the fact it was rented out to tourists. Apparently when using the bathroom/toilet the exhaust fan can be heard upstairs. We ended up using bathroom without light on. Not ideal.

• Antonella (7/5): Venezia unica - Sicuramente la posizione è impeccabile, si trova vicino a tutto, considerando i costi del vaporetto e la fila per prenderlo non è da sottovalutare, anche la dimensione della casa è molto comoda, anche se si trova in una strada affollata di turisti se si chiudono le finestre non si sentono rumori. Con qualche accortezza in più sarebbe perfetta. La casa manca di dettagli per chi deve viverla, è sicuramente pensata per chi deve mangiare fuori. L'aspetto appare trascurato nel mobilio, le porte, la doccia ma nel complesso per pochi giorni va bene. La televisione non aveva segnale ma c'era Netflix. Presenza di colombi alle finestre, nidi compresi.

• Samantha (5/5): Fabulous location, friendly and helpful staff, but apartment tired and in need of some revamp, especially the bathroom. - Great location and friendly staff with good communication :). Large apartment. Quite tired and dated, could do with some revamping. The bathroom was dreadful :(. It was not clean, had soap and shower gel containers from last occupants left in shower, sink drainage was very bad and the toilet flush is very temperamental :(. However the worst thing, that really should be looked at is the smell in the bathroom… I think it’s damp.. but not sure.. but it was awful and made the whole apartment smell if the doors were left open.

• Michelle (8/5): Séjour agréable et confortable en famille - Appartement idéalement situé (attention aux 2 étages sans ascenseur), l'hôte a été très prévenant et arrangeant, avec une facilité d'entrée et de sortie et beaucoup de conseils utiles pour la visite de Venise. Literie confortable, beaucoup d'espace (à conseiller pour les familles), excellente insonorisation. Le bruit de la ventilation de la salle de bain gène beaucoup les voisins, du coup on ne se sent pas très à l'aise. Il y avait un peu de poussière dans les chambres. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Quelques équipements un peu vieillots.

The pictures were NOT a true representation of the condition of the property. Shower was nasty with a curtain that didn’t fit and stuck to you when you showered. Extra bed in the Second bedroom was put together with masking tape and didn’t shut all the way (it was a wall trundle unit). Bedspreads had stains on them. Walls need painting, brown stains down the walls. No laundry soap and barely any dishwasher liquid. Felt like we were staying in a hostel.

• Janet (10/5): Would stay again! - Excellent location, in the heart of everything. Steps away from water taxi to get to apartment with luggage. Well air conditioned with 3 separate units, one in main living area and one in each bedroom. No elevator only stairs but they’re big and wide AND at least 3 floors up which is only difficult while bringing luggage in and out. But our host offered to help carry them up! Didn’t use kitchen other than the fridge/freezer to store water(no microwave btw). Laundry had quick 30 minute load cycle👏👏👏‼️ Laundry rack and ironing board provided. Great wifi. No tall wardrobe in single queen bedroom but we borrowed 2 chairs from kitchen table to put our things on. Pillows were excellent! Nothing! Enjoyed are stay immensely!

Even though it is next to the main attractions, there was no noise from the outside. It was bit difficult to find the property, because it was in the inner courtyard. But the host was accessible via Whatsapp all the time, even though we arrived late.

• Nishith (6/5): Great location with too many narrow stairs. - Few steps away from Rialto bridge. Great location. Spacious apartment. Good kitchen utensils. Clean towels, all AC working. Too many stairs to climb to go to the apartment. I would say 20-25. Very narrow stairs and it was quite challenging with big heavy suitcases. This apartment is NOT for people with any knee problems, elderly. Check in instructions were not that easy to understand. It was a self check in. We had very hard time getting in to the apartment. Unfortunately, sliding shower door was broken and not sliding. Previous guest may have broken by accident. Host immediately next day sent repairman but parts were not available. Plus we were not able to lock bathroom door as it was broken too. If you are young and not too much luggage, this apartment is a great option overall.

The floor had not been cleaned or swept before us. No broom for us to use. If you are a light sleeper, the person walking around above you will keep you awake until they go to bed after 11pm.

• Diana (8/5): Very good - We recently stayed at an apartment in Venice and overall had a great experience. The location is fantastic, just around the corner from the Rialto Bridge, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. While the apartment itself was a bit tricky to find at first, once we got our bearings, we appreciated how central it was to many of Venice’s major attractions. The apartment was a great option for our family of five. It was well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a full kitchen to plenty of space for all of us. The only downside was that the apartment could feel a little dark at times, but it wasn’t a major issue. One thing to note is that the TV didn’t work properly during our stay, which was a bit of a disappointment, but since we were out exploring most of the time, it didn’t affect our overall experience too much. All in all, this apartment was a wonderful base for our time in Venice. The location, comfort, and space made it a great choice for our family, and we would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit!

Beds were very comfortable too - We loved the location of the apartment The shower was leaking as the shower screen had a gap between that and the bath causing the water to flood onto the floor. We asked for more towels due to this and they were provided very quickly. I would saw while we didn’t expect clean towels each day we should have had two towels each to last the 3 days and more than one to dry the dishes

It’s busy around the Rialto Bridge but the apartment is so well insulated it is very quiet inside. Bathroom a bit old - no shelf to put any toiletries.

Easy to contact & very pleasant host Bathroom shower needs a deep clean Electrical work needed -outlet falling out of a wall in main room-wires exposed. Another outlet caused a shock. You cannot run the bathroom fan or neighbor complains. Lamp in bedroom off the bathroom has nowhere to plug into.
