• Vanesa (10/5): Acogedora y muy tranquilo . - Muy lindo, tranquilo, cercano todo, seguro los alrededores y todo su entorno, anfitrión excelente, preocupado y atento. Habitación de último piso, muy baja, se golpeaba la cabeza al levantarse de la cama. Y había un poco de polvo.

• Michael (9/5): Ein Schmuckstück im Herzen Venedigs - Eine ausgezeichnet ausgestattete Wohnung, im ruhigeren Teil Venedigs gelegen. Dennoch ist das Zentrum mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Betten, jeweils mit voller Ausstattung. Die Küche ist komfortabel und uneingeschränkt nutzbar. Ein Restaurant, ein Bäcker sowie mehrere Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Wohnung wärmsten Herzens weiter. Die Wohnung wurde grundsätzlich sauber vorgefunden. Bei genauerer Beobachtung war bspw. die Waschmaschine nicht wirklich sauber, vermutlich auch nicht keimfrei. Die Gastherme für das warme Wasser setzt aus, wenn gleichzeitig der Gasherd genutzt wird.

• Jean-sebastien (10/5): This will give you a real unforgettable, immersive experience into the Venician life. - Very well located in proximity to small shops: butcher, bakery and a supermarket too. We went end of March and the place was very quite. There are few nice bars at the end of the street. We had a great time. Highly recommended! The shower could be better. But overall I have a 10/10 because it’s quite minor compare to the cleanliness, quietness and the location.
• Randall (2/5): Not so happy - Did not like the fact the top room was not suitable for adults. We found that there was a terrible smell when you walked into the apartment. The bedding is outdated and there were no extra bedding.
• Carin (8/5): Very pleasant, clean and friendly. - We loved the timely communication and arrangements from the host. We knew exactly what to do on arrival. The location is central and we could easily walk to restaurants, shops and Water Taxis/Water Bus. St Mark Square was close enough to walk to. The true representation of the Loft (upstairs bedroom) does not really show how low the ceiling is. It is not suitable for adults, only for young children (the steep stairs would be a problem then and unsafe for children). Adults can’t stand up straight in that room. You even to struggle to sit on the beds without hitting your head against the ceiling beams. We had to sit on the floor.

• Shannon (10/5): Family vacation in Venice - The location was great! Easy to find and easy to navigate around Venezia. Many restaurants, pastry shops, and pharmacies within a short walk. It comfortably fit our family of 5 in a neighborhood that was quiet at night. The AC was a nice thing to have after being out in the sun. The wifi worked well for us the whole time and the host left lots of easy to follow instructions for things like garbage removal. The host was super responsive if anything was needed.

• Leighanne (9/5): Perfect base, walking distance to St Marks and Rialto bridge, we had a great time here. - Property was lovely and clean the beds in the loft a little uncomfortable and there is only one bathroom, bit of a pain with 6 adults.
• Joanne (6/5): Venice was beautiful . Recommend to visit Lido - ! All the extra hidden demands. Restrictions on temperature on air conditioning. If any usage of air conditioner below 23 degrees would be extra cost. Therefore useless. Garbage fees if left any rubbish. Address provided on booking.com was different to the address provided by the owner, extra 15 minute walk with luggage.

• Jo (9/5): A lovely place to stay - Beautiful apartment, good location v near St Mark’s Square etc. Comfortable, good air con, good facilities in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable too. Excellent contact with host via WhatsApp, prompt communication. Easy self-check in. The 2 beds up in the loft - v nice room but the beds are directly under the beams and my 14 & 18 year olds had to be very careful not to bang their heads. (Note - this apartment is not suitable if you can’t do stairs.) Apart from this, we were delighted with our stay.

• Jose (10/5): Exceptional - I was a very good location. The bakery was on the coner, restaurants, market , coffee place next. Very confortable and cozy house. 12 minutes to Piazza San Marcos. 6 minutes away from.the vaporeto. We really enjoy our family time in the house.
• Leung (9/5): It is a very nice and classic Venice house. It is clean, spacious and good to stay. - I like the classic decoration of the house. The view from the window is a typical Venice street scene. The kitchen is well equipped. There is only one very old wall attached hair dryer in washroom which is not convenient.
• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Good space and excellent location for our extended family’s visit to Venice. Host was responsive and helpful via text messaging. Traveling by boat (Blue or Red line from the airport to Ospedale) was a fun and convenient way to arrive in Venice. Attic bedroom ceiling is very low — even our shortest family member had to duck.

• Jennifer (10/5): It was fun and relaxing to return to a cozy apartment in a more residential area a full day of shopping and touring the - The property was clean and well maintained. It was fun to see what an apartment in the area looked like. The location was great; it was far enough out of the more touristy areas to be quiet but we still had great access to everything we wanted to visit. The mattresses and pillows were ok for a few nights but not all that comfortable for any longer.
• Enrica (10/5): Perfect - This property is fantastic! Lots of space, TV sets in all rooms, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine! The location was perfect for us, close enough to St.Mark Square, but away from the noise of tourists - can be reached from the train station/car park via a less busy ferry, perfect when you travel with suitcases. The host is very nice and immediately available for any needs or clarifications. We will book again next time we stay in Venice! Thank you Sebastiano
• Casa (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great vacation here. Really helpful staff that explained to us how to get to the apartment. The place was clean and in a great location. If we had any problems they got fixed fast.

• Lucie.kr (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is nice, spacious and clean. There are three separate bedrooms. Although the bedroom in the attic is smaller, it is enough for a night's sleep. The house is well equipped. There are clean towels, kitchen is fully equipped, and there is also a a coffee maker available. Communication with Sebastiano was great! He responds very quickly. Check-in was also very smooth. The only problem was the heating as mentioned in reviews before. Lowest room is quied cold during night (now in February) and the temperature can be increased only for a few minutes. Sebastiano knows about it so I hope it will be fixed for other guests.

• Merlin (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location. Clean and nice apartment. Amazing landlord, thank you! Our stay was superb and definitely recommend. Good temperature for sleeping (18 C), but if you want to sit and chill for longer than 8 pm, it's cold. A bit incomprehensible where to put garbage - whether metal and plastic, for example, go together, or not. For 6 people 2 rolls of toilet paper is not enough. And if the garbage has to be taken out in the meantime, there could be new garbage bags somewhere.

• Lorraine (10/5): Great house, good location - Would recommend - Great location in Venice. Approx 10 min walk to Rialto Bridge. Couple of minutes walk to nearest water bus stop and a large co op store. House is very close to restaurants and shops and located in a traditional venice street. We booked for a party of 6 and i specifically wanted us to all stay together not in separate apartments. The house was large and very clean and it was great to have our own cooking facilities. The upstairs bedroom has a very low ceiling. My son is 6ft and coped fine as only went up there to sleep. Its a very quirky room. Host was very responsive to messages and we were able to check in slightly early which was great. House was very easy to find and easy access to keys via lockbox. I would definitely recommend staying here whilst in Venice as you have easy access for sightseeing and water bus stop but its very quiet and silent during the night.

• Russell (10/5): this house was just the right place for our family of 5. Great communication with the host made it easy to get to the lo - spacious and well appointed garbage disposal was a pain and the extra cost for air conditioning if you used it too much.
