• Anastasia (10/5): - Ήταν όλα τέλεια,. Η στάση του βαπορετου πάρα πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι! Όλα τα αξιοθέατα επίσης πολύ κοντά! Ο Julio εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης ο,τι και να θέλαμε μας έδινε άμεση απάντηση! Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο,όλες οι παροχές! Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα! Αν ξαναπάμε Βενετία σίγουρα θα ξανά πάμε σε αυτό το σπίτι! Ευχαριστούμε Julio!
• REBECA (10/5): - Ubicación excelente!! Tenías de todo, cafetera expreso con sus cápsulas, lavavajillas con pastillas, azúcar, sal, aceite, vinagre, pimienta... Camas grandes y cómodas. Bonita decoración. Sin ningún ruido. Anfitrión excelente y atento. Le faltaba algo de limpieza, bastantes mosquitos y le faltaba un tendedero grande por si quieres poner lavadora.

The apartment is beautiful,big,and excellent location for trips, walking to Venice and around. It was clean excellent. I recommend it. I like everything.

• Janto (10/5): Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! - Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ruhigeren Teil von Venedig und ist trotzdem eine gute Ausgangslage für große Sehenswürdigkeiten. In der Nähe gibt es eine Haltestelle für den Wasserbus. Alle Notwendigkeiten sind im unmittelbaren Umfeld (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants, Haltestelle Wasserbus). Die Wohnung ist charmant und bietet ausreichend Platz für vier Gäste. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

• Lizus (8/5): - A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, 15 percen belül a Szent Márk tér, a Rialto elérhetőek. Közelben éttermek, pékség, zöldséges, mégis egy csendes mellékutcában van az apartman. Giulio, a szállásadó nagyon segítőkész, szinte azonnal reagált bármilyen kérdésünkre. Az ágyban a matrac túl puha volt
• Elisaberh (8/5): Nous avons passé un agréable séjour très dépaysant. - C’était parfait, le logement est situé près de vaporetto qui mène à l’aéroport mais aussi aux îles comme Murano et Burano. Le logement vraiment bien situé. Guilio est un hôte très gentil et accessible. Il manque une ou deux casseroles

• Maciej (8/5): Great and calm location with a very nice and helpful host - Great and calm location. Very nice and helpful host. As the apartment was free before the check-in time, we could check in 2h before what we really appreciated. Neighbor in front of the apartment as he don’t like when someone sits on the street - this is not forbidden. Additionally, there was a lot of humidity, which caused a slightly unpleasant smell in the apartment.

It's in a quieter area without crowds, but is also very close to a vaporetto stop and a fairly short walk to the tourist areas. The amenities (kitchenette, washing machine, etc.) made my visit much more comfortable, and the owner is great to communicate with.

• Janet (9/5): Great location and accommodation for a relaxing stay. - Compact and accessible, but with plenty of space for the two of us, the apartment really suited us. Everything worked well. The area was quiet. Everything we wanted to do was easy to get to, including a good variety of local eateries. When we had difficulty trying to work out how to make the hob work, the owner responded very quickly to our message with the instructions we needed. The lack of the kettle we had expected (from the description on the website) threw us a bit on the first night - but we did get used to heating our water for tea on the hob.
• Gopigan (8/5): Very good - Rooms are more than adequately equipped, looked just as good as in the pictured and both the double beds are very comfortable. The appartement was clean and organised. What we liked the most in your stay are the booklets and guides in the living room that provided us info about the nearest supermarket, restaurants nearby, ACTV map, waste separation guide and also information about Venice's intriguing history and landmarks. The host Giulio was extremely helpful, flexible and answered all queries without much delay. The kitchen lacked a Kettle and a Toaster. The appartement is a bit far from the Train station but since the fondamente Nove Vaperetto station is just 5 minutes walk away, it shouldn't be a problem reaching the appartement.

• Timothy (10/5): We were comfortable, the location & facilities were great and the hosts were very helpful. - Large bedrooms, good location, excellent facilities, very helpful hosts. If our stay had been longer than three nights, we would probably have wanted more of a lounge area to relax in. The dining/lounge area is functional but not particularly comfortable. It suited our needs though.

The apartment wasn't super clean. The kitchen could be better equipped: a frying pan and a cutting board, for example, were missing.

No a/c in bedrooms so very hot at night. Gap at front door so Ants 🐜 got in every night and we had to sweep them out in the morning - but we handled it fine and it didn’t upset our stay.
