• Myriam (9/5): Anfitriones súper atentos! Repetiría seguro si volviera a Venecia. - Lo tranquilos que estuvimos,cama de matrimonio cómoda .Con todo lo necesario. Que no haya persiana en la habitación! Entraba el sol a las 7 !!! Perfecto para salir de ruta antes 😄

• Katarzyna (9/5): - Apartament składa się z łazienki, oddzielnej sypialni, salonu z aneksem kuchennym. Apartament jest blisko stacji kolejowej i jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Właścicielka Gorgia podchodzi do klientów indywidualnie i jest wspaniała. W naszym przypadku dostaliśmy Apartament odrazu po przyjedzie ok. 11.00 rano i mogliśmy pozostawić bagaże do 17.00 po południu. Nic.
• Maggie (5/5): - It's close to train station. But it far from the most attractions. Room was clean but air con doesn't work. It was extremely hot in the room.
• Dean (6/5): We had a pleasant stay.And enjoyed the washing machine and being able to cook was a bonus the location was great - The property was situated in a quiet area and ideally located close to the train station. The shower leaked water from the base and the bed was very uncomfortable.

• Esther (6/5): A little tired and in need of some TLC - Location and communication with host. A little disappointed in the apartment.  While the location is great, a few minutes from the train station and main street, the apartment just looked a little tired.  The kitchen is a mix match of random plates and cups. Two small ikea mugs, 1 extra large mug and a few espresso cups. Anything we used had to be washed in advance. Probably from the previous guest but they list were not cleaned properly.   The kitchen had a coffee pod machine but no pods. If you are only staying for a night or two you aren't going to buy a full box. There definitely should be some complimentary tea and coffee. There was a small amount of coffee left from a previous guest but not enough for a full pot.  There was one tea towel and no paper towels in the kitchen.  A dirty sponge and clothes and apart from some washing up liquid there was nothing to wipe down the counters. We didn't cook or eat in the apartment, but of we did we would have  struggled to properly clean up after.  Washing machine was great.  There was only 3 single pillows left for the 3 of us and they were old and flat. Sheets were clean but again you could tell they were old.  The communication with the host was great, very quick to respond  but honestly for the price I would have expected better.  I don't mind rustic at all but the pictures show a clean, modern accommodation and it didn't quite live up to that.

• Antoine (10/5): Thanks for making our stay in Venice wonderful. - The apartment has all the amenities one may require. It is functionally and tastefully decorated. It’s central location close to the train and bus station and in the vicinity of the main shopping street makes it an ideal location. Nothing to say. We liked everything.

• Sin (8/5): Good stay close to the main terminal - The apartment is located about 5 minutes walk away from the Santa Lucia terminal, which makes travelling in/out by train convenient as you wouldn’t have to cross too many bridges with heavy luggage. The surrounding area felt very quiet when I visited, so I did feel a little unsettling walking back at night however the atmosphere changes for the better as soon as you hit the main street. Since it is so close to the main terminal, using the water bus to travel around became extremely convenient. There is a washing machine but I did not get the chance to use it. I also liked that the living room was very spacious which makes organising our luggage a breeze, and it came with a kitchenette too. As for the “canal view”, you could really only see it if you are tall enough to look out the window without tip toeing. I wasn’t bothered by this, but if you fancy having breakfast with a canal view, this is not it. Giorgia was very helpful, gave us a few recommendations of local restaurants to try as well as some tips about the areas that we were visiting. I was surprised to find that there is only 1 AC in the entire apartment. The AC seemed to be an old unit as it wasn’t strong enough to cool down the whole apartment in the summer. Even when set to the lowest temperature, it didn’t cool the apartment down at all. While it didn’t feel uncomfortably warm, it could definitely feel cooler if another AC was installed in the bedroom. We also found the bedroom to be a bit dusty when we arrived. The shower enclosure could use an upgrade too, as we did notice visible buildups of limescale on the shower head.
• Naorin (8/5): Clean, big flat close to Venice Santa Lucia station - Very clean, big flat. Giorgia was a lovely host and met with us on time, explained the check-in and check-out process clearly, left us clean towels and suggested how to walk to the piazza and rialto bridge with a map of Venice. The location is in a residential area and a short walking distance to Venice Santa Lucia station. The flat has been done up to a high spec. The air conditioner is not enough to cool the whole flat especially in peak summer months such as July. A fan is needed in the flat especially in the bedroom. The shower leaks and can make the bathroom floor quite slippery. The kitchen has a fridge but no freezer.

• William (8/5): Superbly located flat in the heart of Venice with friendly and helpful host - The flat was very accessible on the ground floor which was really great as we had a son in a wheelchair. Excellent location near main railway station, but set back a bit from city bustle. Very kind and communicative host. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable but worked fine. The shower was a little bit intermittent but we got it to work for us.
• Maciej (8/5): Conveniently located with good access to public transport. - Conveniently located near the train station, easy access to public transport, but in a quieter neighborhood. Clean, fitted with all amenities. Smooth and easy communication with the owner. Better attention to detail would earn this place an extra star, for example more clothes hangers, working bathroom mirror light.

• Randy (7/5): convenient location with good place to stay - Close to the train station. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and spacious enough for 2. Close to a grocery. But the store was always quite busy due to its location. No fans when air conditioning was not on. Garbage and recycling requirements were unexpected and complicated. 1/2 roll of TP available upon arrival was unpleasant and there were no napkins or tissues available. For the fragrance sensitive, the cleaning and laundry chemicals used were quite strong.
• Carla (8/5): Spacious and comfortable - Convenient location, close to the train and bus station. Giorgia was very responsible and super helpful! No issues during my stay. The only thing you can’t really see the canal view, the windows are really high up.
• Vikmmm (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location. Very easy access to the train station. It was a blessing for us as we had 3 large bags. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Our host Giorgia is friendly and prompt in her communition. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

• Weidy (8/5): Value for money. - The location is away from the busy streets of Venice. It is complete with all basic facilities (cooking, laundry etc) the heating system could be improved. In winter, the entire property and the floor is so cold. Host informed that the heating is kept to 21deg C. I suggest to provide guests disposable slippers so that it will be more comfortable to walk around.
