• João (2/5): Enorme desilusão - Nada. Das piores experiências que já tive. Casa com um cheiro horrível, todo o prédio está degradado, zero isolamento. Lençóis rotos, chuveiro sem pressão, nem sequer tem uma tv. A casa não está em condições de receber hóspedes, e o preço é um autêntico roubo para o que oferecem. O apartamento treme todo quando fecham a porta do prédio. Não recomendo!

• Ariel (10/5): Cerca de todo - Excelente ubicación, cama, ducha y bidet. La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable. A dos cuadras del puente Rialto. La ducha era solo para una persona de tamaño normal, pero más que eso no hubo nada, excelente relación precio calidad.

Cuando llegamos estaba rota la cisterna,nos dijeron que la iban a arreglar y después de terminar nuestra estancia todavía no estaba arreglada

• VirSS (2/5): NO RECOMENDABLE - La ubicacion era lo unico que se salva de este aloajmiento a 7 minutos del puente de Rialto La ducha el primer dia no funcionó tenia rota la alcachofa y no salia agua ademas del agua no salir caliente, nos la arreglaron al dia siguiente por la tarde. La taza del wc era de plastico malisimo y se movia al sentarte, un desastre No habia TV no habia mesillas para dejar los moviles a cargar Olia a humedades tanto el piso como el portal El acceso al primer piso horroso En resumen parecia que estabamos en la casa de los horrores las calidades eran penosas

• KAROLINA (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Venice. The owners were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made our visit even more pleasant from the very beginning. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was very well equipped. It was also exceptionally clean, which we really appreciated. The space was cozy, practical, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The location is another big advantage — it is close to everything, making it easy to explore Venice on foot and quickly reach the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, a very comfortable, clean, and well-located apartment with lovely hosts. We would happily stay here again.

• LILIANA BEATRIZ (8/5): - La ubicación cerca del puente Rialto fue muy conveniente para hacer todo a pie. El departamento está muy bien equipado y fue muy cómodo. Nada importante para destacar sinceramente. Si tuviera que decir algo es que la cabina de la ducha es muy pequeña y es incomodo al bañarse. Sería óptimo que tuviera televisión.

• Abraham (5/5): El Peor Check-in de mi vida - La Ubicación, te puedes mover hacia todas partes sin tener que cruzar la ciudad de un extremo a otro. El check-in fue una experiencia completamente inaceptable. Llegué a las 15:00, tal como había acordado con Federico, quien debía recibirme, pero nunca apareció. Por pura coincidencia, bajaron dos chicas que no tenían absolutamente ninguna información sobre mi llegada. Aun así, me hicieron subir al departamento. Al entrar, el lugar estaba desordenado y claramente sin limpiar. La situación fue aún más incómoda cuando comenzaron a hablar entre ellas en ruso, sin darme ninguna explicación de lo que estaba ocurriendo. Luego me cobraron 24 euros sin justificar el motivo.Después de pagar, me pidieron que me fuera y regresara en dos horas porque recién iban a limpiar el lugar. Incluso me solicitaron dejar mis maletas ahí, con todas mis pertenencias de valor, lo cual es totalmente irresponsable y genera una enorme desconfianza.Me indicaron que a las 17:00 alguien me entregaría las llaves en la calle. Tuve que salir sin ninguna garantía, volver más tarde y recién ahí pude ingresar. La falta de coordinación, la desorganización y la irresponsabilidad del lugar son alarmantes. En varios momentos la situación da miedo, porque no sabes si estás siendo víctima de una estafa o si realmente estás tratando con personal del alojamiento. Definitivamente, el peor check-in que he vivido. No lo recomendaría bajo ningún punto de vista.

• Italia (6/5): - L'unica cosa che ho apprezzato è stata la posizione, davvero vicinissima a RIALTO per cui circondata da tutto ciò che serve, mezzi di trasporto, supermercato, pizzerie, locali...ecc... Non facilmente individuabile perchè manca manca l'insegna infatti se non fossimo stati accolti da Cristina non l'avremmo mai e poi individuta, basterebbe anche semplicemente mettere un' etichetta davanti al portone. Nota positiva CRISTINA, molto cordiale a differenza del proprietario. in primis il proprietario con cui ho messaggiato prima dell'arrivo in struttura, il quale si limitava solo a inviare messaggi automatici, senza dai risposte esaustive alle mie domande, un esempio: ho chiesto con quale mezzo avrei potuto raggiungere velocemente la struttara e la risposta si è limitata che se fossimo arrivati oltre le 20.00 avrei dovuto pagare la penale cosa che non è accaduta perchè grazie a google sono riuscita a raggiungere la struttura in un'ora e mezza lui mia aveva detto che ci avremmo messo almeno due ore. oltre a non avermi consigliato dove cenera visto che cercavo qualcosa di speciale per il mio compleanno! Oltre cio' segnalo che non vi è un televisore dentro tutto l'appartemento, cosa non gradita avendo una bambina. La caldaia si trova all'interno dell'appartamento per cui si sente ogni qualvolta stacca e attacca, lavatrice non funzionate e mancava un pomelo del piano cottura. sicuramente sono tutti aspetti da migliorare.
• Sonja (9/5): Excellent. We are very satisfied, we will recommend it to our friends. The location is 3 minutes fro - The apartment was great, clean, large and comfortable for 3 people. The heating was excellent, warm with a pleasant temperature. The kitchen was well equipped with complete kitchen equipment, microwave, stove with oven and refrigerator. There was even a washing machine. The bathroom was new, renovated with a shower cabin, and soaps and toiletries. There was no TV. Everything else was fine.

• Alessandro (8/5): Esperienza nel complesso positiva, anche se ampiamente migliorabile con investimenti minimi - posizione eccezionale. A 200 metri da rialto, ma su un campo silenzioso e tranquillissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale, soprattutto a Venezia. Il palazzo dove è situato l'appartamento è fatiscente e quando si arriva l'impressione è pessima. Poi l'appartamento è ristrutturato e ci si sta bene. Il riscaldamento è ottimo e la cucina è discretamente attrezzata, anche se con alcune incongruenze: ci sono servizi di bicchieri di ogni tipo, ma mancano i piatti piani. Per rendere l'esperienza ottima e basterebbe fare pochissimo: per esempio non ci sono attaccapanni in nessuna parte della casa e il cappotto si lascia su uno dei letti. Non c'è assolutamente nulla che possa rendere l'appartamento più gradevole. Ho avuto bisogno di comunicare con la gestione dell'appartamento:cinque-sei telefonate in orari d'ufficio non hanno avuto alcuna risposta, né nessuno mi ha richiamato.L'impressione generale è che la proprietà ritenga che con quel prezzo viene dato anche troppo.

• KIM (9/5): - You can get by ferry and foot. 15mins by ferry and 5mins by foot from train station. Room is really big and everything is well organized. Near toilet, water drops somewhere. So after sleep, floor gets wet.

• Nilesh (9/5): - Christina, the property manager was very helpful. She guided us accurately with the nearest spot for water taxis. Home was about 3/5 minutes flat surface walk.We stayed here for 2 nights 3 days. There are ample restaurants nearby. Also there is COOP/Market at a walking distance from the home, for your daily needs. Rialto Bridge was about 5 mins walk and all the street markets are very nearby and convenient. The location of the house was perfect. Both the beds were very comfortable with a full kitchen. The property needs some renovation, like the toilet door was not getting closed. We saw few small cockroaches in bedroom and kitchen. Most importantly, property ison first floor, so we had to limb around 15/20 steps to reach the house. Rest, everything was good and we had an excellent time in the house for 3 day's
• DOMINGUEZ TRUJILLO (4/5): - Es cómodo y ameno Que la primera noche llegamos después de las 11 pm y aunque le informé al anfitrión que iba a llegar tarde y a pagar 80 EUR adicionales, de acuerdo a las reglas del alojamiento, no nos recibió y me tocó pasar la noche en la calle con mis papás, personas de más de 65 años de edad.

• sanjibmandal (9/5): Excellent stay in Venice - Location-Excellent location. near to Rialto Bridge and Rialto Market. Easy to find out. Google map works fine. Nice restaurants and supermarket nearby. To reach to the apartment, take LINE-1 waterbus and get off at Rialto Market. DON'T TAKE LINE-2 with heavy luggage as it stops to the Rialto Bridge and very tough to cross the bridge with heavy luggage. Room-Simple apartment but clean and spacious. Equipped as mentioned. Host-Clear instruction and good communication with host. Nothing disappointing. But old house and two sets of steep stairs may be inconvenient for some people but I think it is allover in Venice and it did not cause any problem for us. The apartment is pretty much good as compared to price and in Venice.
• Karyna (9/5): - Великолепное расположение-все достопримечательности в пешей доступности.Очень порадовало что знаменитый рынок в 3 минутах ходьбы,а для того чтоб приготовить то что вы там купите,в квартире есть абсолютно всё необходимое.В квартире чисто и тепло. В квартире есть всё необходимое, нехватает немного уюта,таких мелочей как крючки в ванной и для верхней одежды,сидение унитаза неплохо было бы сменить,может ещё какое-то кухонное полотенце-жаль использовать белые.Но это всё мелочи в целом за эту цену всё 👌
• Ekaterina (8/5): Si vous chercher l'emplacement central et pas cher - foncez - L'emplacement est idéal, a deux pas du pont Rialto. Donc on a fait tout à pied. Les lit sont confortable. C'est parfait qu'on peut régler le chauffage facilement. L'appartement est un peu "pauvre", vraiment très basique. La plaque électrique ne marche pas correctement (pas possible de faire bouillir de l'eau ou faire du café). Il y avait l'odeur très désagréable dans l'immeuble (heureusement pas dans l'appartement).

The person who had to meet us, though very helpful seamed disoriented when trying to find us, the indicated address is misleading, it could indicate clearly the name of the street instead of the neighborhood which caused confusion even to the driver.
• Olga (10/5): - We stayed with my family for one night. The location is very good. We found the apartment easily; a girl was waiting for us and told us everything and gave us the keys. The entrance hall is really charming, like a castle with stone vaults. The apartment itself is quite spacious and has everything you need. I didn't cook, there's a nice restaurant in the small square opposite the apartment. There's also a nice shop nearby. Everything’s OK

• Esteban (5/5): - ubicación, a pocos minutos caminando del puente Rialto (5) y de la Piazza San Marco (10/15) Dentro del departamento hay un poco de olor a humedad. Las ventanas dan a un paredón (se puede tocar con la mano de tan cerca que está) por lo que no es luminoso. La entrada del edificio (hall y escalera) está en mal estado de mantenimiento y el olor a humedad es desagradable, teníamos que respirar por la boca hasta llegar al departamento. Para subir al departamento son 2 tramos de escaleras angostas. El dueño se hace pasar por un empleado en los mensajes y no es nada hospitalario, no te da la bienvenida, no te despide ni agradece la estadía y nunca consulta cómo estás o si necesitas algo. Nos pidió puntualidad en el check-in porque nos iba a recibir personalmente y tuvimos que apurarnos para llegar a tiempo a pesar de que recién llegábamos a una ciudad que no conocíamos (incluso pagamos un transporte que podríamos habernos evitado si hubiésemos contado con más tiempo). Al final el dueño nunca se presentó y cuando le avisamos que habíamos llegado, nos mandó por whapp un código para abrir una cajita en la puerta donde estaban las llaves. Una vergüenza, fue una tomada de pelo, una burla. Atención viajeros!!!! después de reservar el dueño les envía un mensaje diciendo que el check-in entre las 20.00 y 22.00 hs tiene un costo adicional de 25 euros y de 22.00 a 24.00 hs tiene un costo adicional de 50 euros y que después de las 24.00 hs no acepta check-in y entrega el departamento al otro día. Es una manera de cobrar adicionales de tarifa que no corresponden porque el horario del check-in es indistinto para el dueño porque las llaves las deja en una cajita cerrada en la puerta con un código que les envía por mensaje y que el huésped podría abrir en cualquier momento sin necesidad de coordinar horarios ni encontrarse con el dueño!!!!
• Victoria (7/5): - Ubicació i extremadament net. La dona que ens el va ensenyar molt amable, puntual. Ens van deixar entrar abans de l'hora establerta. Wifi, calefacció funcionaven molt bé. Hi havia també aire condicionat i aparell antimosquits. Comunicació bona. Moltes coses trencades y mig arreglades: la taula es desmuntaven les potes, dutxa trencada i enganxada, tapa water igual, rodapeus sortits, cables per tot arreu, taca humitat al bany.... Necessita una reforma més enllà de la pintura.

• Alexandra (7/5): Bare bones but clean - It was extremely clean. The location was good. The two very long, steep sets of stairs surprised us. We must have missed that in the description. The place was bare bones and not up to a hotel’s standards by any means. It looked like a poverty apartment, especially the street entrance. But once we got up the stairs it was very clean and the young woman who checked us in was extremely helpful and nice.

No me gustó el trato recibido por parte del anfitrión, le escribí contestando a unas cosas que el preguntó, luego le volví a escribir y no recibí contestación por su parte.
