• Tina (9/5): stayed 2 nights, perfect location. nice and clean place. bonus, great grocery store downstairs . - perfect location, about 10 mins walk from the train station. everything was good except, owner only provided one roll of toilet paper for family of 4 so had to but more toilet paper.
• Craig (10/5): - Communication and advice from Marco and Monica was excellent from the outset. The apartment location is ideal, away from the hustle and bustle of much of Venice, though still within walking distance of a great selection of shops and restaurants, and a ten minute walk to a couple of vaporetto stops for when you want to head over to San Marco (or Lido if you fancy a trip to the beach as we did). There's a small supermarket just across the bridge from the apartment which is really convenient too. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, modern and has everything you need.

• Qlost (10/5): Exceptional - Great large apartment! Great host Marco! Really quiet place in historical Venezia. We loved to relax on the balcony in the evenings. Everything is near: attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, vaporetto stations Santa Marta & San Basilio that are not overcrowded with tourists and from which it is convenient to get directly to Murano, Burano and Lido. Just a couple of wishes: make dispensers for shampoo and shower gel. And put mosquito nets on the windows - in warm weather mosquitoes fly into open windows. The cleaner should remove dust under the bathroom sink and wipe down the light fixtures on the ceiling.
• Jon (10/5): A very nice and modern apartment, inside an old building. - A perfect apartment for us. We were four adults. The apartment was clean and tidy. The bedrooms were comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were well equipped and good functioning. Located just a few minute's walk from the bus-station and a few minute's walk to St. Margherita with shops and restaurants. Perfect! Our host, Marco met us upon arrival and was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We really would like to stay in this apartment next time in Venice.

• Huda (7/5): It was nice but not easy or convenient - The spacious area in the apartment and facilities Getting to the apartment was really hard and there’s no elevator to use when you have 3-5 luggage pieces going up three floors using stairs was not easy. And commuting to the apartment was mainly by foot about 30min walk to the centre and back. Each day was not convenient as transportation is limited and expensive

• Sandra (7/5): Good with the potential to be great - The apartment was fitted out well and had everything provided that one could need. Communication was clear and prompt. Overall it was mostly a comfortable 3 day stay. The single beds were not screwed tightly together and creaked whenever you moved. The hall light was not working, leaving us in the dark when we returned after dark. The apartment needed a really good deep clean and thorough dusting. Marco could have been a little more helpful when we arrived as we couldn't get in and then it was only an after thought that he helped my elderly friend who was not well that day with her luggage. We could not use the gorgeous balcony due to the construction next door, and we were told it was a quiet area, but would not agree with that at all.

The host Marco met us on arrival and personally explained all the amenities and handed over the keys. The property is wonderfully and tastefully furnished with all required amenities.
