• O'Donovan (6/5): Fair - An incomplete address meant it took us 1.5 hrs to locate the premises! The hallway / entrance was very shoddy. It had 2 bikes and bags of refuse that were not taken away!

• Marta (8/5): Great location and decent stay - Location is really great. It's a very quiet and good place for a short stay, when location is a key factor. Very good communication with the host. Francesca is helpful and responsive. Apartment equipped with all basic requirements. It's hard to find it using Google Maps. If you follow the address it will take to a totally different part of the city. You should follow the map and video instruction the host gives you. Dishes and glasses were not clean. We couldn't open any window, window shutters wouldn't open. It was pitch black once we switched off the lights and exactly the same in the morning. My brain couldn't tell if it's a morning or still night :) Patio is no patio actually. It was dirty, very smelly and cluttered with some tools, buckets and dirty towels I think. You can't sit there and enjoy. Overall, still a decent stay.

• Arnaud (8/5): - Le dialogue avec le propriétaire fut facile et agréable. La boîte à clef permet d'accéder facilement au logement (par contre l'adresse indiquée depuis Booking mise dans le GPS d'Apple vous amène à un autre endroit). L'appartement était parfaitement adapté pour 4 personnes et il est situé en hyper centre de Venise. L'appartement était propre. En hiver le chauffage fonctionnait parfaitement. Ce n'est pas forcément une critique mais l'appartement ainsi que les meubles sont restés dans leur jus, donc on aime ou on aime pas. Tout comme le fait que la contrepartie d'être dans l'hypercentre est qu'il est plus difficile de trouver des adresses authentiques. Quelques ustensiles complémentaires dans la cuisine seraient les bienvenus.

Beds weee comfortable and everything is a 5 mins walk away with great options just around the corner. Grocery store (coop) just a 3 mins walk away. We received a few spider bits while staying, but not a turn off for us. We would stay here again and felt it was cleaned well.

• Christine (9/5): Apparemment répondant à nos attentes. Je le recommande ! - Emplacement idéal. À proximité de la place Saint Marc tout en étant au calme, appartement situé au rez de chaussée . S’il faut faire une remarque, un seul torchon vaisselle pour la semaine, et pour 4 personnes, c’est un peu juste. Pas de produit vaisselle non plus. Hormis cela, tout était ok.

• Maggie (10/5): Great, comfortable and affordable stay. - We had a wonderful stay at Ca Formsa for 5 nights with 5 adults. The apartment was very clean, in a great location - close to San Marco. The bathroom was small, but you expect that in Venice, it was still a great little bathroom. Heating system worked well. The apartment has everything you need, washing machine, all cutlery and appliances to cook your own food. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for 5 adults. We would definitely stay again - thank you. The apartment is far better in person, than photos! Nothing!
• Jekaterina (10/5): Exceptional - Location is excellent, very close, literaly 500m, to the Ponte Rialto and Piazza San Marco There are hall-stand or hangers whatsover in appartments coridor/hall- there is nowhere to hang wet jacket or overclothes to dry after rainy days if it rains. Dishes and glasses need to be washed befor using.

• John (10/5): Having taken 6 trips to Venice, this is by far our favorite place to stay! - Wonderful location, great clean apartment close to shops restaurants and all of the main sights of Venice. I made a mistake when I booked, I meant to reserve 5 nights but only booked 4. When we realized, which was after our checkout time, Francesca was able to make everything work and we were able to stay. I am beyond grateful to not have been left scrambling to find a one night, last minute booking. We will definitely stay here when we return next year! Thank you again Francesca! I wouldn't have changed a thing about our stay, except for MY mistake with dates upon booking.

• Sally (9/5): Great place to stay but be careful of potential price changes. - Great location. very close to St Marks Square. We got a water bus from airport which was very easy.Just a short walk from ferry to apartment. We booked early and then the price was put up a couple of weeks before our holiday so little opportunity to look for anything else. I did not receive the email notification so only found out when my payment was refunded and I searched for the property to discover it was available but at a higher price.
• Kim (10/5): we had a lovely time in Venice… this was our first time visiting. great location for the property. if needed the ho - the location was perfect… situated in the heart of everything we wanted to do thank you we loved the property…😍🤩 maybe it would have been nice if the property had a welcome pack. but all round xant fault anything else.
