• Louise (10/5): Perfect quiet location in a very busy city. - Location was more residential which had a lovely vibe. Lots of local restaurants serving great food. Walk to St Marks about 30 minutes. Two bathrooms, comfy beds. Two sets of keys ( perfect for two couples) garden was a bonus- fully enclosed with shade if very hot I can’t think of anything

È fornito di tutto il necessario per cucinare ed è curato nei dettagli, cosa che lo rende molto accogliente. Il giardino è un'oasi di pace e silenzio. Sebbene non abbiamo incontrato i proprietari abbiamo colto una grande attenzione all'ospite.
• Hayley (8/5): Beautiful spacious easy-access apartment in authentic area. - Lovely spacious apartment on ground floor so convenient with baby and pram and luggage. Claudia is lovely and was always available on WhatsApp. Was nice to have the space for our crawling baby. Very close to Guglie water bus station (one set stairs) which we managed with 3 suitcases, a pram and a baby. We were quite cold a lot of the time but it is winter and it’s an old city! So it’s not a negative on the property, just to not underestimate how cold it would be. Claudia has remote accessed heating which was great when it was on (timed), and we had RC air cons in each room to use when needed (which we did a lot). So it was well accommodated by Claudia.

• Mark (10/5): Fantastic apartment, lovely location. - Fantastic apartment a in wonderful location away from the hustle and bustle but in an area full of character, charm and lovely restaurants. A wander through the engaging streets of Venice will take you to all the sights. Away from the hustle, but in an excellent location. The garden was lovely and we could enjoy a drink and relax there before heading out again.

• Christopher (10/5): Great stay and would say if you’re looking at traveling to Venice in the future, you won’t be disappointed in the proper - The location and cleanliness of the property was outstanding. Really close walk to the train station and water taxi to and from the airport. Air conditioned in the 3 main rooms which was really comfortable after a long day. Really spacious. Would recommend to anyone and stay again in the future. Nothing to say.
• Terena (10/5): Great family reunion weekend. - This was a great place off a quiet side canal, but close to the main canals and attractions. The rooms were comfortable, and mostly quiet. All the comforts of home, but with Italian charm. We could have used some mosquito screens in the windows. Otherwise, can't complain.
• Manica (9/5): Highly recommended, will come back! - Very comfortable apartment with a lovely garden. It was spacious for our family of 5. The location was excellent, being away from the most touristy parts of Venice, while still being walking distance to the center. It had a lovely residential feel and had some good restaurants, cafes and bars locally. All round, excellent place to stay to see and enjoy Venice. Of note, I have been to Venice before numerous times for work, and this was the best place I stayed in.

• Jo (8/5): Lovely little apartment in Venice. - It was lovely to be on the actual island of Venice. The property is tucked down a quiet side street but still in east walking distance of everything. About 20 minutes walk from the station. There were a lot of biting insects! Take strong insect repellent.

• Els (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Quiet area yet close to the lively streets full of barcado's and resto's. Big enough place for 5 grown ups. Kitchen is well equipped and such a lovely garden. No remarks. (Mosquitos in the yard. Not something the bnb can control)
• Emma (8/5): A very enjoyable place to stay, it felt very Italian and we really enjoyed staying here 😊 - The location was lovely and quiet. It was easy to explore from here and it was so peaceful being able to leave the main tourist areas. The recommendations for local restaurants were great and we had a couple of delicious dinners out. It was very helpful having some basics provided too, eg coffee, sugar, tea. The kitchen facilities were very good and the garden was a lovely escape. Very good internet. One of the bathrooms was a bit smelly…it seemed to have a minor drainage issue but both bathrooms were very modern.
• Borislav (8/5): very pleasant stay we lover the area and the - location is excellent in a very cosy and quiet area, but with very nice bars and shops. The appartement is very well equipped and confortable. The bedroom on the garden side was very cold especially at night.
• Mark (9/5): Loved it and would fully recommend as either a self catering or restaurant stay. - Nice quiet location and only 5 minutes walk from Guigle water bus stop which has water buses around the island as well as too and from the airport. Plenty of local restaurants. Using the water bus is great but to see everything, walking is best. It takes around 45 minutes to walk to St Marks square, with lots of photo opportunities and plenty of shops on the way. Nothing.
• Dominik (10/5): The perfect place to fall in love with the city - The place is very well located, nice and clean. Our first stay in Venice and we just loved it. Claudia was extremely kind and responded promptly to all our requests.
• Joseph (10/5): Lovely stay in a beautiful city - On one of the family islands of Vencie lovely property spacious communial gardens, easy access by waterbus service around Venice. First day we walked most placed but then discovered the day tickets on the waterbus so ideal for hopping off and on. Spacious appartment in a famly area, large kitchen, room for upto 7 or 8 guests with 2 main rooms double beds and then living room has a pull out bed or could be used as a sitting room. Like all countries now need to understand the refuse system, details were left on the fidge and some advice from the owner but we sorted it out OK.
