• Marianne (3/5): I would not stay there again or recommend it. For the cost, there is better. - The location was ok and the staff was available if needed. That said, the apartment was cold, dark, and uncomfortable. It’s really not conducive for four adults (a family of four). It was cold, dark and accessing it was a challenge. Lots of stairs, a dark hallway. Instructions to get in were similar to that of a scavenger hunt. The kitchen was beyond small and hard to even make coffee.

• Gary (10/5): - The location is excellent, big spacious rooms. We were confused by the rubbish rules, couldn't find anywhere in the garden area to leave it, and ended up putting all our rubbish, including recycling in the general bins.

• Trisha (10/5): Beautiful - There are many amenities nearby, and St. Mark’s Square is only about a 4-minute walk from the apartment. We drove into Venice and left our vehicle for the duration of our trip at Garage Comunale AVM, which was very convenient. From Piazzale Roma, you can take a water taxi directly to the Rialto stop, making the short walk to the apartment with luggage very easy. The families living in the building were kind and often greeted us when entering or leaving. Communication with Wonderful Italy was excellent and they were responsive and timely throughout our stay. It was a beautiful experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!

• Konstantina (5/5): Great location but the staff should ensure that basic facilities are working before renting it - Very spacious apartment in the centre of Venice. We were staying during some really hot days of the summer and the AC was not working which made our stay not pleasant at all.

• David (8/5): Excellent location, clean apartment in a quiet spot yet right in the heart of Venice. - No breakfast as it was an apartment. Location was excellent, right in the heart of Venice situated between the Rialto bridge and St Mark's Square. Excellent facilities in the flat, comfy beds and enough space to relax in the evening. Air conditioning worked well. Nothing really to complain about. Did not miss anything. The flat has iron and ironing board, hair dryer, fridge, fully equipped kitchen, a TV (but only Italian channels) - but music channel was ok. Plus there was a DVD player with some films and guide books on Italy in the apartment.

• Suat (10/5): It was an excellent way to enjoy Venice, could not be better - It is actually on a canal with gondolas! That was an unexpected treat. Maybe it was our fault but we were not clear on what floor the unit was ?

It is central to absolutely everything and incredibly easy to get to from the airport. Very clean and spacious too. Could not be happier with our choice of accommodation.

Mold in restroom ceiling and smell of urine, sliding door in restroom came off . Restroom needs to be completely fix up. Large holes in walls by the kitchen area.
• Sharn (10/5): Loved this Property! - The location of this apartment is fabulous! Straight down the stairs and amongst the hustle and bustle. The property was clean and tidy. Had everything needed, including washer/dryer. Air conditioning worked great. While it says “water view” you have to lean out the windows to see the canal running down the back of property. Didn’t bother us as we still found it fascinating when we heard noise outside. Could’ve done with more loo paper.

• Tanner (6/5): I would stay here again. - Great location, felt safe, pretty quiet, great view of the canal, close to all the touristy things. Missing AC unit in one bedroom, leaving holes in the wall for mosquitoes to come in. I let them know about it and hopefully they fix it for the next guest.
• Shirley (8/5): This is a basic apartment, but with the delights of Venice beckoning, you won’t spend much time inside. - The location between Rialto and San Marco was very good because most major sights are within walking distance. The apartment was clean and had all of the basics necessary for a short stay. Wifi works well and the cell phone reception was better than in most old stone buildings in crowded Italian cities. The apartment has self check-in, but easy directions were provided. Beds were comfortable, and the large, thick towels are a delight. There are 27 narrow stairs to climb before reaching the apartment, and those were rough on my 76-year-old knees. The heater in one bedroom did not work, and the heater/towel warmer in the bathroom was also not functioning. The electrical receptacle in the bathroom is so loose that we were afraid to plug the hairdryer into it so I dried my hair in the bedroom. This might be problematic for a man with an electric shaver. Even though it is only mid-March, there were mosquitoes in the apartment, and the Vapo insect repellant I found there was empty.
• Selcuk (1/5): Staying at "Casa Margherita by Wonderful Italy" was an absolute nightmare. - Staying at "Casa Margherita by Wonderful Italy" was an absolute nightmare. We were forced to stay for two nights in a freezing cold room because the heater was broken. I reported the issue immediately, but instead of fixing it, they suggested moving us to another hotel that was worth half of what we paid. Completely unacceptable! When I insisted on having the heater repaired, they ignored my request and took hours to even respond. Eventually, they said they couldn’t send a technician and offered a refund of only 15% of what I paid. This is a complete insult and shows zero respect for their guests. The room was so cold that the floors were unbearable to walk on, and we had to sleep shivering under blankets for two nights. There is no customer care, no effort to resolve problems, and absolutely no regard for guest comfort at this property. It feels like it’s run solely to make money with no concern for the quality of service. If you're booking through platforms like Booking.com, beware—there’s no one to help you if issues arise! If you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay, stay far away from this place. The photos and descriptions are misleading, and this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what we did.

• Nerissa (8/5): Great location and spacious apartment. Management had a very corporate feel - The location was great. Not even 5 min walk to Rialto Bridge and ferry stop which made it so easy getting to the Train station with luggage. A very easy quick walk to San Marco square and also an easy 10 - 15 min walk through the ally ways to the ferry to go to the islands. Close to a supermarket and shops and cafes. Mostly the apartment was clean but there was mould in the shower and crumbs on the floor in the lounge area. Nothing major just not as clean as it could have been. Lots of space, lovely big apartment. We were disappointed with mgmt at this stay. Nothing really bad but very much a corporate feel as opposed to a host that is only happy too help you. Wouldn’t allow us to drop our luggage off a couple of hours early. Kept messaging us all the time prior to the stay trying to get us to book yours through them etc. messaging to find out what time we were leaving etc. even though I’d already told them we’d be gone by 7am. We had an issue with the heating turning off and we couldn’t get it to come back on. Messaged management around 5pm. At first no reply, then told they’ll get back to us only the morning. The instructions for appliances etc. weren’t very good especially the washing machine.
• Anastasia (8/5): a good place for a short visit to venice! - the location was great, really close to rialto but also quiet. bedrooms were big and comfortable, the living room was rather small but we didn’t stayed long inside the house so we didn’t mind. the heating wasn’t working all the time, and it was rather difficult to handle so during the night it got a bit cold. Also the toilet flash was broken, but we only stayed for 2 nights and it was new year’s day so they will probably fix it.

• Jovana (10/5): we stayed for one night, at the heart of venice. Had everything we need to chill a bit, fill out batteries and and conti - the location was perfect , the apartment is comfortable and also instagramable It was a bit hard to find
• Angie (2/5): Very poor - Comfortable beds, nice decor The staff from the Venice team were terrible at communicating. Unwilling to help with transfers, etc. They couldn't understand my questions and constantly sent me irrelevant information. There are signs everywhere warning you of pick pocketers, which made us very nervous the entire stay. There are so many rules!!! Made it hard to relax. The housekeeping staff turned up a few minutes early upon checkout and started huffing and puffing because we were just leaving. She was quite rude. Unfortunately, the pictures in the description of window views of the canal are deceiving. Windows are with shutters that only open so far. You have to hang out the window, and even then, it is hard to see. To be honest, if the staff were more hospitable and accommodating, it would have made all the difference. I feel our stay was made to be stressful, which is sad considering what we paid.

• Hongyan (10/5): Exceptional - It is amazing appartement, it's location is very good, only 2 mins walking to the Pisa tower, nearby you can find the supermarket and all kinds of restaurants. the owner is very kind, she even prepared snacks for us. The appartement is very clean, and you can find what you want. Highly recommended for the family trip in Pisa!!!

We loved being in a Venetian style home with a great river view. The staff were also very helpful. Could have had additional pillows for sleeping.

• Sarah (8/5): We throughly enjoyed our stay! The location is so convienent, and the spacious apartment gave my friend and I our own sp - The apartment is very spacious, and the location is amazing! We were able to go out and explore the city and easily/quickly come back to the apartment to rest without feeling like we were going too far out of our way. It really is located in the heart of the city. The facilities were very nice and clean! We had a hard time figuring out the heating system but the staff sent someone to help us quickly! Some extra paper towels, bath towels and washcloths would’ve been nice, but not a huge deal.

The communication with the company was fantastic. I definitely would recommend this apartment . The rooms are very big and exactly like the pictures. There's nothing I didn't like, but would maybe have liked more pillows for the rooms.

We also thought the location was perfect as it was a four minute walk to our favorite Yarn Store. Also liked that there were a lot of plugs all around to charge our devices.  The living room was not ideal. The couch was really seating for one or a couple who wanted to be on top of each other. We would have preferred more seating in the living room.  in addition, the toilet flushing mechanism was not working properly.

Great position in the city. Two minutes to Rialto, five minutes to San Marco. Staff cares every day IF is all ok. We really enjoyed this beatiful place And city. Thank you I am not sure that Bialetti is compatible with induction cooker :).

• Linda (10/5): Brilliant location , super helpful host, clean and safe apartment - would highly recommend - The property was ideally situated about 5 mins walk from the water taxi drop if and Rillato Bridge. and also a 5 min walk to San Marco Square. It was clean comfortable and the host gave us everything we needed. it’s really hard to think of anything I didn’t like . if I had to pick something I’d say the pillows but I slept well so it really wasn’t the worse and the air con was a bit loud but I was thankful for it. it really was an amazing stay.
