• Delfina (6/5): - No me gustó. Tiene que mejorar las instalaciones, esta muy baqueteado. Y hay cosas que podría tener como una pava eléctrica, una cafetera más grande (hay una individual muy chiquita) y el baño, la ducha sale como un suspiro. Entiendo que es un departamento que pasa mucha gente pero le falta mantenimiento.

• Stephanie (6/5): - Nous avons apprécié le quartier où est situé l'appartement. Énormément d'humidité dans l'appartement donc odeur inconfortable dans tout l'appartement. Salle de bains très mauvaise odeur et beaucoup de moisissures, chasse d'eau cassée et toute moisi à l'intérieur. Abat jour moisissure à l'intérieur. Sèche serviette plein de poussière. Faience au dessus interrupteur traces de sang. Le ménage laisse à désirer. (Toiles d'araignées, poussière encadrement canapé...)

• Andrzej (10/5): Everything will meet expectations. - One-bedroom San Marco Apartment. Excellent location, 3 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. Close to the vaporetto. The host is communicative and helpful. The apartment is well-equipped. A very pleasant stay. I recommend it; if I had to choose again, I would choose the same one.

• Jillian (10/5): Excellent location - Superb location just around the corner of the Rialto bridge. We stayed in the spilt level 2 bedroom apartment. It’s was small but had everything you would need. The host Marco was very accommodating and gave lots of brilliant restaurant recommendations. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Would highly recommend.

• Nicole (7/5): Ubicación perfecta, experiencia mejorable - El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente, muy céntrica y práctica para moverse por la ciudad. Nos alojamos cinco personas y el espacio fue adecuado para el grupo. Aunque el mobiliario y las instalaciones se ven bastante antiguos, todo estaba limpio al momento de nuestra llegada. El check-in fue rápido y las instrucciones fueron claras y fáciles de seguir. Sin embargo, tuvimos algunas dificultades que afectaron la experiencia. El principal inconveniente fue el pago: intentaron realizar el cobro solo a un día del viaje y, aun cuando ya habíamos llegado a Venecia, seguíamos sin poder completar la transacción. Probamos con varias tarjetas sin éxito hasta que Marco (el anfitrión) nos indicó que debía hacerse con tarjeta de crédito; una vez lo hicimos así, el pago se procesó sin problema. También hubo un malentendido con las tasas de la ciudad. Estas ya estaban incluidas en el pago realizado a través de Booking, pero el anfitrión no estaba al tanto y nos solicitó abonarlas nuevamente al final de la estancia. Tras explicarle la situación y enviarle la factura de Booking, el error se corrigió. En general, el apartamento está muy bien ubicado y es espacioso, pero necesita algunas reformas. Hay humedades en el baño, las instalaciones se ven bastante desgastadas y los colchones podrían ser más cómodos.

• paul (5/5): Trop de choix de logements pour prendre celui ci. - L'appartement est situé au pied du pont Rialto. L'accès à pied des différents quartiers de Venise est simple. Notre interlocuteur a été disponible pour nous guider et a répondu rapidement. Seule la chambre principale est "propre". la salle de bain comporte des moisissures dans la douche, le porte serviette manque de se détacher du mur, le sol à la sortie de la douche, caché par une moquette collée, s'affaisse sous l'humidité... La deuxième chambre est faite dans un petit "garde manger" sans fenêtre, et pour y descendre, il y a des escaliers à la limite de l'échelle. Ne pas prévoir de valise. Enfin, notre interlocuteur a trop insisté pour lui mettre un note de 10/10

• Christine (9/5): A lovely stay with a great location. - Marco was amazing, gave us easy instructions and lots of local information. The location is the best, very close to st marks square. The rooms are spacious for Venice. They are clean and in good condition. Fit us perfectly as a family of 5. The stairs were hard to navigate with large suitcases, but we managed. Also the pillows were very flat which made the bed slightly uncomfortable.

• Sergio (1/5): Logement non conforme à la description et aux photos - 1 -Problème majeur de sécurité et d’usage du logement Lors de notre séjour, nous avons subi de graves infiltrations d’eau depuis la toiture (logement sous combles), avec de l’eau s’écoulant directement sur la plaque de cuisson. Malgré la gravité de la situation, l’hôte ne s’est jamais déplacé pour constater les faits ni proposer une solution immédiate. Aucune solution de relogement n’a été envisagée, bien que plusieurs logements soient gérés sous la même annonce. Il a ensuite été précisé qu’il s’agissait d’une conciergerie et non du propriétaire. De plus, les photos ne reflètent pas l’état réel du logement. Elles semblent avoir été prises à la fin des travaux, mais l’appartement s’est clairement dégradé depuis. L’état constaté sur place ne correspond pas à ce qui est présenté sur l’annonce : - Prises électriques de la cuisine non sécurisées, présentant un risque potentiel, - Traces d’humidité visibles sur les murs du séjour (stuc vénitien dégradé), - Traces d’humidité et début de moisissures au plafond de la salle de bain, probablement liées à une ventilation insuffisante, - Carrelage de la salle de bain fissuré à plusieurs endroits Autre point important, l’emplacement réel dépend du logement attribué. En effet, je recherchais un logement proche de la place Saint-Marc, mais l’appartement se situe de l’autre côté du pont du Rialto, soit environ 10 à 12 minutes à pied, ce qui ne correspond pas à l’attente créée par l’annonce. Conclusion Logement non conforme, problèmes sérieux affectant le confort et la sécurité, et gestionnaire peu impliqué en cas d’incident. Je recommande aux futurs voyageurs de faire preuve de prudence et de bien vérifier ces éléments avant de réserver. NB : Après la fin de notre séjour, il aura fallu plusieurs semaines d’échanges par message avec l'hôte, avant qu'une proposition de dédommagement nous soit finalement faite, mais celle-ci est restée très en deçà d’un geste commercial respectueux des clients.

Pictorial evidence provided, including bites in pattern consistent with bed bugs, and picture of adult bug killed by one in our party. Property not willing to honor our request for partial refund consistent with cost to mitigate bed bug eradication for the affected parties. Facilities were subpar. Very small showers with black mold. No living area, despite couch depicted in photos.

La ubicación es inmejorable, en una zona tranquila pero muy cerca de de la plaza Sant Marco tambien junto tiendas, restaurantes y puntos turísticos. La limpieza impecable y la cama muy cómoda. Sin duda, repetiríamos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

• Jens (7/5): Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, hat aber vom Komfort her ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. - Die Lage war großartig. Ganz in der Nähe der Rialto-Brücke, mitten im Leben der Stadt. Quietschende Betten, defekte Schränke, ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Bad und eine Remote gesteuerte Klimaanlage, die vom Vermieter geregelt wurde, den Bedingungen aber nicht angepasst werden konnte.

The property is clean and has microwave and fridge. Marco is very friendly and gave a lot of informations the check in and out process is easy and smooth. It's a apartment not a hotel.

Grande attention à notre bien être Avoir les douches téléphones dans tous les douches. Réparation d'une poigne de porte. Le seul bémol à la localisation est le bruit la nuit et le matin. Apportez-vous des bouchons si vous êtes sensible. Pour ma part cela a été peu gênant

• Luca (9/5): - The location was amazing, 5 minute walk from Piazza San Marco. There is plenty of shopping and food around. The room had enough space for our group. Travelling with a large suitcase to this apartment was a bit of a challenge, but not impossible.

• Christian (7/5): Schöner Raum leider schlechter Zustand - Die Lage in der Nähe Rialto ist perfekt. Die Suite im 2. Stock ist sehr geräumig. Das Bett war bequem. Das Zimmer hat sehr viele Mängel: Alle Möbel sind sehr abgenutzt,die Schranktüren lassen sich nicht mehr schieben , auch die Küche ist sehr fest verbraucht. Der Laminatboden hat Risse und ist sehr abgenutzt. Am Toilettenspühlkasten fehlt die Drucktaste, die Bodenplatten sind gerissen, das Wasser tropft nur spärlich aus der Dusche Diese Suite benötigt eine Richtige Sanierung damit der Preis gerechtfertigt ist. Wir waren 2017 schon bei diesem Vermieter in der Wohnung San Marco welche damals in einem tadellosen Zustand war. Die Suite ist ein wunderschöner Raum im Dachgeschoss aber eine Sanierung ist nötig.

• Normandy (4/5): We did not actually enjoy our stay in the apartment. - The location of the apartment given to me was not that posted in the internet. It is actually far from the place they posted. First is that they did not inform me that the place posted in the internet is their office address and not the address of the apartment. The bad part is that I have my two (2) nephews who came from the United States and they booked a place near the address posted in the internet. So they were literally very far from us during our stay in Venice. Second is that there is no mention that the apartment is located on the 4th floor. So we had to carry our luggages up to the 4th floor. The good thing is that my wife and I were travelling with our kids so they were the ones who carried the luggages up to the apartment. So the apartment is literally not advisable for elderly couple. I asked for advise regarding the schedule of ferry in going back to the train station. The host simply asked me to check the board on the ferry station. Frankly, it is very hard to read the ferry schedule on the board if you don't speak Italian. Luckily, I British couple whose husband speaks Italian and explained the ferry schedule to me. The place, especially the bathroom is also or not that nice. The kitchen is also small. My advise is for the host to be honest with what they are offering

• Kerstin (8/5): - Super Lage.Kurze Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und Vaporettos. Gute Einweisung des Vermieters per WhatsApp mit Videos. Italienische Kaffeemaschine. Es konnten nur 2 Kaffee gekocht werden, dann musste man neu ansetzen. Bei 5 Personen sehr zeitaufwendig.

• anónimo MJ Spain (4/5): COMENT - La ubicación - Apartamento Rialto -La cocina olía mal , los cazos estaban sucios - En el baño lios grifos están para cambiar., la cisterna rota , la ducha no tiene presión de agua , para ducharse los cinco , fué eterno. - Las puertas del armario de la única habitación no cerraban + Para enchufar el microondas había que andar moviéndolo - Pagamos servicio de limpieza pero en tres días no los vimos - El administrador, Marco, pidió repetidamente las tasas en cash , sin recibo a cambio y cuando ya había sido cargado por booking. No es la primera vez que le sucede , hemos visto comentarios de otros clientes que les sucedió lo mismo y el sigue solicitando que se abone en cash ! - Marco está disponible en cualquier momento y te manda por wsap la información necesaria. - Otro punto es cuando buscas apartamento es que muestra las fotos de todos pero no tienes claro cual te corresponde , deberían estar por separado.
• Amandine (9/5): Très bon séjour ! - Emplacement exceptionnel et la climatisation. Hôte très réactif et disponible. Rien. Petite remarque qui nous ne nous a pas gêné mais qui peut gêner certaines familles. L’escalier pour descendre à la chambre enfants avec lits superposés est très raide. Déconseillé aux très jeunes enfants.

• Suzy (10/5): Fantastic location, perfect for families or group of 6. - Fantastic location in the heart of Venice. Large apartment that comfortably accommodated our family of five. Would also suit 3 couples. Modern, clean and well equipped with everything you might need. Thankful for the air-conditioning. Note that this is an unserviced apartment, and you’re responsible for getting rid of your own rubbish due to the way Venice is serviced - drop off points are between 8am and 10am so the owner is unable to do it after checking out. You can easily walk to the apartment with wheely bags from Rialto or St Marco water bus stops. Apartment is close to a supermarket which is super handy for families. Owner was really responsive and communicated via WhatsApp. We were happy to self check-in and he sent lots of useful videos. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend.
• Loop (10/5): Amazing location and spacious - This apartment was a gem. Amazing location! It is spacious enough to comfortably fit 6 people in 3 bedrooms, and there is a common space with a large dining table. We also enjoyed the adorable balcony for morning cappuccini. I think the overview said it's a 6 minute walk to Piazza San Marco but it took us 2 minutes (make a couple of left turns from the apartment and cut through by the Boss store). The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. There is a grocery store nearby. It wasn't an issue for us but there is a very narrow circular staircase leading to the second floor so be prepared to carry suitcases one by one.

• Elissa (9/5): Wow, what an amazing location in a historic building close to everything you could want in Venice. - The location was amazing -very close to the Rialto Bridge with cafes & shops virtually just outside. Also close to a laundromat which was really practical. It’s hard to find something we didn’t like. think the least liked part was the steep stairs to the bunk room.
• Sarah (1/5): Great location only- sadly wouldn’t recommend this apartment - Great location Ensuite major issues- Broken toilet roll holder, broken seat, bathroom door handle broken. Shower so small you couldn’t bend over to wash feet without hitting the wall. Host was in control of the air conditioner!!! Had to message him to make it cooler. No active tv signal - contacted host to fix - to no avail. Missing bedroom shutter so awake at 4.30am.
• Oscar Gerardo (10/5): Altamente recomendable - Esta super bien ubicado, Marco el host es super atento y nos dio un excelente servicio y apoyo en todo momento. Super cómodo y tiene lo necesario.
• Rosa (9/5): Appartamento comodo e confortevole - Appartamento, comodo e pulito. Hoste cortese e sempre disponibile nel rispondere alle nostre domande. Posizione molto comoda vicino a tutti servizi, bar-caffè , pizzeria, ristoranti, supermercati e punti d’attrazione. Avrei voluto sapere quanto fossero ripide le scalette che portavano alla seconda camera, che due bimbi piccoli non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla. Ma per il resto tutto perfetto!
