• Cristina (9/5): Delizioso monolocale in pieno centro a Tirana - Struttura situata in pieno centro, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla Casa delle foglie. Supermercato a 200 metri, bus per l'aeroporto a 7 minuti a piedi. Pur trovandosi in pieno centro e pur essendo situato al piano terra, non ho avuto alcun problema a dormire, la via in cui si trova l'alloggio è silenziosa, ma anche molto sicura (come del resto tutto il centro di Tirana). Ampio monolocale arredato moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort, bagno con doccia spaziosa, buona pressione dell'acqua. Self check-in e host gentile (comunicazione solo a distanza). Il monolocale era prevalentemente pulito, esclusi alcuni dettagli (ad esempio i tasti appiccicosi del forno a microonde, le posate). Il materasso è un po' scomodo.

• Nikola (10/5): Very friendly, nice and a good value for money - We liked the whole experience in Tirana. The host was very helpful and she even let us stay another night without problem. It was clean and comfortable and also pretty, the location was about a minute from the street Not that we didn’t like but maybe a recommendation for the host- the shower would be better if it was more covered.

• Özkan (9/5): - Konumu harika şehrin kalbinde. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Evin içi çok yeni. Banyo yataklar vs her şey iyiydi. Sadece temizlik kısmı daha iyi olabilirdi. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Sorunsuz bir şekilde giriş ve çıkışımızı sağladı. Her şey anlatıldığı gibiydi. Otopark konusunda da tüm sorunlarımıza çözüm buldu. Biraz daha temiz olsaydı 10/10 bir yer. Daha temiz olabilirdi.
• irem (10/5): Tiran için kusursuz bir ev. - Her şey çok güzeldi, her hangi bir sorunumuzda hemen yanıt aldık, navigasyon arka sokaktan getiriyor ancak cadde de düm düz devam edip sağ yaptığınızda direkt eve ulaşıyorsunuz ve evin konumu otobüs terminaline bir otobüs ve önemli yerlerin hepsine çok yakın. Sonraki gün bir problem yaşadığımız için tekrardan kendilerine iletişime geçtik ve tekrardan bize yardımcı oldular. Giriş katı olduğu için sokaktan ses geliyor ancak çok da önemli nir ayrıntı değil bence.

• Sandra (10/5): Great value for money - The place was very cosy. It has a small hallway at the entrance, so you don’t bring dirt into the main room. There’s also a little balcony, perfect for fresh air or a morning coffee. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a microwave, electric stove, and even a small oven—everything you need for cooking. The owner is very friendly and flexible, which made the stay even more pleasant. Shops and the city centre are all very close by—super convenient! People outside can be a bit loud at times, but that’s to be expected when staying in the city centre. It didn’t bother us much, and we were still able to get a good rest. However, the mattress was quite soft, and we didn’t feel very well-rested after sleeping on it. Also, the water from the shower and sink sometimes made strange noises and would randomly stop or come out with much more pressure, which could be a bit startling. That said, it seems like something beyond the owner's control.

• Alicja (8/5): Very good - Cosy flat, location in center - walking distance to sightseeing places and restaurants. Quiet surroundings. Owner shared great restaurant recommendations. What I disliked: The towels prepared for us on the bed were still moist from the previous laundry. Tip for the owner: The flat could use a bit of fixing with small things (e.g., one bed lamp was not working and sticking out from the wall; drawer handles in the bathroom were not screwed properly). Comment regarding parking: The reason I went ahead with booking this place is that I was under the impression that private parking is available. As this was a key criteria for me, I specifically asked about it via a message to the owner long before the booking date (as visible on the photo attached) and understood that general parking is not available, but ‚private yes’. Unfortunately, on the day of our arrival when I asked via whatsapp how to access private parking, I got info that there is no parking, which took us by surprise (so I just responded „thanks” as getting into a discussion wouldn’t change the fact that we’d be still without parking, so I decided to focus on more important thing - finding a parking). This unexpected news resulted in us driving in circles for an hour looking for a free space with no luck. Because of that, we were significantly late for a very important meeting. In the end, exhausted from the search, we decided to park at private parking which the owner sugessted (Tirana Parking Skanderbeg Square - 500 LEK for 24h, 4 min by foot from the flat). While I understand that the miscommunication might have been a result of a language barrier, so it’s not affecting my rating, I feel that the owner could have been much clearer in their first message (and e.g., say that the private parking they were referring to is a random private parking, not a parking they own) as this would allow guests to make a more informed decision and go ahead with a different rental option if they wish.

The house is really cozy, with everything we needed and the bed really comfy. Amazing location, between blokku neighborhood and the castle area.

Everything is at walking distance It was hard to find and the neighbourhood next to it is not very nice but on the other side you have all the city centre stuff . We had to park 5 minutes away but it was like 8euros for 24 hours

The inclusion of washing machines with provided detergent was incredibly convenient, and the balcony's foldable rack for drying clothes added to the practicality. The bed was comfortable, and the spacious layout of the accommodation was impressive. The location was ideal, offering easy access to the city center and being close to a delightful local breakfast byrek spot. Overall, a highly recommended experience. It would be nice if slippers were provided.

• Alexandra1911 (9/5): Beautiful place in the center of the city - The location is perfect. The place is in the centre of Tirana. Everything is very clean and beautifully decorated. The host was super kind throughout the trip. He/she allowed us to leave our luggage in the room until we left for the airport. The air conditioner is quite old and is not enough to heat the room :(. Unfortunately, there is no other source of heat in the room and since the location is on the ground floor, it was quite cold in the evening. The couch doesn't turn into a bed, but it was big enough for someone to sleep on it.

The studio is in a very good location with good restaurants and top attractions. The studio is very modern with everything you need. It was very clean. What we loved most is the behavior of the staff. The staff was very communicative, helpful and easy to reach anytime. I liked everything.

• Jeanne (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment on ground floor (grills on windows) on quiet, dead-end street off a major street (Myslym Shyri) a few minutes walk from Skanderbeg Square and Tirana Castle with a helpful tourist office 1 min away on the corner. The apartment coordinator was very helpful, patient and pleasant. The apartment looks newly renovated, has netflicks, a washing machine and other touches such as two different types of pillows and different lighting available. By the way, avoid using the taxis who tend to ark at the corner. Noise from people walking from the floor above can be heard but it is the ground floor afterall.

Very clean apartment, for one person really big, has everything you need although I never cooked there as there are a lot of cheap options to eat close by. It is also walking distance from all the attractions & restaurants. There is heating & plenty of hot water for shower. Bed is very comfortable. Host is very nice & accommodating. Nothing!

• Lukas (10/5): Homely apartment in the heart of Tirana - I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Tirana, for 3 reasons: 1) The apartment is very tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The bed and the sofa are extremely comfortable. There’s even a small balcony where you can have your morning coffee. 2) The apartment is located in a quiet side street. You can reach the Center and nice bars and restaurants within minutes. 3) The check in and payment is super uncomplicated. Furthermore the host is super attentive and helpful. So it’s perfect even if you arrive late at night.
