• Łukasz (10/5): Super, na pewno wrócimy! - Apartament jest świetny! Bardzo dużo miejsca, sypialni, łóżek. Wyposażenie również świetne. Jak na standardy włoskie, ten apartament jest naprawdę w super stanie. Lokalizacja jest wybitna, wszędzie blisko - od tanich knajpek z Aperolem, po restauracje z pizzami, makaronami, owocami morza, sklepikami oraz gondolami. Zwiedzania mnóstwo, gospodarz przystał na wcześniejsze zameldowanie/zostawienie bagaży ze względu na wczesny przylot - naprawdę super polecam! Minusy? Ciężko znaleźć w sumie, może jedynym był brak czajnika elektrycznego, ale to naprawdę niewielki problem, patrząc na całą resztę plusów :)

• My-Le (9/5): Good place to stay. Recommended. - It's clean and well organized. The registration process is heavy and confusing with too many taxes/fees.
• Edmiston (10/5): - We loved how close it was to the train station. It was very spacious and clean. Also enjoyed the air conditioning as it was very hot in Venice while we were there.
• Marek (10/5): - Bardzo ładny apartament, Przy przyjeździe wszystko było przygotowane ręczniki czyste pościel wyprasowana super zaaranżowane wnętrze. Wchodząc do apartamentu włączona była klimatyzacja , było się super schłodzić po wyczerpującej podróży. Polecam w 100% 👍👍
• BENEDICTE (8/5): Nous y avons passé un bon moment - Bel endroit bien refait Nous avions réservé pour 6. Il n’y avait pas de housse pour la couette du canapé convertible. Les enfants ont dû dormir deux nuits sur 4 sans. Il n’y avait pas d’ampoule dans une lampe de chevet, pas de tire-bouchon. L’équipe est sympa mais pas très réactive.

• Thomas (10/5): Wonderful Spot, Highly Recommend!! - As a family we loved the location and how quiet our area was but also how easy it was to get everywhere. It was so nice that the property managers helped organize our transportation and helped with any questions we had. We requested a private water taxi which took us close to the apartment. We did not have to drag our luggage over any bridges to get there. The apartment was extremely clean, and for the summer AC worked great. It was such a nice bonus to have a washer! We had everything we needed and more! The only thing was having difficulty first finding the apartment. However, the pizza shop nearby was happy to help. This was more about not being familiar with Italy and understanding the maps and streets.

• Laura (8/5): Great modern apartment - really convenient location when arriving from bus or train station. - Modern, comfortable property with space for a family of 5. A little further away from the central area but walkable to St Marks Square in 25 minutes and a nice way to explore the city on the way. Really convenient for the train and bus stations - only a 10 minute walk to both. It was a little cold and we had no way of turning on the heating. It is on the second floor with no lift - this was ok for us, but may be difficult for some people to manage with their luggage.

• Karin (10/5): Beautiful Modern Property - We liked the size, cleanliness, comfort, facilities, i.e., aircon, skylight, etc., kitchen essentials, i.e., fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and all cutleries as well as the availability of a lift. Maybe the views, but it wasn't important.
• See (8/5): Good spacious apartment with alot of stairs to climb - Clean, spacious, near to the train station and water taxi station. Good air conditioning and good hot water for showering. (1) No lift and located on the 4th floor. (2) It is located across the river from the train station, so will have to climb alot of stairs (with luggages) to get the apartment. else, will have to pay for porter service to get yr luggages across.

• Cary (10/5): VEryNICE stay - I like the apartment size and cleanliness, I love to stay on upper floors and this was perfect, no problem bringing luggages up because there is a lift for it. kitchen equipment is complete. location is ok near to restaurants and a convenience store

Also 3rd floor is not easy for families with large luggage - Location, cleanliness 1) 6 ppl occupied the property which no pillow offered for those sleeping in sofabed. Only used the sofa cushion 2) no rack for the toiletry items. What need to do was place the shampoo, shower gel etc on the floor 3) not sure if one under basin is rubbish bin. But no others can put rubbish 4) toilet lock isnt function well
• Kevin (10/5): Perfect for a family stay in Venice - Location is really great, less than 10 mins from Santa Lucia train station, and 2 minutes from the nearest boat station. Many great restaurants and bars close by. Apartment is well equipped, spacious, clean, comfortable and air conditioning in every room was a life saver! Washing machine was very handy for us but no clothes dryer to hang washing on.
