• Olga (7/5): Great location but not very clean - The location is great, I love that part of Venice. Super close there is a supermarket, snd lots of bars and cafes, also off the main tourist route which is also just round the corner. It was rather quiet to sleep, the house is in the yard. The communication with the agency was fantastic, the checkin instructions easy and understandable. No complaints there. Dishwasher pods were provided, also enough rubbish bags. Also enough toilet paper provided. It was not very clean. As soon as you enter, you see a very dusty carpet with a lot of things on it. The sofa and the cushions also had some stains, so it did not look very appealing. The bedding was fine, although the duvet covers were inside out. Glasses in the cupboard still had lipstick from the previous guests, so we put them all to the dishwasher first to get them clean. The water pressure in the master bathroom was very bad, and the water temperature was constantly changing between very hot and ice cold. Both the water pressure and temperature were absolutely fine in the small bathroom though, so we all ended up using it after the first night. We only got 1 towel each, so no hand towel! The towels were also not the greatest quality, but they were OK for a couple of days. Overall it was a good stay because it was Venice during the Carnevale, but the price/quality ratio could have been better.

• William (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location! Close enough to the main touristy areas to get there quickly, but also close enough to the back streets to get away from the crowds. Great rooms, too. Maybe not quite as clean as we might have hoped for.

• Wong (8/5): Very good - Washing machine and laundry line. Close to water bus stop. Air conditioning. Instructions to get to the front door was confusing. The first floor was up a flight of stairs and the door was marked with people's names, not the apartment name.
• Vasilis (9/5): Very good choice - The apartment was big, clean, beds were very comfortable and I give extra points for the two toilets! The location was in a nice and quiet area very close to the center and with easy access from the starting point of the island! If you have luggage the access through boat is easy! There is nothing bad to say..

• Jane (8/5): Well located, modern and spacious holiday apartment. - The apartment is well placed for access to the water bus service- around a 5 minute walk. It’s actually also not far to walk to Rialto Bridge or St.Mark’s but with a 3-day ticket we felt able to appreciate the Grand Canal far more than when we stayed previously next to St. Mark’s. The apartment itself is located along a couple of narrow lanes, but with access to Google maps and the directions provided, it was easy to locate. There are two flights of fairly steep stairs to the entrance with a view over a single storey rooftop from the living room. The property was spacious, clean and modern and ideal for a holiday stay. There is no real ‘view’ from the windows. There is no bath- but on the plus side, there are two showers. We needed to speak to the agent on the first day, but they responded quickly.
• Patrisib (10/5): We had a wonderful time in Venice and staying at this apartment made it even more special. - It was a home from home, great location, quiet at night so sleeping was a joy and it was also thoughtfully designed. As it was a typical Venice apartment the stairs were over 2 floors. Just for info.

• Stuart (8/5): Great apartment, outstanding location. - Great apartment, hidden away in a quiet courtyard location, just off the main street. Very clean and well appointed, we really enjoyed our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone and we'll definitely book again. We had to ring the host in order to gain access, as it wasn't clear how to get the keys. He came within 3 minutes and all was great from there.
