• Georgie (9/5): A really lovely place - The location was really nice, in the quiet part of Venice but walkable to the main activity. Very nice that we were picked up on arrival at the boat. And nice tips about restaurants etc. The mattresses were quite hard but doable for a few nights. No option to leave the garbage is a problem, the collector who should ring tge bell never did. we took it to the airport.
• Caroline (9/5): - Peaceful location but within 10mins walk of local restaurants and @ 15 mins from San Marco. Host, Rudi, met us from the water bus stop and showed us to our accommodation and the nearby supermarket. His recommendations for places to eat etc were appreciated. The apartment was spacious & clean. Views of the canal from every window. Obviously as an apartment, there is no outside space atrached but we sat on the steps of the nearby church and watched the world go by.

• Christine (10/5): This is a wonderful, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable apartment for a lovely stay in Venice. - We loved the well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to feel at home and do some cooking with local ingredients. We loved having an individual room for each family member with an abundance of storage space in each room. We loved having the washing machine and the clothesline that hung over the canal to dry our clothes and give us the Venice living experience. The bathrooms were very clean, and each included a bidet. Our host Rudi met us at the water bus stop and walked us to the apartment. He also walked with us to the nearest open grocery store upon arrival and allowed us to store our bags after check-out, so we had more time to enjoy Venice before our train. Three of four beds did not seem as comfortable as would be ideal for me (a senior), though my two adult daughters slept well in them.
• Pfen (9/5): - Das Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, aber kein 10 gehminuten von der Stadt Mitte entfernt. Es ist alles vorhanden, auch in der Küche waren mal mehr als die Grundausstattung dabei. Wir wurden von Rudi dem Betreuer des Appartement abgeholt an der Anlegestelle, zum Appartement gebracht worden und er hat uns alles gezeigt. Er hat uns sogar die angrenzende Umgebung gezeigt und wo man einkaufen kann. Kann es sehr empfehlen Alles in Ordnung

• Isabella (9/5): Drei Tage die ruhigen Gassen und Plätze von Castello genießen - Ruhige Gegend in Castello, mehr Einheimische als Touristen, daneben gleich ein schöner Platz mit Kirche; nicht allzu weit is zur Riva. Schöne Zimmer, gemützliche Küche; sehr gute Klimaanlage. Einfach perfekt für vier Freundinnen, wenn jede ein eigenes Zimmer haben möchte.
• Elena (8/5): Le Sorelle is a lovely place to stay - Very comfortable apartment, spacious to accommodate our group. Location to visit sights was good. Out of main city centre but walkable or easy access to water bus. Utensils provided to cook and make coffee. Comfortable kitchen space. A good choice for a large group. No elevator made getting to the top floor a bit challenging for the older members in our group. Hanging laundry to dry over the canal was an entirely different experience - but a way of life for Venetians. There was a festival taking place in the church square right beside the apartment that lasted every night until midnight. Portable bathrooms were placed right by the apartment entrance door which wasn’t great. Wished we had known what to expect in this regard.

Rudi was happy to met us at the water bus stop and walked us all the way to the property. Rudi was extremely impressive as a host, we were well informed from the start of our stay in Venice and was accessible if we had any questions.The place was in a great location, stunning peaceful views, clean and extremely spacious for 6 adults to comfortably live in. Would highly recommend this property to others. Nothing, everything was perfect
• James (9/5): Superb Stay in Venice - Location was superb and away from the main tourism madness. Rudi was very helpful and came out very late after a 5 hour flight delay to meet us. Such a beautiful place to wake up in. Travelled as a group and space enough for 6 of us. Great social area in the kitchen and the foyer area. We loved the beds too. Hard to leave a negative. The air-con remotes weren't there so we couldn't keep it on for longer than 30 mins at a time - it was only a problem one night when it was 23° - which is probably not even warm by Italian standards!
• Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - The size and location of the flat. Having 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is a luxury for 2 people. Castello is a great area but the campo of St Francesco is particularly attractive - large and with few tourists - and the flat looking out over a canal is the finishing touch. Not very far to s.Marco though you may need to practice a few times. S. Francesco has my favourite Madonna. See photo. Having to climb 4 flights of stairs. Getting bitten by mosquitos - a hazard of Venice.

The caretaker Rudi was also excellent and coordinated very well. The apartment is on the top floor so those with trouble climbing stairs etc. might want to reconsider. That was not an issue for us.
• Yu (9/5): Amazing stay, great host - We absolutely loved the location, and the view from the apartment was exceptional - overlooking the canals. It was situated in a very quiet and quaint area, but still close to main attractions, restaurants, shops. The host, Rudy, was super nice, met us at the waterbus station and even helped carry one of our luggages to the apartment. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy - it had all the amenities like glassware, cutlery, plates, etc. The air conditioning worked great, which was important as it was very hot. The water heater kept turning off so we had some cold showers. There is a walk up of stairs to the apartment, which we did not have a problem with, but others might.

He even provided water bus info so we could visit t - The location is a residential area vs touristy was perfect for us. It was a 10 min walk to S Marco Square and everything else was close. Nice quiet area with amazing “locals only” restaurants and bars nearby. The close proximity to the water bus stop to take us to the airport was excellent. 3 flights of stairs at the end of the day was tiresome but tolerable once we entered the AC!

• Andrew (9/5): Lovely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, but still close to main sights. - The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood. Seeing children going to school in the mornings was a great contrast to the thronging, touristy areas of Venice. Still, even though we had some elderly people who struggle to walk long distances in our group, we reached the Piazza San Marco in only 20 minutes. The apartment itself is just as in the pictures. It had everything we needed to recover from long days of sightseeing. Rudi was an ever-obliging guest, he met us at the pier, helped us with our luggage and explained all the necessary information to us clearly and with a friendly manner. We really had a lovely stay. The only things we didn't like are applicable to any accommodation in Venice (e.g. many flights of stairs, having to wait for refuse collectors), so it wouldn't be fair to judge the apartment negatively on their account.
• Ruth (9/5): Beautiful, peaceful, affordable stay in Venice - Beautiful, clean and well equipped apartment in a quiet but central area of Venice. Florence, one of the hosts, was incredibly friendly, met us at the water bus stop and gave us lots of tips and explanation on the area. The rooms have amazing views and the place is really spacious - even for 6 adults! The location wasn’t quite where the address showed on the map - a little less central than expected, but actually very peaceful and near the water bus to the airport. Only other issue was the lack of extra pillows - nothing else to complain about and great value for money.

Continuously getting lost even with Google maps on day one. However improved after circling the area a few times. Expected the older local residents to be a little more friendly and polite.

The spacious apartment with 4 rooms, a kitchen (fully equipped) and two bathrooms was perfectly prepared. Water canal view from every room! Accommodation location - located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the church. There are small restaurants and cafes nearby. We recommend!. No negative comments.
• Lisa (10/5): A fantastic few days in Venice - It was large, spacious and great to have 4 bedrooms to use. Easy to cook and call it home for a few days! Easy to get from airport alliguna boat to ospedale stop which is about a 10 minute walk to apartment. Also celestia waterbus stop gets you into the grand canal etc so easy to get around. It is quiet and dark in the evening but feels like authentic residential venice . 15/20 Minute walk to San marco and interesting places like aqua Alta bookshop and rialto bridge The apartment is on the 4 th floor so tricky if you have mobility issues. But of course many Venetian apartments do not have lifts!
• Wendy (10/5): Perfect location. Home from home - We were a group of 4 ladies sharing the fabulous 4 bedroom apartment and we all had enjoyed it very much. The location is superb. Rudi met us from the ferry stop and walked back with us and even carried one of our bags. He was very helpful advising of local restaurants and other information (we ate at one of his recommendations and loved it). The apartment is well equipped with everything one might want. 2 modern bathrooms, both with good showers and washing machine, iron, ironing board, 2 hairdryers. Shutters on windows offering black out. Lovely quiet residential location away from the busy areas yet within only 10 mins walk to main areas. Communication with Rudi was brilliant leading up to the stay and afterwards wished us a safe trip home. It actually felt home from home. We all loved it. Lots of restaurants around. Fabulous views from the apartment. 10 out of 10. No faults found at all. Everything perfect.

• Kristina (9/5): Classical Venice Apartment - The apartment is very chic, old Venetian vibes, it has everything you will need for a lond or short stay! The host was very responsive, she gave us the name of the public transport stop, she met us there, and let us store our luggage in the apartment because we had a late flight. The only annoying thing was the mosquitos and spiders in the bedrooms at night. The windows don't have any protection and the water is near.

The apartment was great, very roomy with great bathrooms and in a quiet area. There were early morning bells from a nearby church, but then there are bells across Venice so to be expected! ☺️

Walking distance (15 - 20mins) to main attractions. Apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Suited us perfectly for a family holiday in Venice. Rudi was great; giving us directions, meeting us at the waterbus and supplying us with information needed for our stay. We definitely recommend staying at Le Sorelle.
• Michaela (8/5): Our stay at Le Sorelle - The kitchen was well-equipped and it was great to have two bathrooms (which must have been recently renovated- they are very nice). We were picked up by our host at the Waterbus station and we got so many great tips about Venice. Thank you! Unfortunately, the floor was very dirty/ dusty. We had to vacuum the whole apartment the first night. The 4 bedrooms were fantastic for us, but the mattresses were a bit too soft and worn.
