• Sam (7/5): Was a large, well set up apartment in a central location but the inability to use the third bed was disappointing. - Very spacious and grrat location We soecifically booked it for the three beds as we were on the last stages of a 3 week trip and wanted to ensure we had our own beds, but we were told on the first day that we couldn’t have linen for the third bed until the second day. When I followed up on the second night, after the bed not being set up, we were told that the third bed would not be set up as it was broken.

• Vanessa (3/5): Overpriced and poorly maintained, with management that doesn't follow up when things go wrong. - The only good thing is its location. Not worth the money. At over €700 per night, we expected a properly prepared apartment and got the opposite: no hot water on day one, kitchen utensils that were half dirty, a visibly dirty carpet, and grime on various surfaces and floors. We raised the hot water issue with the management company and asked for some form of compensation — they said they'd discuss it and never followed up. A complete ripoff for the price. We will not be renting this property again and would not recommend it.
• Jean-Laurent (1/5): Worst experience! - Nothing The apartment did not fit the description. This is misleading. The checking process was terrible, they arrived late, I had to sign a lease agreement and they requested my credit card info to be written on paper which means they have access to this private information after the checkout! Finally there was not hot water and after an hour this was still not fixed m, they asked us to pay which we refused until they could provide a solution. We had to cancel and rebook an hotel nearby. The worst experience we had the past decade!
• Steven (10/5): - Rooftop terrace views were AMAZING and having another terrace off bedroom was so great. One of my favorite places, wish we were there longer. Interior was modernized enough but then you get to step back a couple centuries when you step outside. Location was perfect! Just outside the tourist craziness so it feels more authentic. Couldn't say enough about this rental unit. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Nothing

• Dmitry (10/5): Perfect Location, Beautiful Apartment - We were returning guests, having stayed here two years ago, and it was just as amazing this time around. The location is excellent - close to San Marco yet tucked away from the crowds. It offers easy access to the heart of Venice while still feeling quiet and relaxed, away from the noise and tourist traffic. The property itself is fantastic: spacious, beautifully set up, and located right on a small canal. Having two(!) outdoor terraces was a real highlight, both with lovely views and perfect spots to relax and take in the setting. The apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed (incl. a generous supply of coffee pods for the coffee machine). There’s also a small supermarket nearby and a vaporetto stop within easy walking distance. The beds were fine, although the sofa bed where the kids slept was slightly less comfortable - a minor point that didn’t detract from our stay. We love this property and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended. Nothing, really

• Annick (5/5): Joli duplex pour 2 personnes avec vue. - L’appartement est très propre. Il est proche de tout. Il est situé dans une rue très calme avec une jolie vue sur le canal. C’est plus un appartement pour 2 personnes que pour 3 voire 4 personnes: un seul lit double à l’étage, un canapé lit peu confortable au rez de chaussée où il fait très froid car placé à côté de la porte d’entrée avec un chauffage qui fonctionne mal. J’ai cru réserver l’appartement terrasse sur la base des photos disponibles sur le site et sur la brochure envoyée par le logeur et aussi compte tenu du prix assez élevé pour 4 nuits, mais je me suis retrouvé avec 2 petits balcons à la place, donc attention de bien vous faire confirmer le bien avant de réserver. Le service est assez expéditif une fois que vous avez payé, l’intérêt pour le client n’y est plus et c’est vraiment décevant.

Totul a fost minunat, as sugera o oglinda verticala , in rest nu am nimic de comentat, as face oricand aceeasi alegere de cazare.

Have recommend Venice and this stay to friends. - Unexpected delayed to handover the keys but host offered alternative options and made suggestions of restaurants, bars and cafés in the area and around Venice and gave timely updates for arrival to handover keys. Location was nice as it was not in a busy built up area but this meant there was a little more walking involved and a little challenging to get to when you're unfamiliar with the area. But no real complaints on the apartment!

• Catrin (9/5): Excellent. We loved being so close to the centre but far enough out from the hustle and bustle. - Excellent location. About 5 minute walk to St Marks Square. On a canal We found a lovely patisserie for breakfast Pasticceria Alla Bragora and a good selection of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed Trattoria da Denis which was a 2 minute walk away. A supermarket was also very close which sold draft cold wine by the litre. Easy to get to by public water taxi from the airport. We got off at San Zaccaria and it was a few minutes walk to the apartment. Nothing perfect for our stay ( 2 adults and a 16 year old) Some information about refuse collection on check in would have been useful.

Неудобное спальное место, плохие подушки и не было второго одеяла на компанию (нужно просить при бронировании), нам принесли на следующий день. Выезд рано в 10.00 и не дают возможности оставить багаж.

• M (10/5): Prachtig verblijf op een goede locatie - Het appartement, Junior suite, is erg groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie is ook heel mooi. De Host zijn allemaal zeer vriendelijk. We konden eerder terecht dan dat er op de site stond. Ze stelden zelfs voor, wanneer het appartement nog niet schoongemaakt was, om onze spullen alvast er neer te zetten zodat we de stad konden ontdekken. • Charalampos (7/5): Super flat, really bad management. - A beautiful flat in a perfect location. The management team is completely wrong for hospitality. Extra fees for a second set of clean towels, extra fee for a late check in, not even a bottle of water for the arrival. When we asked if a friend could check us in, because they refused a late check in, they refused again, and so we had to change our flights.

• Patricia (7/5): Cómoda - Su ubicación nos permitía hacer tours y poder descansar en las horas de más calor, algo que cuando vas con niños se agradece mucho. La limpieza es mejorable, los filtros del aire acondicionado tenían muchísimo polvo y en la cocina había un armario con máquinas que eran bastante ruidosas. Como dormíamos en la otra punta del apartamento, no nos impedía descansar pero no era agradable durante el día.

• Louise (9/5): Very enjoyable - Very spacious. The location was very central and convenient. It was very near to several restaurants and gelateria and a good well stocked supermarket. Rooms were a little bit dimly lit. Picture of terrace on booking.com did not reflect the reality of the balcony for that room. It did not have a view across rooftops.

• Anamaria (7/5): Great location but apartment could be cleaned properly. - Location was great, close enough to all the attractions but not right in the center where it’s very busy. The apartment wasn’t clean, lots of dust and mold in the shower roof. We were given two shower towels for a family of 3 for 6 nights. After check-in no communication what so ever with the management agency. No one checked if we needed anything but as soon as it was time to check out we get a call at 10:12 that checkout was at 10 and to leave.

Their kitchen did not have any basic stuff. Dusty on all of the utensils. Bathroom is shady, ceiling was mouldy. Dangerous for human being from infection. Mosquito bites my son everywhere. My kid fell pretty badly on the floor from the uneven surface and had a deep cut under his feet.

• Alexios (1/5): Unacceptable hosts - The worst hosts I ever had in my life. - Unacceptable hosts. We booked the house for a week and asked for it to be cleaned for us. The girl who was generally not interested in what she was doing when she handed us the keys initially told us that the cleaning would be for a fee of around 30 euros per time. The management agency had the opposite opinion and since they knew that we were a family they asked us for 150 euros per cleaning! That is approximately how much it costs to rent the entire house per day. I think these people are opportunists and all they care about is how they can grab their customers' money. They don't respect the customer, only their own pocket. They knew we were a family and they operated under extortion. Pay 150 euros per cleaning or don't have any cleaning at home. Of course they will answer to all that, that we informed you about our prices (after I had booked it on booking and they couldn't have known about the hidden charges) and that the charge is not free, etc... but the price for cleaning in a house of this class is from 50-60 euros and of course I were willing to pay. No Airbnb house charges more than such a reasonable price. Τhey saw a family and thought what will they do, they will pay to have the house cleaned from being dirty. They are not worth our money.
• Giselle (5/5): Passable - Great view of the canal and good central location Towel for shower was ripped and the bed sheet had a whole in it. No paper towels for the kitchen. The power went out suddenly and was out for almost an hour until we figured out how to restore it.
• Marsh (8/5): The location, terraces, and overall style of the apartment was very nice and made our stay in Venice special. - Location was quiet yet very close to the action. The outdoor terrace was a nice spot to relax. Good amount of space for our family of 3. Liked the style of the spaces with calming, natural materials. I wish the seating on the terrace was more comfortable. Are there cushions for the chairs? Some oddities… the shower door that hits the stairs and the toilet in the small bathroom where your knees don’t fit. Quirky but not a big deal for our short stay.

• Lauraalice (5/5): Bad value for money. I paid 300€ per night; the real value is 150€ - Very good location in a area close to San Marco, but not so crowded. The apartment is clean and new. The boy during the check in very kind. The apartment is really very dark. Impossible to open the windows to change air. Claustrophobic! Very noise: from the early morning and all the day, despite the not so crowded area, you hear the voice on the street. Two curtains fell down on my head. The floor was really cold. The water from the sink was cold. The manager was very rude. I ask for some instruments to clean by myself the apartment but they didn’t give me . Nobody appears to fix the curtains On the website seems that the little terrace is available for all the apartments but it’s not true.

• Lupo (10/5): Historic building with perfect renovation, great apartment. - It is a very beautiful apartment with windows to 4 directions. Elevator goes opens directly into the top floor apartment (with a key). Very convenient location for exploring the city and grocery shopping. Well designed interior, comfortable. Had to go out to buy some wine glasses. Found only two water glasses in the cupboard. Cups, yes. Two nice TV, but no matching remote control. Useless. No, there isn’t much to write about.

• Alan (8/5): Very good - apartment was clean and fully equipped with all necessary items. It was very cozy and lovely place. They have air condition and lift in the building which was great. Nothing major to complaint from.
• Abro (3/5): Stay away from this one - you can get a lot better deals for cheaper - Location is perfect The pictures are misleading, they have multiple units that they market with their best one. We were expecting a balcony for the price we paid.. We decided to rent an apartment over an hotel room to be able to cook but the electric hotplate is broken. Their washing machine is positioned on the worst emplacement and almost felt down entirely when we turned it on.
