Guest Reviews
- linsey (2/5): not great! - The host responded quickly and gave clear instructions and it is in a great location. Bed linen was clean. I'm afraid the property is very bad, I would have requested to move but it was the opening of the Biennale that weekend and there was no other available property and I didn't want to be left on the street!
I knew from pictures that it would be small and dated (which is fine) but it felt unsafe. The plug socket used for the cooker and microwave was sellotaped to the wall (see video). The bathroom had flaking plaster and paint throughout and after 4 nights on getting home all of my clothes and luggage smelt damp. I don't mind dated but there were random bags of the owners things on top of the wardrobe and shoved in a cupboard above the door, the whole thing felt uncared for.

- Georgios (9/5): Superb -
- Sabine (1/5): worst accomodation booking ever. Is it a fraud? - we reserved and paid to only get the message at check-in that this property is "not available". Left us stranded in Venice with double the cost. Do not book with them. Ever.
- Salome (4/5): Lovely location but not cleaned well enough - The location was great and neighbourhood was quiet and lovely. The host was helpful and responsive. Unfortunately the property was not in good shape. There was paint peeling of the walls and the curtains near the bed were in bad shape. The cleanliness should have been better, the towels were smelly and the whole place was a bit dusty. There was a lot of stuff in the apartment but we would not have minded the clutter if the place would have been properly cleaned. If next time the place were in better shape we would love to come back to stay there.
- Kennedy (8/5): Very good -
- Joagraz (10/5): Exceptional - A very well equipped studio, very close to Giardini (Biennale) in not really loud streets (what is important because it is situated in ground floor with front and back site to two streets). Nice communication with the owner.
- Leandro (7/5): Good - the location are super
