• BHAVIN (10/5): all in all an excellent place to stay and enjoy Venice!! - location is excellent, just about 300 metres from the main square, all things are nearby to the property since its centrally located. the nearest stop for water ferry is just a 10 minute walk all in all an excellent place to stay and enjoy Venice!!

Trotz spontaner Buchung in der Nacht, aufgrund einer Fehlbuchung, waren sie gleich verfügbar und haben uns sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Aussicht auf die Dächer Venedigs war auch wunderschön.

• Lou (10/5): Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Venice - Emanuela, our host was truly exceptional and made our stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond to help us—first with issues we had using the washing machine, and again when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the flat. Her kindness, responsiveness, and genuine warmth were so appreciated. She also shared wonderful local food recommendations that we loved. On top of that, the location was absolutely fabulous, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Honestly, nothing—the place was amazing. The only small thing to be aware of is that there are quite a few stairs, so it’s best suited to guests who are reasonably able-bodied.

• Martina (10/5): Perfektes Wochenende in Venedig - Wunderschönes, sehr liebevoll und komplett ausgestattetes Apartment in venezianischem Stil mit herrlichem Blick über die Dächer zum Campanile. Super sauber und die Lage ist perfekt im Zentrum. Ein Coop am Eck, Trattorien, Cafés, Rialto, S. Marco, .... alles ist gleich neben an und trotzdem ist das Apartment ruhig und ohne Lärm. Die Gondolieri am Rio del Mondo Nuovo zu beobachten war herrlich. Emanuela ist eine tolle und herzliche Gastgeberin, sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und wunderbar geholfen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

• kim (10/5): 베네치아 본섬에서 현지인처럼 살아보기 - 깨끗하고 아늑해서 좋았습니다. 생각보다 모기는 별로 없었고 햇볕이 잔잔히 드는게 좋았습니다. 숙소에 가깝게 마트도 있고 맛있는 식당도 있어서 좋았고 산마르고 광장도 가까워서 다니기 좋았습니다. 샤워부스가 작은건 어쩔 수 없을거 같습니다. 욕실이 매우 깨끗해서 괜찮았습니다. 집주인은 친절했고 응답도 빠르고 설명도 잘 해주었습니다.

L'appartement est très agréable, on a une jolie vue sur les toits. Rien ! C'est ok pour nous mais il faut savoir qu'il y a beaucoup d'escaliers !

• Gavin (10/5): High rating very well deserved - Can heartily recommend this property. Emanuela was a fantastic host, making sure we were looked after even though she had a family emergency and offering to keep our bags after check out. Spotlessly clean, everything you will need included, very central location but very quiet once inside the flat and also felt very secure.

• Kathrin (9/5): Perfect, we will come again. - Perfect location in the city center, 6 min walk from Rialto bridge and 7 min from st. Marcus square. Nice view over the roofs of Venice. You can see the Campanile from the kitchen window. Everything was clean and neat! Its a narrow staircase in the 2nd floor witch was no problem for us but might be for those with bad knees or heavy luggage. The host was very nice and helpfull.

• Erica (9/5): Charming stay in Venice, very clean, comfortable, and steps away from main attractions! - Eleonora and Fabricio were very kind hosts, and their place provided us with a very clean and charming place to stay while seeing the beautiful sites of Venice! The space itself was very charming and well cared for. Although we did not use the kitchen to cook, I appreciated all of the thoughtful details and beautiful views from the windows. It was a pleasant way to start the morning. The bathroom is unique and while a little small, the shower had great water pressure and temperature. The main bedroom was comfortable with firm bed and pillows and tall ceilings with beautiful beams to admire, while our children enjoyed having separate beds in their own bedroom! We had all of the amenities we needed, and the AC kept us nice and cool in July! The location is excellent, steps away from Rialto Bridge, San Marco Square, and many excellent restaurants, gelaterias, and shops. There are a few flights of stairs to climb, which is to be expected in Venice and offers some nice views! The hosts also left an umbrella for guests, which came in very handy during a rainy evening out! We loved our time here and can highly recommend this stay for your time in Venice! Lots of steps, to be expected though! Bed and pillows are a bit too firm for my liking, but everybody is different.

And with integrity and stick to her principle. I would strongly recommend her apartment for stay if you are visiting Venice. A bit of climb.
• Jess (10/5): The perfect place in Venice! - This property is exceptional, the location is very central and it became a running joke that everywhere seemed to be a 7minute walk. The property is beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the AC was strong, the wifi was easy to access, the shower pressure was great, I don’t have enough good things to say about this place - if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Venice, just book as you won’t regret it! To top all that off, the host was very helpful and welcoming. She provided great directions from when we got off the plane, as well as restaurant recommendations and walks to take us off the beaten path. The bathroom is on the small side so can only be used by one person at a time.

The location couldn't have been better. Quiet but right in the middle of everything! 5 mins to st Mark's and 5 to the Rialto bridge. The rooms were great and there were three air conditioning units. I loved the kitchen with such lovely views ..I painted a picture of the view out the window whilst I was there Nothing. It was perfect

It was bright and had an atmosphere. My son was happy with the internet, which worked without any problems. well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, heating and air conditioning. the apartment was on the top floor, it was quiet. There was a well-equipped grocery store right after leaving the building. We were close to all organized tours, which we booked, and in the evening, it was nice to walk around the lovely town Locals in Venice are very friendly and Emanuela was great host with quick and easy contact.We had late flight and she offered free locker for our luggage. The flat is beautifully decorated with brocaded bedspreads and Murano chandeliers, small but fully functional. The two-bedroom setup (1 double, 1 pair of twin beds) is perfect for a family. The owner also provided very helpful recommendations for eating options and things to do nearby. The bathroom is quite small.

She also sent us all the instructions how to get there and followed via whatsapp. Then she advised us all the places we should visit with the detailed instructions. The appartment was very clean and comfortable. She even left us the tea, coffee, couple of snacks (croissants, cookies, sweets). Everything works great including the washing machine, TV, WIFI and air conditioning. The location is near all the wonderful places in Venice. Big supermarket is literally 10 seconds from the appartment. San Marco tower view from the main bedroom. TBH didnt expect such a service :) Nothing could be better.

• Alison (9/5): Great Place - Nice, clean. well located apartment. Owner arranged for us to get the key from a local business that worked out great. She came later to make sure everything went well. The apartment is centrally located and within walking distance of S Marco sq and many restaurants and central shopping areas. Its very safe, but you do have to walk up a few flights of stairs and go through several security doors. Their isn't much of a living room.. mostly just a sitting area outside the kitchen but the chairs are cozy.

The flat was quite close to Saint Marcous Square, but it was really quiet. There are quite a few stairs to climb to the flat, but overall, it was a magical stay! Would really like to visit again.
