• ana (8/5): A well-situated and functional space, suitable for a family of four, but cleanliness and comfort could be improved. - The location is very good, about a 10-minute walk from key areas. There is a supermarket just 130 metres away and several restaurants nearby, which makes everything very convenient. The apartment is well equipped and has all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was kind and the self check-in and check-out process was smooth and practical. The building entrance and common areas are quite degraded and in need of thorough cleaning. Inside the apartment, there was a significant amount of dust. As I am allergic, this made the stay uncomfortable. Under the bed, there was a noticeable accumulation of lint, dust and even spider webs. We would also suggest improving some practical details: • Providing shower gel in a more hygienic and practical format • Increasing the amount of toilet paper and adding kitchen roll or napkins • Including hair conditioner • Supplying dishwasher tablets Additionally, we did not find nearby rubbish containers, which made waste disposal less convenient. After booking, we received the exact location along with photos of the exterior door and windows. While this initially felt slightly unsettling, we did not feel unsafe during our stay.
• Champa (9/5): Un très joli cocon à Venise - Très bel appartement, spacieux, confortable, très bien équipé et adapté pour notre famille. Arrivée et départ en autonomie très pratique. Merci à notre hôtesse pour la préparation de notre arrivée, le guide d'accueil / recommandations, messages, les différentes attentions etc.... Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Venise. Cela est indépendant de notre hôtesse, mais les nuisances sonores dues aux aboiements persistants du chien du voisin.

• Fatma (10/5): - Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage – nah am Geschehen, aber dennoch ruhig. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles an Ausstattung, was man benötigt. Besonders lobenswert war die unkomplizierte Kommunikation; ein früher Check-in und später Check-out waren problemlos möglich.

• Rwiedemann1 (9/5): Nice and quiet apartment in beautiful Venice - Nice and clean apartment between San Marco and Arsenale. Located in a quiet area and only 5min to boat terminals and lively areas. Two bedrooms share one big bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a living area. We enjoyed the stay.

Good location which was fairly easy to find, even late at night when we arrived. The hosts were extremely nice, and took pride in their properties appearance, even leaving a welcome package for each member of our family upon arrival. Nothing to dislike.

• Jana (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent, you can walk everywhere and yet it is away from the tourist crowds. Very cozy, spacious and clean accommodation. The apartment is a bit darker and doesn't have a nice view, but as soon as you step out onto the street you find yourself at a beautiful canal with a view.

• Raine (9/5): Good accommodation for a short stay. - Attractively decorated property with comfy beds and plenty of space for two people. Only one bathroom which was accessed both through the kitchen area and one of the bedrooms. No key for the second door which was awkward. A lot of footfall noise from upstairs , an unfortunate product of wooden flooring.
• Francesca (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very cozy and well located, a 10 min walk to San Marco and 7 min to the pier where the boats to the station pass by. The area is filled with restaurants and local Bacari. Very nice to stay in. The appartment is clean, well decorated, filled with light and has lots of space. Its well equiped for families with small children too. The hosts are very available and helpful. They are well organized and efficient. Definitely would raccomand The only problem we had was where to put our things, there is a wardrobe in the house but no drawers or shelves in the room where to put our stuff.

• Parmi (8/5): Good Location & Comfortable Stay - Great location, close to everything, lovely, comfortable apartment, the air con was a godsend after walking around in the heat, the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, comfortable beds also. On the whole it was great, the only suggestion I would make is having a air con unit in the second bedroom also as it got quite warm in there.

• Nelson (10/5): Everything in Venice is very small, but this apartment was larger than most hotels, great value, clean & there was g - The property had a great location, all the white being quiet & away from the crowds. Everything was modern & comfortable. highly recommended. it was also very conveniently located very close to a grocery store & pharmacy. Not sure if there was anything we didn’t like. perhaps some of the random outside smells you get once in a while, but it’s part of the experience.
