• Loredana (10/5): Appartamento superlativo - L'Appartamento: Semplicemente superlativo. Curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. L'atmosfera è autentica ma con un tocco moderno che ti fa sentire subito a casa (o meglio, in un palazzo veneziano!). La Posizione: Strategica. Ideale per esplorare le calli più nascoste e i principali punti di interesse senza essere travolti dal caos turistico. L'Host: Una persona fantastica. La comunicazione è stata impeccabile fin dal primo momento. Ci ha accolti con calore, fornendoci consigli preziosi su ristoranti locali e "chicche" della città che solo un vero veneziano conosce. In sintesi: Un'esperienza indimenticabile. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! Tutto perfetto

• elPachinko (10/5): Un alojamiento con mucho estilo a pocos minutos de la Piazza San Marco - Sólo por la ubicación ya mereció la pena alojarnos en Ca' del Drago, ya que está a 5 minutos a pie de la parada San Marco-San Zaccaria de vaporetto y a 10 minutos de la Piazza San Marco, el puente de Rialto y los principales atractivos de Venecia. A eso hay que añadirle que el apartamento es encantador. No os dejéis llevar por las fotos de la ficha, por que su mezcla de estilos moderno y clásico es espectacular. Además de la decoración, es un apartamento de dos dormitorios de techos con vigas de madera preciosos, equipado con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia en Venecia. La cocina está muy completa (echamos de menos una tostadora) y las camas son bastantes confortables, incluyendo el sofa-cama. Nosotros éramos cinco personas tres adultos (una persona mayor de 74 años incluida) y dos adolescentes y estuvimos muy a gusto. A pesar de su excelente ubicación, la zona es muy tranquila y hay muy buenas trattorias y osterias alrededor. La comunicación con el propietario fue muy fluida, fácil y atenta. Muy buena opción para una estancia de 3-4 días en Venecia. Nosotros viajábamos con una persona mayor y al entrar al apartamento hay unas escaleras. No es un inconveniente para gente joven o familias que viajan con niños en edad de no llevar carrito, pero para gente con movilidad reducida es un dato a tener en cuenta. Quizás echamos en falta más toallas y algo de ropa de cama al ser 5 personas, pero en general fue una estancia fantástica.

• remi (10/5): - Excellent emplacement, à la fois proche (10-15 minutes) de la place Saint-Marc et du pont du Rialto, tout en étant relativement à l’écart des gros flux de touristes. Quartier calme avec petits commerces pratiques pour les courses. Tout est très bien indiqué dans le fascicule de bienvenue. Logement trouvé sans problème grâce aux informations envoyées le jour du voyage par Gianluca. Appartement très agréable, confortable, avec une décoration de haute qualité et bien équipé (suggestion : ajouter un grille-pain). Nombreuses fenêtres. Pas de vrais défauts. Mieux vaut toutefois ne pas être trop corpulent pour la cabine de douche. Le reste des (maigres) inconvénients tient moins à l’appartement qu’à la ville de Venise : les ruelles pavées font que l’on entend les passants, heureusement pas trop nombreux le soir et la nuit. Il y a trois restaurants sur la placette où se trouve l’immeuble, donc risque de bruit en saison (pas beaucoup en février…). Parfois quelques remontées d’odeurs par la douche, mais cantonnée à la salle de bain, qui a une grand fenêtre.

• Dr. Sophia (10/5): Perfekt - Einfach Spitze! Auf jedenfall eine Empfehlung! Das Apartment ist toll gelegen, mit den guten Anweisungen von Gianluca haben wir es sofort gefunden. Es war ausserordentlich sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Es gab alles was wir gebraucht haben, sogar Cafe und Tee. Das Internet war schnell, die Heizkörper waren angenehm warm, die Betten sehr bequem. Die Einrichtung hat uns auch sehr gefallen, sehr charmant und venezianisch. In der Nacht war es auch sehr leise. Die Kommunikation war bestens. Gianluca war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und hat immer sofort geantwortet und nützliche Infos gesendet.

• Michel (10/5): Perfect place to stay for a family of four! - Spacious and stylish appartment, comfortable beds, lot of windows and hence daylight (that's a rarity in Venice!). All amenities you may need, including washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine (with pads!). The appartment is located close to the vaporetto pier, countless restaurants, a small supermarket, and the main attractions of the city. Host was friendly and very responsive. Nothing about the appartment itself, but mainly observations that probably apply to all accommodations in Venice: - The central location means you hear a lot of noises from the street below your windows. The restaurant opposite the appartment had a noisy bunch of guests outside till well past midnight. Bring earplugs if just in case. - Also Venice is known for mosquitoes in summer and obviously they also enter this appartment.

• Ophir (10/5): Elegant and spacious apartment in a great location, highly recommended! - I stayed at this apartment in Venice for two nights and had a great experience. The location was excellent—convenient for exploring the city, but still quiet enough for a good night’s rest. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The host was very kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.
• Katarzyna (8/5): Superb location, roomy, close to everything but doesn’t have great AC - The location was excellent and well stocked. There is only one flight of short steps to get to the main rooms. Property as pictured with traditional decor with some funky items thrown in. Plenty of room for all of us. The only draw back was the AC. It was set to 22C but more like 25C and you could not change the setting. It is close to many great restaurants and bakery and even a small grocery store. 5-7min walk to the water bus. Be aware that you have to remove the garbage. There is a person who walks with a cart and picks up at 8:30 AM. The AC units had one remote that was taped shut so you could not adjust temp. Apparently it is a city wide mandate. The units were in the main bedroom and the living room. No AC in the 2nd bedroom with the two twin beds so the kids slept quite hot. The living room unit is just not big enough to cool off the entire space adequately. That being said we went during a heat wave. If you are there in temps below 90 F it should be fine. Some mosquitos but they do have the plugs in for them.

The air conditioning wasn’t strong enough to cool the house in July. It was hot! The coffee maker didn’t work well.

The appartment was ready for us a few hours before check in time. No shared door to enter, no neighbors only the restaurants and the shops underneath, which is great. The style the location and the host were great as well

• Yj (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious and beautifully furnished apartment in Castello area of Venice, good location to get anywhere either by foot or with water bus. Fast communication with the host who gave us guide on how to get to the apartment through complicated paths of Venice, easy key pickup with lockbox, welcome drink and snacks prepared upon arrival. We felt welcomed and had a comfortable stay! On the last day of our stay the sewyer system had a problem and the shower booth started to have strong odor, but that may be due to the city's medieval structure (and the weather).

• Elisabeth (1/5): Mist horrible experience - We only had 30 minutes there DON‘T STAY HERE. For real, we had the most horrible experience with this apartment one could ever have. The moment we used the toilet, the excrements came out again, not only in the toilet but shower as well. After several tries to contact the owner he responded very arrogant and accusatory and didn’t offered help at all. Our grandmother had to stay without a toilet for 3 hours and he expected her to walk at midnight for another hour to an crappy apartment he found because he wasn’t willing to pay for an little more expensive one nearby. After we told him how serious it was to not use the bathroom after 2 hours and finding a new place at midnight, he ignored all calls and didn’t text back. There are so many great apartments in Venice, don’t stay at this one, you will regret it! We really are not the kind of people with high expectations, this short stay was just inhuman. He will not help you if there would be a problem with your stay, no matter which one.

Mattresses were worn out, hence not a comfy sleep. Bad odour from the shower sink. I update my review and lowered our score based on the response I got from the owner post our review. We had given it an score of eight , mentioning the two issues above, which were just facts. The mattresses were worn out and the only bad odour in all of Venice was in the flat. So overall still a rather positive feedback. This is what I got on Whatsapp: "dear guest, we are very sorry for your review, since for us this is a job, not a pastime. but we would like to specify that the mattresses are not even a year old. You are probably used to it differently. The bad smell is not our cause: perhaps you don't know that Venice is a city without sewers, and in the winter period with the stagnant atmosphere, it can happen that a bad smell rises from the drains. Next time, I recommend you go to the Danieli hotel, or stay at home. 👍🏼🤗" I do stand by our points raised and let you decide yourself on the professionalism and politeness of his answer....

This charming accommodation is nestled in the picturesque Greek district, just a stone's throw away from Agios Zacharias and Agios Markos square. The impeccable cleanliness and the presence of every imaginable amenity left us thoroughly impressed! Gianluca gave us detailed instructions and was exceptionally kind, making our stay even more memorable. His professionalism was truly admirable. We are eagerly counting down the days until we can return to the captivating city of Venice, and undoubtedly, the warm embrace of Ca' del Drago. There is nothing to criticize; everything was excellent!

It is a few steps away from San Marco's Square and next to the vaporeto station, with nice little local trattorias around it. Stayed there with my family for 4 nights and I highly recommend it! The apartment is beautiful and the location excellent, around the corner from St Mark’s square. Gianluca was very communicative, flexible and responsive, and gave excellent directions for finding and getting into the apartment. The washing machine worked well and the apartment was very well stocked for cooking! There were restaurants immediately below and a wonderful pastry bar around the corner! For us, the noise from the restaurant believe made it difficult to get to sleep early (about 10pm or 22:00) on Saturday. Also, because there is no reception on-site we had to find a place to store our bags because our train left several hours after checkout; if you do this I suggest the Rialto lockers, they were closer to the apartment than to the Rialto Bridge.

• John (9/5): Jewel of an apartment run by friendly and communicative hosts - Very close to some of 'main attractions' and close to San Zaccaria (so easy to get vaporetto or taxi boats), but it is on a quiet street and has really good bar (as in Italian bar where you get coffee, brioches etc) and restaurants in the next street. The apartment is like a little jewel, decor is so in tune with Venice, and it was so cosy and warm while we there in a very cold January.

Our company of 5 people felt very comfortable, like at home. There is an iron, towels for everyone and everything you need, absolutely clean. The apartment was not hot in summer and it has air conditioning. The host, Gianluca, was very friendly, he answered very quickly and granted all our requests. Self check-in is also very easy. The location is excellent, 5 minutes to the San Marco stop, from where we went to the Lido very quickly. We wish to stay here for a long time! Thank you very much.

• Piotr (10/5): Amazing - Very comfortable and elegant apartment. Everything was taken care there in the smallest detail. All things for a daily functioning was available (like vacuum cleaner, ironing desk etc). Contact with the owner was super fast. I really recommend this place!
