• Williana (9/5): Excelente apartamento em Veneza - Localização excelente!! Sem palavras, perto de supermercados, restaurantes.. Fica 7 minutos a pé da estação do Vaporeto Arsenale! 20 minutos da Praça de San Marco! Limpeza ótima!!!! Cama muito boa e uma ótima cozinha equipada! Funcionários muito prestativos!! Simplesmente amei e voltaria com toda certeza!!! A função Grill do microondas estava com defeito e descobrimos quando tentamos usar e a energia caiu, cortardo o aquecimento da água e do local. Mas fomos atendidos muito rápido para que a energia voltasse a funcionar e não gerou nenhum desgaste!!
• SERGEY (7/5): Цена - качество соответствует, но телевизор надо добавить! - Удобное расположение. Чистое белье и полотенца . Есть фен , утюг . Наличие всего необходимого для приготовления пищи , за исключением масла , соль есть . Темно, ни кофе , ни сахара, ни порошка, хотя стиралка есть . В душе воды горячей хватает только помыться 1 человеку . Нет телевизора! Одновременно не включайте приборы - может вырубить счетчик и останетесь без отопления ((( . Уборки за 4 ночи ни разу не было.

• Juan (6/5): Podría ser más cómodo - El tamaño cómodo en un sitio tranquilo Mucho mosquito, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la anfitriona nos dijo que en Venecia el aire no funciona con temperatura de menos de 27 grados. Eso es falso a mis amigos el aire si les funcionaba todo el tiempo.

• Jillian (1/5): Mold infested apartment that should be condemned! - DO NOT STAY HERE! The apartment was covered in mold, it was damp and smelled awful. Paint was peeling from the walls and baseboards, there was even mold on the bathroom curtain. After one night I had difficulty breathing. It is a health hazard and should be condemned until a full renovation is completed. We requested a refund since we needed to find an alternate place to stay. We tried reaching out to the property and finally got a response from them after 5 or 6 messages and were told (in a not so friendly way) to take it up directly with booking.com. After 3 weeks of back and forth we were denied. This place was not cheap and was about a 25 min walk to the center of Venice. The area itself was cute but being on the ground floor Horrible customer service as well. They did not reply to any of our messages Check in was supposed to be at 3pm yet no one was available until 3:30pm.
• Theartlife (7/5): Clean and cosy - Great location. Comfy bed. Cosy flat. Close to both giardini and arsenale for the Biennale. Closest vaparetto is Arsenale. Check in could have been made easier without the double up of registrations. Using booking.com then using the hosts website as well was time consuming.

• Kristina (5/5): NEVER MORE - Good quiet location for Venice festival near the park for walking with dog - no window on the bedroom, the bedroom is dark and nonventilated by window - damp walls in the bathroom with mold above the toilet and in the shower corner - water condensing behind the toilet, constantly wet bathroom floor around the toilet

• Sergey (10/5): Will definitely choose this apartment for another stay. - Ground floor apartment with its own entrance, packed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Located within a few minutes' walk to two water bus stations, providing easy access to all the islands. The restaurant row is right outside the street exit. Hair dryer didn't work well.

• Stefan (7/5): This was a great accommodation for our 3 days stay, the place was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was great it has ev - It was great that it was a private small appartment with kitchen and private bathroom, the location was great near (St. Mark square 15 min max walking). There is a COOP market very near and vaporretto station nearby. It was quite cold at night (april) and the heating sistem was fixed at a max of 19/21 degree Celsius, but it might only bother those who are more easily bothered by cold. The toilets flushing sistem sometimes gets blocked because of mineral deposits (staff is readily available to help though).

• Irene (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very clean and has all the items you could need. The Staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is fantastic. Overall, it is a great place Not a major thing but the apartment was very cold the first day and took a long time to warm it up although the heating was on. Another minor thing is that there is only one bed side table
• Fiona (7/5): Great location, clean, Expect mosquitoes. L - The location and the cleanliness. The mosquitoes in November. Important to warn visitors or leave insect spray or something in the flat as coming from abroad one expects mosquito season to be over. We got lots of bites. Also the lack of windows. The publicity showed a bright airy accommodation. It would be good to have mosquito nets at the windows.
