• Ana (10/5): - El apartamento está muy bien, en un edificio super pintoresco. Los alrededores tienen mucho ambiente de bares y restaurantes, bastante locales, poco turísticos. No hay el enjambre de turistas de otras zonas. Giacomo encantador, y siempre pendiente. Recomendable 100%
• Mariia (8/5): - Привітний господар, дуже простора квартира, гарний квартальчик - прям біля входу купа ресторанчиків, 5 хв до водної зупинки, 15 хв до вокзалу. Третій поверх без ліфту, але сходи високі. У разі пізнього чекіну ключі треба було забирати досить далеко, 40 хв пішки (туди і назад) після довгої дороги доволі важко. Одна вбиральня при такій кількості кімнат (тобто великої кількості гостей) доволі не зручно. Напір води в душі дуже слабенький.

• Cannon (7/5): Lovely stay in Venice - The apartment was clean and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. It also came with kitchen supplies so you could eat and cook if you like it. It also has a washing machine and a a line outside the master bedroom for drying. WiFi was good and once the air conditioning was fixed that worked great for the nice weather we had. The location was perfect to get to town and the water taxi The shower was difficult to control. The stairs were a lot but I suppose good for you also once you find the light as you enter the building it isn’t so bad

• Kathleen (8/5): Très bon logement et situation - L'hôte a été très arrangeant pour notre arrivé, contact facile, logement très sympathique et spacieux, et très bien situé avec commodités à proximité. L'inconvénient était le bruit côté rue car Venise c'est vivant même tardivement (bateaux, piétons..) juste prévoir des boules quies 😉 et on est bon !

• Gergely (10/5): A solid point of origin for exploring Venice. - Location, almost in the heart of Cannaregio with a great host - Giacomo can double as your tour guide, if you don't have an exact plan. Feeling the heartbeat of the real Venice, not just the places of mass tourism. Neighbours or other tourists in the building a bit loud during night time, but nothing unbearable. The gulls were louder :)

• Christian (8/5): Très beau voyage. - Endroit spacieux en plein Venise dans un quartier clame et animé le soir. On se trouve dans un quartier très bien positionné par rapport au centre historique de la place Saint Marc à 20mn à pied. A noter que vous êtes aussi à 20mn de la Plazza Roma et de la gare pour prendre le train ou le bus pour l'aéroport. On a eu pendant un temps le locataire du dessus qui faisait beaucoup de bruit tard le soir en laissant traîner ses chaises sur le plancher.

• Tristan (10/5): Hôte exceptionnel - L'accueil exceptionnelle de l'hôte. Il nous a accueilli à notre arrivée et a eu la délicatesse de nous informer sur ce qui était à voir, les bons resto, etc. Vraiment un hôte exceptionnel. Rien. Tout était parfait.

Alloggio datato ma caratteristico. Arredi e dotazioni presentano qualche carenza. Si potrebbero migliorare e curare con più attenzione.

• CARMEN (10/5): Un apartamento perfecto en una ciudad preciosa - Está muy bien ubicado. Las camas son cómodas y tiene de todo. Estuvimos una familia con 3 niños y todo fenomenal. Giacomo estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo!! Nada, estaba todo perfecto!!

• Outi (8/5): - The host was extremely nice and wonderful! We got really good service and help with everything. The apartment was in great location and it was easy to find there. There was everything we needed! It was a bit cold. And with heavy luggage it was a climb with the stairs.
• Griffin (10/5): - Appartmenti Paradiso was the perfect choice for our stay in Venice. The location on the canal was fantastic in a vibrant and safe neighbourhood. It had a really nice vibe and mix of bars, restaurants and coffee / book shops and was also a short walk to the Santa Lucia train station and to the del Orto pier for trip to the islands. We were pleasantly surprised how spacious the apartment was for our group of 6. Giacomo was a gracious and very welcoming host. We definitely recommend this property for a beautiful stay.

• Dmytro (10/5): Квартира комфортна, доволі велика та у старому стилі - Все було чудово, апартаменти були доволі великі і комфортні, на кухні є усе необхідне. На вулиці біля дому є кафе, бари та ресторани, одразу можна поїсти і випити. Є 2 кондиціонери, але дуже старі і дуже погона охолоджують. Треба додати що під вікнами є бар, котрий працює до пізна, тому готуйтесь що може бути доволі гучно.

• Donna (5/5): Charming building, great location. Not clean. - Great location, wouldn't want to be any closer to the busy tourist areas. Building was charming. So dirty. They only 'clean' the most necessary. Bedding fine-well the fresh sheets were ok. Floor wasn't. Bathroom had been wiped over, not cleaned. Dust everywhere not at eye level -thick. All doors/cabinet doors dirty - mucky prints everywhere. Kitchen surfaces had been wiped. We weren't bothered by the noisy party bar below, but it should be mentioned as some might be disturbed by it. It quietened by 12am.

He helped us out when a member of our group needed medical attention and he is supremel - The location was quiet but also right near bars and restaurants. It was clean and there was even a moka express coffee maker in the cupboard that we could use. So much better than those pod machines. Walking up the stairs!

• Ewa (7/5): Mixed Experience at Appartamenti Paradiso - The location of the apartment was undoubtedly one of its greatest strengths. It was very centrally located, making it easy to walk or take the Vaporetto to the city center and all the major attractions, including the Vaporetto stops for Murano and Burano. The apartment was also easily accessible from the Tronchetto parking garage, yet it remained quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. The size of the apartment was excellent for our family of four, with plenty of space to move around. The particularly high ceilings and the unique wall features added a special charm to the apartment that made it stand out. Another positive aspect was our interaction with Giacomo, a representative from the managing agency. He was very friendly, approachable, and responded promptly to any inquiries we had. For instance, when we encountered an issue with the WiFi, he quickly resolved it. However, there was one significant downside to our stay: the cleanliness of the apartment. We found various old items stuffed into the closets, and drawers in the bedroom contained clothing left behind by previous guests. Behind a bench near the fireplace, we discovered even more old clothing. The kitchen was another disappointment; many of the items were sticky with old oil, the freezer had food remnants, and the frying pan was dirty with old grease. We had to wash everything before use, which gave us the impression that the apartment had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom also raised concerns. The bath mat had mold, and there was paper left in the laundry basket. The cabinet holding the toilet paper was dirty and rusted, and the toilet itself was very old with visible buildup. These issues with cleanliness detracted from our overall experience and made us question the hygiene of the entire apartment. In summary, while the location and size of the apartment were excellent, the lack of cleanliness was a significant drawback that left us with mixed feelings about our stay.

• Karolina (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a truly Venetian district - A very large and nice apartment in an atmospheric tenement house right next to the canal. Living here we felt like real Venetians :) The apartment has everything you need for a few days in the city. There are pubs downstairs where crowds hang out in the evenings. A very nice and helpful host who explained everything to us and gave us some tips for visiting the city. The only small inconvenience was the water draining very slowly in the bathroom sink. However, this does not affect our positive impressions after staying in this place.
• Catherine (9/5): Our true Venice experience - Very comfortable apartment with the highest ceilings and the most thoughtful equipment, more sockets, closets, and hangers any group of people could need. Bright and airy with a view to a local canal where one can experience the hustle and bustle of real Venice. Over many small bars and taverns that stayed open later than the central ones. Very convenient and quiet balcony in the back for our smoking need... The only "negative thing" one could find is the stairs that are quite sharp, not entirely straight, and many,... after a long days walking or carrying the bigger luggage. The bathroom could use some hanging hooks for the towels. There is a very high tax for visitors which is not included in the price or the Genius Discounts

Also access key broke one day and the owner came back late afternoon and gave us a spare key The house (like most of other houses in Venice) is quite old with no elevatoe. The sticase is so steep which makeas hard wirh all heavy luggages.

The bed was comfortable and we had air-conditioning. We were close to restaurants but not on the main streets so it was not noisy. We love Venice. The water pressure was bad but you have to realize it is an old building. Lots of cracks in the floor.

• Markéta (9/5): Charming place, we’ll be back! - Great location - close to the centre, but reasonably quiet. And close to the water bus stop. Very easy communication with the host, possibility of self-check, clear instructions how to find the place and get in.
• Emanuel (8/5): Great old palace - The Lady that receive us was very Nice. She was always on Touch to arrange our arrival. She had a map for us and gave us a lot of good advice on where to go and what to see. The apartament is an old palace, but is very confortable. The cleaning could be better. There was a some dust bellow the beds and on top of some cabinets.
• Stacy (8/5): Convenient location, spacious apartment, beautiful canal view, live like locals - The location was great, it was directly on a canal with restaurants and bakeries very close by. It was a quieter neighborhood, which was nice, but we were still in a convenient part of Venice. The beds were not very comfortable at all, they could upgraded the beds. Also, we would have liked a second set of keys, so that part of our group could split off and still have keys.

I was very happy there and was greeted with a smile even though I arrived much later than I had intended for reasons beyond my control. I would reccomend it highly.Also it is situated in a part of Venice where you see local people still living and going about their daily lives.Altogether a very enjoyable stay. I can't think of anything to write here.
• John (9/5): Well located, large apartment with Venice at your feet. - Very friendly hosts and excellent location in Cannaregio. The 1 bedroom apartment I stayed in was huge and well equipped, with a modern kitchen and less modern everything else. There are plentiful bar and restaurant options on the doorstep of the apartment, and the rest of Venice is a short walk and/or vaparetto ride away. The apartment was on the 4th floor of an old palazzo, which is great for the atmosphere, but not as great for the walk up and down the stairs a couple of times a day.
• Emma (8/5): Perfect - The hosts where brillaint communicating with us about our arrival and meeting us. The reccomendations given on arrival and in the booklet left in the apartment where amazing and so helpful for us. We loved the apartment and all facitilites only small little complaint only one toilet roll, no spare in the apartment.

• Ambareen (7/5): Great for travellers with no/light luggage or small kids. - The location was great once you became familiar with the place. On our first night with our luggage and at the end of a long day , the flog was just very tiring . Shuttle to Piazalle, then find the hotel to pick up key, then figure out the boat to get to our stop - On the way back , since we had become familiar, was very easy and quick (too quick as we ended up 4 hours before our flight at the airport !) The owner was also responsive and the apartment reasonably comfortable - Lovely box of ice cream and coffee was greatly appreciated. We arrived in Venice at 7 pm and were at the Piazalle Roma around 815pm. As an international traveler you don't always have VERY EXPENSIVE international roaming and data . It was a real flog to fetch keys from some random hotel in the middle of Venice. It took us quite a while to do that - I feel that the owners should make arrangements at other one of the places within the Piazalle or the dozens of restuarants near the apartment itself. An alternate is a small key safe at the entrance which is generally very secure. The two stories of stairs with luggage or with a child and stroller would be a real challenge for people . Also a couple of small things like a couple of tablets for washing machine or a kitchen roll would be nice , near supermarkets but a hassle for short travelers as you have to buy large boxes which is'nt worth it. A couple of other small things like kitchen towels or a pot holder would be helpful.

• Frédéric (7/5): Good - Nice location, next to a canal. large apartment. +30€ if we arrive after 19.00, +50€ after 21.00 and no entry after 23.00. Really, you let people sleep in the street if they arrive after 23.00? This is totally unreasonable.
• Ian (8/5): Great location and very spacious. - Ideal location, you can reach the apartment by water taxi right up to the door or walk 6 minutes to the ferry services. It's just outside the tourist mayhem. The apartment is very spacious. The apartment is looking a bit sad. The air-conditioning units are noisy, but work well.
