• David (1/5): Absolutely terrible... - Only saving grace was it was warm. Everything else was terrible. Was dirty and not very well maintained. Hairs in bed, dirty sheets and duvet covers, lights not working and/or flickering, water temp in shower kept changing, water pressure not good and shower too small and cheap & nasty materials. Booked with breakfast but didn't get any. Tried contacting the property on several occasions and zero response. An overall terrible experience that literally ruined the Venice experience for us.

• Teresa (1/5): Stay far away from this apartment and host! It was unsanitary, dirty and worst experience ever! - Unfortunately, I am unable to give anything positive about the host and stay. Upon arrival, the condition of the apartment was very dirty and it was not cleaned. The kitchen ceiling was falling and filled with black mold. The refrigerator was frozen over and dirty. The sheets had blood and dirt all over them and were not clean. The shower had old bars of soap from the prior guests and pubic hair were on the bottom and sides of shower. Black mold was in between the tiles and all over the ceiling. Our family did not want to stay in the apartment, but we had no choice since we had paid over $400 for one night. We did not shower, and slept with our clothes on because the sheets were filthy! We all coughed all night due to the "mold" in the air. I tried messaging the host and she denied that apartment was fifty. She refused to give me a refund.

• Robert (8/5): Very good - A very clean place very close to San Marco and Rialto Bridge. Very large bedrooms and very clean with good cooking facilities. The communication was not good. They sent me a wrong map which I followed and ended up in the wrong place. They then insisted that they had sent the correct one which they did but it was after the incorrect one and I had downloaded it to my phone and followed. Even with the map it is hard to find
