Sofya (2/5): Horrible - Nothing! Don’t book this place if you’re expecting AC in unit, because there none! Summer in Venice is very hot and humid. Company that manages this unit is very hard to communicate. No reply for 24 hours. They also send you long list for what they will charge you extra and require for you to remove all trash from apartment even if you are checking out on Sunday when city doesn’t collect trash. Layout of unit is terrible with kitchen and bathroom upstairs. So if you need to use it at night expect to walk through open staircase upstairs. In the kitchen there wasn’t even soap or paper towel. No coffee machine. Company did offer 30% refund (was more like 20 with all tax) but it didn’t fix anything.
