• IRYNA (10/5): Прекрасная тихая уютная квартира - Расположение апартаментов идеальное. Рядом площадь, где куча кафе ресторанов,но при этом апартаментов находятся в переулке и нет шума, тихо. Это отдельная квартира, что не мало важно. Нет соседей, никто не беспокоит. Рядом есть магазины, набережная в 5 минутах хотьбы. В квартире всё исправно работало, хоть мебель и старенькая, зато всё чисто и работает. Единственное не закрывается дверь в туалет, но нам это не мешало. На фото кстати апартаменты выгледят проще, чем в живую. На кухне были все принадлежности, кастрюля сковорода, посуда, даже чай кофе и масло подсолнечное, соль приправы. Не везде такое встретишь. Спасибо большое. Если мы вернёмся в Венецию, я бы без раздумий снова выбрала именно эту квартиру. Спасибо Вам большое.

Bardzo miła Pani nas przywitała, która wszystko nam wytłumaczyła. Czysto, kuchnia wyposażona, lodówka. Nam niczego nie brakowało. Bardzo mocno polecamy. 😊

The flat is very dark and the AC didn't work half the time. The water from the shower was cold.

• Frank (9/5): A quaint unit in a nice location in Dorsoduro, Venice. - The apartment was very clean even though the unit was old and a bit outdated. It was the first time I spent in a non-hotel, or AirBNB type lodgement and was pleasantly happy with the stay. The unit provided plates, pots and pans to use during the stay. The proprietor is super punctual and very helpful to make the stay comfortable. The courtyard is shared with a restaurant, which stores garbage cans and drums of oil so I wasn't able to open the windows. I thought I was booking into a hotel since that's what I chose in the parameters when finding a place to stay. It's possible it was my fault and I misread the description but I think the unit was wrongly categorized.

Comfortable bed. Could have used a walk-off mat to cut down on the grime tracked in. Pod coffee maker would have been nice.

• Bleaze (6/5): Pleasant - The location is central. Lots of nice bars and restaurants a short walk away that we enjoyed. The apartment itself is dated and needs upgrading, there's no natural light and it's very dark. The water in the shower and the sink in the bathroom was very hit and miss. The shower would be warm for a minute and then go cold. The sink tap would not get warm to clean my face, so I had to use the tap in the kitchen which strangely did go warm. Due to the location, we were awoken every morning at around 5:30am by lots of noise in the surrounding buildings and it's quite a busy walkway early in the morning. We had no interaction from the host, who I had messaged due to an early arrival in Venice, which was disappointing. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again. I booked this stay based on the reviews and feel they did not match the apartment we had and I don't want any future guests to fall foul of our mistake.

• Kharchenko (7/5): Good - The flat is really close to some interesting places. Nearby the train station. The service woman was a pleasure and wanted to help to resolve the issue with the key lock. We have an issue with the key lock and spend half of the first day from 3PM to 10PM nearby the flat, just because the key lock was broken.

It was a complete apartment with a kitchen. We didn't have any problem staying there. The shower door doesn't close all the way and makes a bit of a mess with water.

• Edward (10/5): Perfect little gem of a flat - The pictures did not do this small little gem of a flat justice. It was central to many of the attractions of Venice with only a short walk to Rialto bridge. The flat had everything a traveller needs....including toiletries which was an extra bonus. Absolutely perfect We loved everything about this flat
• Emma (10/5): Great place to stay in Venice - Super easy check in and check out, including instructions to get there. There was a fully equipped kitchen and great air conditioning. Location was perfect for us (there was even a place that had £3.50 Spritz during happy hour), and only 3 walking bridges to cross if you're coming from the train station with luggage (if you haven't considered this yet, you should!). Location was perfect for us, but the apartment is halfway between 2 bridges over the Grand Canal, so it does mean that walking to San Marco takes a bit longer.

Good kitchen and little shop nearby. Clown and homely with quirky decor which we liked. Y teen daughter had the second bed which had a big dip in the middle and wasn't comfortable. An electric plug came out the wall. Another bedside light would be good.

AC was there. We really loved this apartment:) Shower door was not closed well but except that everything was fine:)

Very nice and large mirror in the room. The small bed was a little bit inconfortable and sliding on the floor.

Excellent supermarket located within 1 minute walk. All major attractions within walking distance Plug sockets hanging out of walls. Not ideal when traveling with kids.

• Mitchell (6/5): Okay in Venice - The unit was on the ground floor and we didn't have to deal with stairs (only two steps). The bedroom was big and it had a nicely sized fully equipped kitchen. The bed was not comfortable and the shower was very cramped. You can get in, but moving around was challenging and I'm not a big guy (6'1 & 225 pounds). It's not close to the train station, but that wasn't a big deal.

• Paul (9/5): I spent a very comfortable week at Eleonora’s place. - it’s a very quiet place close to the santa Margherita square and the Ponte dei Pugni, so very central and easy access to all the centre. Easy auto check-in, although Eleonora was there to greet me.
