• Peyton (9/5): An excellent stay for the money spent - My one night stay in this apartment in the heart of Venice was excellent. The entire space was exceptionally clean and had living essentials readily accessible for cooking and cleaning. The bedding arrangements were comfortable everyone was provided with two bath towels. My group also enjoyed the reliable wifi and the smart tv in the living room. The property manager, Elisa, was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. The location was convenient and allowed us to explore the city. Overall, this apartment is good value for your money and I would book here again. The building that the apartment was located in is a little old and the four flights of stairs to reach the space are steep and occasionally tiring. The bathroom didn’t smell great and is little tiny for 6 people.

• Gabita (8/5): - La ubicación es ideal. Pudimos ir caminando o en ferry visitando toda la ciudad. El departamento estuvo bien. Pasamos unos días muy lindos. El anfitrión nos recomendó muy buenos lugares para comer y cosas que hacer. La verdad muy amable.

• Funiciello (5/5): Apartment is small but in a good location. Three of the beds are really cots. - Good location. 68 stairs to the apartment with no elevator and no screens on the windows.

• Balavenkatesh (5/5): Good place but not a comfortable stay for families with kids and old family members - Great location ! Could cook as needed and also could use washing machine and dishwasher. Only one bathroom and that too broken shower / 4th floor was a real pain with no lifts to get the baggage and also with parents it became very tough.

• Ram (7/5): It has very old and small bathroom. Bath place is pathetic. Wish I could find better place!. - Nothing in particular. Pretty ordinary one and very very old building, with hopelessly small bathroom. This place is stinky(out side), need to climb two floors with lot of big suitcases! You are on your own to take them up, no hope of help or anything like that.

• Arely (8/5): There was room for everyone and we did not feel crowded. - Nicole was amazing, super responsive and helpful. She took the time to answer questions and concerns we had. She even helped with transportation and schedules. The apartment is on a 4th floor with very steep stairs, it was difficult to haul our luggage. But it comes with older buildings in Venice. The value of the property was great, we definitely got more that I expected.

• Hung (5/5): Already a more reasonable accomodation in Venezia, still could be better. - The room manager is friendly and helpful via Whatsapp. Good access to various attractions in Venezia. The kitchen is OK with a dishwasher. Air conditioning is a plus. The shower is small and dark. The house is old. I recommend living on the land and commuting to Venezia using the train. Would be better not to stay here.
• Serhiy (9/5): Enjoyed staying there a lot - Location is perfect, just in the centre, view from window is excellent, you can feel the spirit of Venice just looking out of the window. Shops are minutes away, a lot of cafes less than a minute walk. All was great, may be sofa bed in leaving room could be more comfortable, but the rest is great, beds in bedrooms are very comfy. Also be ready to take stairs to the 3rd floor, but for us it was great fun.
• Sharadmehrotra (3/5): Forgetful stay! - Location was good Very small bathroom, can hardly stand to take shower. Very uncomfortable sofa bed. No soap in bathroom and kitchen. Strong bad smell from canal. Only portable airco due to which windows had to be kept open causing bad smell to enter the whole apartment. Bad quality kitchen equipment. Too expensive and no value for money.. heaps of smelly garbage bags stacked at entry door
